This place restored my faith in auto-shops! I happened upon them when my car broke down on the way home from work years ago and I have been going to them since. Pat and the team are some of the most friendly, honest, thoughtful, and helpful people I ve met in a while! They will make sure you are taken care of, understand your options, and that you are happy with your service. They even check on you weeks after to make sure everything is still running smoothly. I moved away and I m sad to lose them, as I don t think I will find another shop like this again in my life!

Murray Motive is a class organization and worthy of praise and honor not only from a business standpoint, but from a God fearing and caring for others mindset. I recommend them to anyone. They "will" treat you fair and service your automobile with the utmost care and promptness. This is a "Five-Star" business and I am proud to know them and take my car there always. I completely trust Murray Motive! I have struggled finding a shop that would care about me and the problems I come with instead of the money they can make. Murray Motive is FANTASTIC! After nearly a year of getting the run around & lame excuses from the Jeep dealership on a check engine light Chris & John at Murray Motive fixed it in a day! On top of that, when they diagnosed the problem they invited me to come into the mechanic bay to show me the dealership's workmanship that caused the check engine to go on! Now, 30 days later & the check engine is STILL OFF! I'm thrilled! I highly recommend Murray Motive & Team Chris/John!

Murray Motive is one of the best shops in the Pinellas area. They are led by honorable men who do not try to pressure you into a number of repairs when you just wanted an oil change. Their work is high quality and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have a good mechanic in Pinellas county.

There are not many places that will recommend to friends, family, and co-works, but Murray Motive is one of them. From the moment you arrive to the time you pick up your vehicle, you are treated with nothing but professionalism. When I drop my car (or my wife's car) off, I know that it is in great hands and the service performed is going to be done with excellence. Took my daughters car in for the headlights not working. It turned out it was user error. They were so nice, made sure there was no issues and checked everything, and didn t even charge us for their time. we will definitely be using them for all future automotive needs.

Beyond AMAZING!They got me in same day to check my wheel "chirp." Turned out all brake pads, etc were good. Cars are so quirky.

This company has been great to work with! They take the time to get all issues explained to me that my car needs, and then follow up to see if I'm having any problems between services! They spotted a couple things that could have caused a serious accident on a long trip I was taking by car! This is the best and most honest car shop around! They took my car in right before a hurricane was to hit and they're even bringing it back to me while I'm at work to swap my car with the loaner they let me use, as the shop is now closing for the storm. CJ and everyone there are the absolute best.

On Saturday night it seemed like my suspension was out in my car, i drove straight to murray on sunday and left my car there. They called me first thing monday morning, set expectations, asked for specifics and did it all with patience and a service attitude. thank God it wasn t my suspension, but an easier fix. I was out by noon on Monday. Couldn t ask for better service all the way around.

This is the best auto service center you will find in the Tampa Bay area! I've been multiple times and they have always been honest, fair, efficient, and affordable but my most recent experience solidified any doubt that they are simply good people. My car broke down on the way to their shop, they came and tried to help get my car started again to their shop, didn't work so they had the car towed at no cost to me. Told me they needed to keep my car over night, which is difficult for me because I need my car, so they offered me a loner car until my car was ready, at no extra charge! I only needed a new alternator nothing crazy, but the customer service was top notch. Extremely affordable parts and service for the repair, and they even reminded me to use the warranty of my battery to trade it in for a new free battery replacement with the auto parts company. I've never called a mechanic to just say "thank you", until today- they deserved my thanks today 100%.Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, Auto battery maintenance, Battery

Update: Since I posted this review years ago, I have been a repeat customer because the service has always been outstanding. I even have my Mom and brother using Murray Motive now.Recommended by a friend a couple years back, Murray Motive has been my go to car repair shop for all of my vehicles. I do routine maintenance, but for big ticket repairs and car care, Murray's does excellent work, at good rates. Staff is always professional, cheerful, happy to explain the basis of their repairs, and provides suggestions when appropriate. Murray's truly does provide car care service. Definitely recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

A few weeks back my wife's car broke down, so I had Triple A tow it to Murray's. This was by far the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. They were knowledgeable, respectable and professional. My wife's car was towed there at night when they were already closed so I had to call them in the morning. I called as soon and they were open and they were already working to see what the problem was with the car. Not only did they have the problem figured out fast but they also sent me text messages explaining the issue as well as pictures of everything they found causing the issue. They had my wife's car up and running that very day! I would 100% recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who keeps their car worked on.Apologies for the late Review.

I am a new satisfied customer of Murray Motive. The efficient organization, clear and educational communication, knowledgeable expertise, and considerate courteous treatment from the staff (from owner Pat, office manager Chris, service manager, and technicians) impressed me to the nth degree. Via phone contact I was kept informed at every step of the towing-diagnostic-repair-and billing process. Owner Pat even texted me 2 days after I picked up my car to follow up on my satisfaction. Also, Chris s written diagnostic of my car s electrical problems enabled me to get a full refund on the Tire Kingdom battery which messed up some of the computerized components. With a new more robust battery and cable ends, plus cleaning of the throttle plate and engine adaptive idle reset, my car now starts and runs smoothly, making me confident that the problems are resolved. Most of all, I feel relieved that , for future car problems, I can depend on Murray Motive for thorough and trustworthy service.Services: Electrical, Battery

Had blowout on right front tire on our 2015 Lexus RX350 on the weekend. Chris got us taken care of, matched the exact tire for replacement, got it mounted, an alignment, and ready in a day.
