The guy Brian who came to replace my windshield was awesome. He came early in the day and was done within 30 minutes. Blake was also great. He called me, handled all the insurance stuff quickly and got me on the schedule within a couple of days. Great company. If I have any other glass needs for my vehicles I will definitely call them again.

Brian was the gentleman than installed my new windshield. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. It took less than an hour to complete and was easy and convenient. I will be using them again in the future and definitely recommend to anyone in need! Thanks Brian!

Lexus of Wesley Chapel highly recommended Mr. Auto Glass, and they did not disappoint!! My initial contact was Jeff, who was super helpful and explained the windshield replacement and insurance process. Both Jeff and David were reassuring since my Lexus is 2 months NEW and already needed a windshield replacement. Juan was the installer, and he provided first-rate service. Juan was friendly, experienced, thorough, and patient with me bc I was nervous about the replacement. Juan regularly works on Lexus vehicles and he took superb care of my car, which I greatly appreciate!! THANK YOU Juan!! I highly recommend Mr. Auto Glass!!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! After dealing with safelite and ultimately having to cancel them and get a refund. I called Mr. Auto Glass yesterday 10/11 and not only did they find the correct part the same day, they went and got it from Brandon and made it to my appointment today 11/12! Brain was so fast and efficient. For a job that should ve taken 3 to 4 hours took him about an hour if not less to take out and replace the back window on our truck and to mention it was raining off an on and he still followed through for us bc our back window didn t require any glue, I am so delighted and 1000% will be using this company if I ever need another window replacement. Mr. Auto Glass did an awesome job. They took care of everything for me and even setup the phone call with my auto insurance. The tech that came right out to me was very professional, kind, and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I knew he had a lot of experience with glass replacements. He got done with my windshield replacement in double time. I couldn't believe how quick it was done, and looked great when it was done. Thanks Mr. Auto Glass.

I highly recommend Mr. Auto Glass. I worked with Will to get my windshield replacement set up, he explained the whole process and helped me work with my insurance. Brian came out to do the replacement and he was on time, professional and got the new windshield installed within an hour. Great company and a very friendly and professional team!

We were very pleased with Mr. Auto Glass.Will did a great job working around our daughters tight schedule. Also, made insurance approval a breeze. The windshield installer was Shelby. He was super nice and came right to Our home driveway.I would not hesitate to Use Mr.Auto glass again and 100% recommend them!

Mr. Auto Glass were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Talked to Rob on the phone who explained everything and scheduled my early morning appointment as requested. Brian who replaced the window showed up on time, explained everything and could not have been more professional and nicer. I will definitely request Brian for any future work and recommend Mr. Auto Glass to anyone who needs auto glass work.

Mr Auto Glass has great pricing - literally the best deal we could find! Would reccomend easily to anyone and everyone. They sent over a their technician Brian . Brian came in and came out on the timelie and in the time frame he said. He was quick neat and gentle with our car. Amazing services with an amazing attitude. He knew what he was doing and he was efficint too. Great man for a great company! Mr Auto Glass is where it's at definitely a better deal than safelite.

Brian, my installer, was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude and personality. He was quick and very careful and just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I have a 2024 vehicle and it looks like new. You cannot tell the difference.

The service was fast and done with care. There are no issues with the seal around my windshield and my PCS camera still works as it had before. These guys do great work.

I had a great experience working with Mr Auto Glass. I have State Farm for insurance and when I spoke to my agent she recommended some other companies but when I read their reviews, they were terrible. State Farm uses a new process for windshield replacement and when I was working with Blake on getting everything coordinated he was very helpful. Brian did the install on my truck, he has great energy and an awesome personality. Perfect install on my truck. Would highly recommend.

Making an appointment for a rock chip repair was very easy and Brian came out the next morning after giving me a courtesy call about his arrival time! Brian was very polite and fixed the broken windshield in no time! Great service!

I was referred here by my a Toyota dealership so I already knew they d be a trustworthy group, but it was even more convenient when Brian came out to where I was as to not interrupt my daily business. They communicated by phone call and text which was easy to plan around and kept me posted on the scheduling. They were in and out in less than an hour. Thanks!!

Brian was great! He called well ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, he informed me of each step in the process, and was friendly & approachable. He finished the work in good time and let me know that I'd be hearing from the company for calibration. I would recommend this service to my own family and friends.

My entire experience with Mr. Auto glass was top notch. From speaking to Will to get through the insurance claim and schedule my service, to the communication leading up to my appointment, and my tech Abdul was friendly and helpful the whole time. This company is amazing and you should choose them 10/10 times.

After just a Week of my new windshield being replaced it got a chip in it once again this time before it spread any futher mr.auto glass was able to come repair it. Brian the technician was fast and efficient and my windshield is back smooth once again.

The glass was changed to my satisfaction. Abdul kept his word and was dependable. They had to reorder the glass because I didn t know my car had a remote start glass even though I don t have a remote starter. It took a day to get the new glass, scheduled the replacement at my convenience and they were able to change the glass in under an hour.

Brian was awesome. You can tell he loves what he does. Very thorough and keeps things tidy. I would definitely recommend Mr. Auto Glass over any other company. I've dealt with safelite before. But Brian exceeded the expectations and experience I had of getting my windshield replaced.

Mr. Auto Glass is top notch when it comes to window replacement. Not only are they honest and fair with pricing, theyre beyond efficient and helpful. I had the pleasure of having Brian replace one of my side windows today, his charisma and professionalism helped solidify theyll be the only ones i call if i ever need one replaced again.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I am very happy with the entire process of having my windshield replaced. They came to my house to replace it.Juan was the installer/technician and he was very polite and efficient. He even went so far as to call me after the job was done instead of knocking on my door so as not to upset my dog.Jeff was the person I talked with first and he was also very nice.I definitely will recommend this company to anyone who needs a new windshield.

Juan was on time and extremely professional. Jeff was great with communication in getting the install scheduled. 2 day turnaround from when I sent the request for a new windshield to the install being completed. 10/10 highly recommend.
