What a trustworthy company!! I came in here on a whim because I needed an affordable oil change asap!! Pedro held the front door open for me and was an absolute pleasure to speak with about what my car needed. He said I could pull my car around and Samantha would work on it within 5 minutes!! I thought I was dreaming!! I have NEVER EVER IN MY YRS HAD AN OIL CHANGE DONE SO QUICKLY AND SO AFFORDABLE!! *Samantha is the only females holding it down up there with mostly male staff and she did a phenomenal job!!!! I am so impressed - she rocks!!!!!

This is hands down the best place I have been to. The service is On point there is not a single detail that they overlooked. Just amazing and the staff has to be some of the best around. Thank you for giving us a great place for all of our car care needs.

I will have to say the price and the service is what earned the four star review! The lady at the front was very accommodating and polite to me, and my five-year-old. She made the annoying process of getting your car fixed as pleasant as she could. If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would but I d rather give them 5 than 4. The price for two brand new tires, an alignment and roadside assistance for the tires was the lowest in the area by far! The lack of a perfect score was due to the wait time. Based on my opinion two hours is quite a long time to wait for the work we had done, but I m no mechanic. I will be back!

I have been to this Express Oil location several times. Every visit has been a great experience. I drive an older car & am always concerned about future problems. The team there always does a thorough job on my car. My questions are always addressed & I feel more than satisfied when I leave. Recently, I smelled what I thought was burning oil in my car. I stopped by Oil Express & they assured me that everything was fine. No charge for a quick visit that made me feel so much better. Johan has been my tech every time I have been there. He is so attentive, courteous & professional. Pedro has been beyond helpful when I have called. Great service, excellent staff.

Brought my car in to have a new set of wheels and tires installed. Made the appointment online which was very convenient. Pedro and the rest of the crew working that day did a great job! Very professional staff and super clean shop. Special thanks to the tire technician who I didn t get his name, took his time and was extra careful with my painted black wheels. THANKS GUYS!

I was a bit skeptical about coming only because it s my first time getting an oil change in Florida. I want to say this location in Oldsmar -Mobbly bay was very fast, professional and has great customer service. You can tell that the staff there are all team players and really cares about what they do. I had Samantha, she was a pleasure and very knowledgable about my car. Once again thank you Samantha you rock I ll be back next oil change.

Aaron, the technician, was very respectful, answered all questions and did a fine job changing the oil, checking the air filter and other fluids. There was no wait time and took about 10 minutes.

I want to say thank you to all the staff here for the great service. They talked me through everything on my oil change they showed me my oil dip stick when my oil change was complete. There was something wrong with my belt and they showed me instead of just telling me. I will be back

I have come here for oil changes and they were great. When I came in for tires for my 2022 Silverado 2500, they were not comfortable to recommend or install 4 tires that were 1 size taller than what was factory. There is clearly room in the wheel wells to accommodate the request and it is done everyday across America. They lost out on a sale and a repeat customer.

If I could give more stars, I would. Customer Service was outstanding. Very friendly and honest staff. As a female who doesn't know a ton about vehicles, I am always worried taking my vehicle to shops as I don't want to get jerked around. I had a noise coming from what sounded like my brakes and I brought it in, they test drove it, fixed the minor issue and gave me back my keys all within a half hour and free of charge. I will be come here from now on!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Johann is great. Very professional and friendly - checked my lights and tire pressure while we were waiting for the oil to be filled. Thank you for being so helpful and sending me off with coupons :-)

Had my company van in and out in a blink of an eye! The staff seemed happy to answer any and all questions I had. Pricing is fair and comparable to most other places in this industry but the level of care is why I'll be back!

Great service and Pedro is so helpful. They do a great job! I take my 2022 Mercedes CLA 45 AMG there instead of the dealership, always save money and they know exactly what it needs for service according to Mercedes guidelines. It s a great option.

Awww what a great experience I had at Oldsmar Express oil change ... I dropped by for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Juan. I knew he was going to tell us all the things that is wrong with my car but I was pleasantly surprised..He was very pleasant and welcoming. He patiently explained oil change options, the prices which are very reasonable. The place is very clean and organized not your typical oil change experience- it was great to hear nothing was wrong and fixed my back light as a courtesy Guess where I will coming back to? You know it! Thank youuuu Juan and crew for a great experience, and thank you for working hard for us even during this pandemic

Always 5 stars every timeI Need someone I can trust with my car because I live on the road. I met Jason, the owner at an Upper Tampa Bay chamber event and started taking my car in for everything from replacing a tire to oil changes and I couldn't be happier.I have 100% trust each and every time that the price is going to be fair, the service is going to be timely and friendly and you can't ask for more than that in the automotive industry or any business for that matter.

The service here was wonderful Shannon walked me through all the steps that needed to be done with my vehicle went over pricing and was very kind to me. Zach the technician that worked on my vehicle, he showed me everything that was wrong with my vehicle and told me why the things were wrong. I will be using Zach and Shannon for all my vehicle needs

I was here on 1/12/24 and was greeted by Samantha what a sweet heart she was she told me everything wrong with my car and advised me what to do with the issues going on with my car due to I just got this car from OkCarz..and in top the filter to my car was so nasty and she took care of the problem so yes very happy with the service in this location very nice ppl will recommend to anyone thank you guy's for your hard work thank you so much and God bless keep up the great work Samantha

Update:I received a call from Jason the owner and he listened to the situation and explain to me next steps. He conducted an investigation and contacted the car manufacturer and at the end I got a new tire. Jason thanks for going the extra mile and taking care of this situation. Once again thanks for going the extra mile!Came to this location for a nail in my tire. About 20 minutes later Shannon the manager came to me and showed me how the tire looked like and mentioned that this happen when the tire was first mounted originally, I explained the vehicle was brand new with 2,000 miles on it how can this had happened? His answer was we have a very expensive tire machine and this machine would had never cause this rip on your tire wall. I wanted to perform the homework and visited a couple of tire shops including the dealer and the answer was it s imposible it would have happened when mounting this from the factory. Went back and basically he didn t wanted to even listened to me or understand or work on my situation, his answer you need to buy a new tire! Since that day I had to put air in the tire every day!

This was the first time using Express Oil Change. The staff was friendly and the garage was clean and orderly. They had me operate all the lights to ensure they were in working order. The only critique I have is that they should ask if it's the customer's first time in, and if so, explain their business procedure.Definitely recommend for an oil change.
