Great staff !!!!!!! Eric helped me with my car problem even when was ending his shift and PJ Dary helped me a lot too with my car lights these guys are the best. I drive 20mi having an Autozone near only because these guys always resolve your problem and in a friendly way.

Eric R went above and beyond changing out a battery on my Terrain which turned out to be a lengthier than average change out. He even checked some other things after to ensure the battery was the only issue. I truly appreciated the care he took on a busy day at that shop. Give this Man a Raise! Cheers

On Friday evening 11/26/2021, I was having issues with my Duralast Gold Battery, I decided to stop into this store in Oldsmar for a Battery Test. Alissa greeted me, as I entered the store. She was very enthusiastic, in helping me diagnose the Battery. The Battery Test result was: Bad Battery. My Battery was currently under valid warranty. We were unable to disconnect the Negative Battery cable, since it was corroded onto the Negative Battery Terminal Post. Alissa waived the Battery Exchange Core Charge/Fee, in good faith that when I was able to remove the Battery I would return the Bad Battery to Autozone. The next day (Saturday) I returned the Bad Battery, Sean or Shawn not sure how is name is spelled (ponytail hairstyle) was assisting a customer outside, when I walked into the store. Sean quickly followed me in and immediately gave me outstanding customer service, like Alissa did on Friday evening. I want to commend both Alissa and Sean for their Outstanding Customer Service and great personalities. I even called the store to inform one of the mangers about their two great employees.Great Service. Highly Recommend.

Wonderful service from Kyle and Emanuel! 15min before close and both were super happy to help me get a new battery I desperately needed. Appreciate the help, will definitely be back for my car needs.

Robert was a perfect example of Excellent Customer Service. He went above his job to help me with my battery issues. Very patient and respectful. I appreciate him very much. He made sure that my car was able to run and that it was safe to drive it. Just that alone makes me want to keep coming back to this AutoZone store. Thank you!

Most Americans are very kind individuals, but there is a minority that is somewhat racist. Some believe that because we Latinos don't speak English, they assume we are ignorant, illiterate, or even uneducated. However, they are mistaken. I arrived at this Autozone location with my 11-year-old son after my car's battery died at a nearby hotel. I was on a business trip with my family. When I entered Autozone, a very friendly young American assisted me. He even tried to explore options to help me transport the car to Autozone and sell me a battery. However, for some strange reason, the manager pulled him aside and assigned him other tasks, leaving me unattended.I waited for at least 15 minutes for someone else to help me in a very dismissive manner. Due to the urgency of being in a city far from home, I reluctantly purchased a Power Jumper to jumpstart my car and continue my journey. I find it very distasteful that these individuals treated me this way. This incident occurred on Saturday, December 16th, around 10 to 11 am. It's disheartening. Thanks to the young man who tried to assist me, but unfortunately, for some reason, he was reprimanded and directed elsewhere

Horrible customer service needed a wiper blade and asked for the wiper book that most stores keep in the wiper aisle and he stated we don't have one you need and you have to Google it instead of helping me. Meanwhile Im the only guy in the store and there were 4 employees there on their computers. People go to brick and mortar for help and customer service. Next time I'll just use Amazon

The Oldsmar AutoZone is wonderful! I needed new Wiper Blades and the gentleman who waited on me, Steven, was so very kind and patient with me, and installed my new Wipers for me! I never expected such great customer service. He was friendly and so courteous, and it meant so much that he did this for me. Thank you again!

I always go to AutoZone I went there today because I didn't have any brake lights and I knew I needed bulbs cuz they go out once a year and Raymond took care of me so well he double checked everything to make sure he was doing the right thing for me he installed the bulbs for me. He did an excellent job! You can tell he takes alot of pride in his job that's why I always go back to auto zone !!

My battery needed to be replaced after being jumped twice. Dustin and Shawn were fantastic in helping get a high demand, low stocked battery for my Jeep. It was the last in stock in the area. Thank you for your kindness, I truly appreciate the employees at this store

This Oldsmar location of AutoZone went above and beyond my expectations! They replaced my battery and gave me an additional discount from the bad experience I had from the main store on Florida and Waters Avenue in Tampa. They took really good care of me and send me on my way! Very happy customer!

I originally went to a different auto shop closer to home but not a single person was in the store, either working or shopping to help me, so I left and I came to this AutoZone and I'm so glad I did. I was looking for a lightbulb for my car, Sky assisted me to make sure I had the right one, he also gave me a recommendation for the bulb and installed it for me. Definitely 5 star customer service. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience and will be back for sure to this AutoZone.

Went in with a very old car battery and within 25 minutes I was out of there with a fresh one and a lot less stress on my shoulders. Thank you Robert for all your kindness and help!! Will definitely be going back for any and all car needs.

If I could leave more stars I would. Alissa the commercial account supervisor is super amazing. I came in for a starter (for my boat). She looked it up and cross referenced it for me. She sent me away with the wrong one at first which was my fault. My starter had 4 prongs on the solenoid, the one I left with had 3. I noticed it on the way home and called her, She spent two hours searching and got me the right one. This Woman is an asset to this store and the company, and should be compensated accordingly. They are fast reliable and professional, and the store is spotless. Great job. See ya ll next time.
