Jesse very friendly, very professional prices are great and reasonable and he s a fast worker and cleans up his area. Well when he s finished.. Hopefully, I won t have any more problems with my other windows, but if they do get stuck or won t come up, I will be calling Jesse.

Yesterday was a really cold morning, so of course the regulator on my drivers side window went bad, and I couldn t roll my window up. I have young children and didn t want to be driving around like that. The dealership said they couldn t even take a look at it until Monday!! I found Jessie here on google, and called him. He came to the restaurant I was at within an hour, and had my window back to normal function within another hour. He was wonderful to do business with. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for saving the day! I appreciate you.

Jessie (owner/operator) is a rockstar. He did an incredible, timely, detailed uninstall and install of a rear window regulator on my Mini Cooper S Convertible and it came out flawless. Kudos to him and I would not think twice about being a reference! On top of it, the price was very reasonable!!! Cheers!

Make sure to get your quote in writing directly from Jesse prior to having him begin the work. I usually get written quotes and this time made the mistake of accepting a verbal quote and was taken advantage of. When I first spoke with Jesse I told him up front where my vehicle was located (about an hour away from his home). Jesse assured me the charge would be $95 if no parts were needed, an additional $139.95 if parts (switch, motor, regulator, etc.) were needed, and said there would be no charge if he was unable to do the repair. The first time I called him was on Oct. 14th, and he said he could do my repair the next day (Sunday) and would get back in touch with me later to let me know what time, and again gave the same quote. Sunday rolls around, I still hadn't heard from him. I call him and he says he got really busy and forgot to get back in touch with me. Then he said he needs to see if he can order a new window switch and would get in touch with me that afternoon. Then later that afternoon he called and said smoke was starting to come out of his car and he would try to borrow his brother's car. I never heard back from him again after that and had to leave town a couple of days later. Once I arrived back in town (nine days later) I called him and he said he would come out that evening. But this time his tone was a little different. He could not remember how much he quoted me and then tried to quote me a price that was more than double his original quote. When I reminded him of the quote he had given, he mentioned how far away I was and then said it would "definitely not be $95". After about two more no call/no-shows he finally showed up when he said he would. He said he had just finished a job in Tampa and was 20-30 minutes away. No parts were needed and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. Simple issue with a relay switch. Then he said it would be $235, more than the dealership. (The dealership charges $200 per hour for labor.) Jesse said the $95 quote was miscommunication, and that he had came all the way out from Clearwater and had done 4-5 other jobs. He told me I can either pay it or he would put the car back to the way it was without the windows working. I told him I was not expecting this from him after reading his Google reviews. He replied that he doesn't care about Google reviews and has enough good ones. The windows worked, then he did something to my car to make the windows stop working again. Also after he left I found out he left one of my back windows down (all of them were up before he started working on my car), plus he used some type of spray foam on my driver side window that left streaks all over the window.

If you require power window repairs and need it done quickly, correctly and for a reasonable fair price, then look no further because Jessie Castillo at Power Window Repair Specialists is your man. My left front power door window regulator assembly and cable failed today. Not only did Jessie do a phenomenal job but he was done with the regulator installation in 35 minutes. A quality job in less than an hour, came to my house on time as promised and was less than most repair facilities by $200 to $250!Thanks sgain Jessie! Best of the Best ! - This small business is the "REAL DEAL" Jesse Castillo, the owner operator delivers from the initial phone call with a fixed quote for all work performed to arriving and completing the work PERFECTLY... I am hard to please, and after watching Jesse from start to finish replace a driver's side window regulator & motor at 7pm in my parking lot (one day after initial call) for almost 1/2 of cost of our family mechanic's quote.. I would say call this firm without hesitation! You, like I will be glad you did.

I ve been having issues with my window for the longest and told the dealership several times about it but they never really dug too deeply into the issue. Well yesterday my window would not roll back up.I decided to look elsewhere instead of the dealership and came across this company. When I called Jesse answered right away and said that he could fix my window the next day.Sure enough Jesse arrived at my home and worked (unfortunately in the sun) to fix my window. We came across an issue that was deeper than we thought and luckily Jesse had the part that was needed to finally fix my window for good!I am beyond grateful for Jesse and that he did the work that the dealership wouldn t do. I appreciate that he wanted to be sure that the window was fully fixed so that I wouldn t have the issue anymore.If you find yourself in the same situation as me, call Jesse and I m sure he will fix your issue and won t quit until he does.Thank you again Jesse!!

I used Jessie 6 years ago and needed him again for a different vehicle. He know his stuff and the price was beyond reasonable. A well known local repair shop was going to charge us $540. I really appreciate Jesse for fixing my car window he did it in less then an hour at an affordable price. Unlike any other car shop where they take advantage that your a girl and up the price dramatically. He did an amazing job! Amazing service I recommend him 100%

The owner came out to repair my power window that was not working. He did an excellent job. He got it done in less than an hour. Keep in mind this is one person doing his own scheduling, ordering, travel and the actual repair. This is reflected in the extremely low prices. He was out by the next day which I thought was great. You will get an excellent service and his pricing is beyond reasonable. Plus you can be at home and not have to worry about driving someplace and waiting to get it done in a waiting room and all the hassle that entails. Plus it would be much more expensive to take it someplace. I am extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend!

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING! 100% recommend. also comes with a 1 year warranty!!! I was a bit skeptical but I am so glad i chose this company. 2 of my regulators was replaced along with a brand new glass for my car window. Car window stuck down in door and made a scary crunchy noise! I called around to different repair shops & dealerships and all were either super expensive or couldn't get the part for a week or more. Found this company originally by google but I asked a friend and she had used this company a few years ago and was very happy with the service.Despite my family's skepticism not going to the dealer to have this fixed, I'm so glad I gave this company a try! The gentleman was super responsive to calls/ texts and communicated well. Came to my house at 6pm (which was great timing for me) was able to successfully fix the window in about 1 hour for a very fair price! Jessie was very responsive and knowledgeable. He gave me a good price and did a great job. I was extremely happy to have been able to call him in the late afternoon and my driver's window was going up and down by evening time. I highly recommend him because of the price, his ability to get or have the parts, great quality of workmanship, and fast turnaround time.

Not reliable at all. Left reply and phone to call after quote and no reply. Called office and was told I would get a call back in 15 mins. Never a call back. Best to seek a company that will respect the customer. Not this in one.

Jessie from Power Window Repair Specialist fixed my car s electric window (i.e., replaced window motor/regulator) in a timely manner (approximately, 35 minutes). He kept me posted on his arrival time, beforehand, and was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The fix comes with a 1 year warranty parts/labor too. Jesse is a lifesaver! The parts needed to repair my car window are on national backorder for about 6-12 weeks! Jesse had everything on hand AND charged me significantly less than any car dealer or auto repair shop! It was also nice not having to leave my home to get my car serviced! Quick, affordable, and easy! Highly recommend!
