Just wanted to buy windshield fluid. One person working - and they were on the phone. No acknowledgement of we will be with you soon nor hello . I waited 5 mins - and left went to advanced auto parts where I was greeted and was taken care of quickly.

Had a battery issue and they took care of it. Bought a battery 14 months ago and it was defective! They replaced it with a new one!

These guys are awesome. And honest as the day is long. Battery on my car died after a year and a half. Once the guys heard that they asked where I purchased the battery and suggested I see if it s still under warranty. Turns out it was! Couldn t do business with them this time because I m claiming my warranty with the competitor but they won my business for the next time. Thanks O Reilly!

They were great! Friendly, helpful and informative. Helped me change out my headlight on my lunch hour. Quick and easy! Make sure you give them a nice tip when they help you. You'd be paying so much more at a mechanic.

Ordered an axle seal yesterday. Guy said it will be there the following day. Come to pick up and it was never ordered. I m sure I ll come back later for some other things in a pinch. Now I m going to order it online for half the cost but checked down the street at Advance Auto. Got it for half price ($43 otd).

I had the ABSOLUTE best service and experience at this location. George and Sam were extremely knowledgeable, provided all of the options for my auto parts need and then provided world class outstanding customer service! I have to drive past autozone and advanced auto parts who have lost my business forever just to get the service I received at O'rielys. Come here if you want all your auto needs met!

These guys are total lifesavers. They replace my headlight that broke and I am grateful because they save me an expensive trip to the mechanic.

Outstanding service, every time!! My mom was there getting parts for my Honda Accord and was not sure what she needed. James went about and beyond to help her get the right parts for the best price. Furthermore, she returned for additional items and he gladly helped her with everything. I will only go to this location because of the execellent service that we receive. Employees at like these are hard to find and I hope that they are recognized for their hard work.

Staff openly talks politics and violent behavior towards those who stand up to them . Very unprofessional and rude, can't believe the company would want to alienate half the US consumers.

Great service. We had our alternator go out as we were returning from Legoland and pulled in to O'Reilly. George was very helpful and we were able to make it home safely.

Excellent customer service. I needed a radiator hose for my 18 year-old car and they had one shipped down from GA overnight and I picked up the next day. The employee also helped me find pliers to remove hose clamps with. I hadn't been in the store before, so I didn't know where anything was (tools, coolant, clamps, etc) and he was very patient and helpful. The hose was pretty expensive for being just 14" long, but it was also shipped overnight and it's much cheaper than going to the shop. Anyway, great auto parts store. I will be back for sure!

Always easy to get in and out. Very helpful. A bit more expensive but the knowledge of employees is important and they are much more kind then other autoparts stores i have been in. Kindness is important in stores to keep customers coming back.

Had an error light and needed to get the code reading. The worker was rude and refused to check the code for me. Wanted to know what code was popping up and if it was still on. I let him know that it comes on and off and I m not sure if it s on right now. I just know it needs to be checked. He refused to check if it was even on. Totally ignoring my request. Listen I know it s free to get your codes checked but if you want me to buy parts from you than you should go the extra mile to help me figure out what the issue is. Not coming back again.

I went to the store on West Waters Ave about 10:30 on Sunday August 2nd. Upon entering a brown headed young man behind the counter told me I was not allowed in the store without a mask. I am a 72 year old man with a breathing condition. I told him I have a health condition. He asked to see doctor proof, a clear violation of HIPPA laws. Currently in Hillsborough country, the onus for mask wearing is on the individual, not the business. I am disappointed in this young fellow's rude behavior. It is not what I expect for customer service. I went to a competitor across the street, was warmly greeted and given quality customer service. I won't be back to your store.

My windshield wipers were shot... stopped by O'Reilly and the guy installed new blades and had me on my way in ten minutes. And probably $30 less than the dealership charge. And I didn't have to make an appointment and sit in the lounge for an hour or more. Way to go O'Reilly

The managers told me they get first dibs at limited products especially m2 collector series vehicles. That makes it impossible for the general public to purchase and then they sell a 10$ die cast on ebay for 60$. Thanks o'rielys.

Tampa rd. location. Not greeted. Then bugged by a parts guy that must have been lonely cause he wouldn't shut up. I left cause he got on my nerves plus prices were too high. went to walmart
