I have been going to Mavis for a couple of years now and have never had a single complaint! They are always transparent about costs and issues with my car. Always timely when my car is in the shop. My whole family takes their cars here as well and will say the same. Thank you for your years of amazing customer service!

The staff was helpful in resolving my tire problem after a tow company left me with a rim without a tire. Mavis treated me like I was family.! Oldsmar Mavis thank you !

Had a nail in my brand new tire. Louis was excellent repairing the tire for me and didn't try to upsell me on a replacement. He acknowledged it was new and went out of his way to make sure I DIDN'T have to replace it. Took about 90 minutes from drop off to driving out on a repaired tire. They also checked the other ones and the brakes while they were doing the repair. I appreciated the refreshing honesty.

Stopped in here to Mavis tire on the way to work and so glad I did. They were fast and took great care of my car. Luis was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Good mechanics are hard to find. Very happy

Exceptional Tire Service and Customer Experience!I recently had the PLEASURE of doing REPEAT business with the Mavis Tire and Breaks service center in Oldsmar, FL, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations - again!One of the standout features is their commitment to keeping the customer informed. Even bringing back a tire that needed repair due running over a nail, I receive the same level of service than if I spent hundreds of dollars.What truly sets Mavis apart is their focus on the customer experience. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the fast and free WI-FI helps make the wait time seem to go by fast. I had 4 tires installed and rear pads and rotors replaced. Very good customer service on the phone and in store. No complaints so far. I would recommend and return to this location.

Luis was very helpful. He quickly got my truck fixed. Mavis provides great quality work and the staff went out of their way to fix my truck on my time schedule. Highly recommend them and will absolutely head up to Mavis next time I'm in need of help with any of my vehicles!!

So as a lot of you may know I leave a lot of reviews and am very brutally honest. First off Will the store manager is very attentive and knowledgeable. He also won t try to upsell you on anything . If he said you need it it s needed. Now for the staff there so professional! Which is a breath of fresh air for this industry! They also make sure to cover your floorboards and seats as to not dirty them . Over all if I could give a 6 star review I would. Great place been coming here for years will continue to do so !! They were so helpful and awesome with my tire valve issue- Luis was great!!! Had to come back to get a tire patch- Tony was so fast and helpful. Always great service!

Luis told me a tire change on my Ranger would be 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later I call to inquire on the status and he says all his crew went to lunch and said it shouldnt be more than another 30 minutes or else he would do it himself right quick. Another 90 mins goes by with no acknowledgment. Finally i phone again to ask a third time and he told me it was done an hour ago and he called. However he had called the wrong number so I waited longer all and all nearly 4 hours to swap one tire is unacceptable. Will not return poor business and professionalism.

Incompetent technicians and defective batteries. These people got instructions from corporate to sell cheap car batteries well as tires. Don t trust them. They first misdiagnosed the problem and sold the defective battery to us. With the brand new alternator their battery only lasted seven months, retail price $200 Price.

Stopped in Monday Am 3/20. The vibe in the shop was very relaxed! I listened to the staff ( wish I would got his name ) on the phone and in person and he was super helpful with everyone he spoke to. They took care of my tire issues on the spot and I have found a new spot for automotive fixes. Thanks Mavis!

I had a screw in my rear tire right before Thanksgiving, and was in a small panic to get out fixed. Called Mavis and they got me an appointment same day. My first time there. Very clean facilities. Luis helped me out and the tech Tony patched up my tire within the hour. Highly recommend!

A few weeks ago preparing for a cross country trip, my fog light was out. Not a big deal, yet driving through the mountains of CO and UT to me it s imperative with wildlife and switchback, hairpin turns. After 3 disappointing other locations, claiming it was to difficult MAVIS TIRES OLDSMAR w YOSVANY & CLEMENCIO were beyond helpful, (took them 5 mins) professional, gave me valuable information on my Dodge ProMaster. I will use this location for tire rotation, oil changes great service, IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE for a simple fix spoke volumes. This location particularly made a lasting impression, not only w two superior employees who took customer service to the highest level.

I noticed a nail in my tire and called 1 hour before close, Yosvany answered and was super nice and helpful and told me to come in. I got there and everyone including him was super nice. Definitely a great place to go to get your car serviced!

We bought 4 tires and replaced the rear brakes. Total time there, was an hour and thirty minutes. Prices were fair, the work didn't take most of the day, in addition, their waiting room was comfortable. The salesman was polite and informative. We will keep them in mind for needed repairs.
