Plenty of inventory. Clean and well organized location. Employees are friendly and helpful. Feels like a hometown local store where everyone knows everyone. Plenty of parking. They do recognize military service. Safe location.

The Manager I m assuming she was the manager, was polite and quick to help. The younger guy they had working the register seemed uninterested to say the least, barely wanted to do his job, Not friendly and not really what I would want as the representative of my business. Parts are parts. I go to locations not only on part availability but also based on the experiences I have. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the parts are decent quality. I hope you ll do better next time on the customer service aspect.

I had such a great experience here with my battery replacement. I was helped and informed quickly so I was able to make it to work on time. I was taught about which batteries were better, the warranty, and the prices but I did not feel pressured at all. After I explained what happened, he guided me to do everything I needed. I appreciate good customer service.

I want to thank Sam for her help dedicated assistance and help on two separate occasions. I ordered a part for my Tundra online and it was not the right size. There was a mistake on the K&N web site. Sam knew she could figure it out and she did! I went back today for some wipers and she was there again and had my wipers changed before I finished paying. She went the extra mile and I appreciate her help.

I needed a new battery installed very last minute. My old one died as I drove near the Oldsmar location. One of the employees named Zach, was extremely helpful and super friendly. Actually, from previous purchase experiences, the staff team there was very nice and offered good customer service. Which it s something I appreciate since it s hard to have these days. Thank you again for all your help!

Use Forest Lake light if across Tampa rd. Very clean store. Prices high compared to Wal-Mart and Amazon. Wandered around with no offer of help, but very friendly at checkout.

I came in with my tired child in tow shortly before close flustered because my brake lights wouldn t shut off and I knew I would wake up to a dead battery if I let it sit. I had googled and tried to figure out what I needed on my own and explained it all to Sam and she was so unbelievably sweet and asked me questions to make sure I got the right part. She even took the time to show me how the part worked and explained how I could replace it on my own if it ever came to that which I appreciated so much. It was busy for being so late but she came out and replaced it and got my son and I out of there as quick as she could. Sam was amazing! I ll definitely be back to this location if I need anything else!

Sam B was very helpful, personable, and did a great job replacing my new battery. It was very busy and she was the only employee working at the time and still did a great job taking care of all the customers in a timely manner. I was very impressed with her multitasking ability and would highly recommend anyone visit this store.

Exceptional customer service This team of two had their hands full this evening. They displayed team work, knowledge, professionalism and amazing interpersonal skills. Scott and his female co-worker, unfortunately we did not catch her name, assisted with our "dead" battery. Thank you both for being simply amazing

Excellent customer service. My battery died yesterday and I somehow made it to the store and Sammy helped me find and replace my new battery. This store has never disappointed me. Always helpful far and beyond.

Sam fixed my brake light switch for me! She went above and beyond to assist me at closing on Saturday without any hesitation! I was completely touched by the effort she put in to help me out! Simply Amazing! We need more people like Sam!

Best customer service I have ever encountered! Sam was knowledgeable and courteous. Scott was also great at helping to get my battery in the car while Sam worked on the logistics of the swap. Store was clean and every person that came through while I was there seemed happy with their service!

This is my second time going to this location and both times everyone one was very friendly. This first time Helen helped me with a pickup from an online order and she immediately explained to me that the battery I had choose online was not good for my vehicle. She helped me exchange for the correct battery and was always friendly and helpful. Today I had to go back and Sam B helped me. Sam was so nice and helped my husband and me. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Because of Helen and Sam B I will always continue to come to this location. The world needs more people like Helen and Sam B. I am extremely grateful for their help and kindness.

I stopped in store on Sept 11 and was greeted immediately. Needed a diagnosis to check for some trouble I had been having. These girls were very knowledgable and so kind. I needed new windshield wipers, she looked them up and took me to the correct wiper choices...she even put them on for me. They were so kind and helpful I walked out with everything I needed. Was greeted at the door by Sam, very friendly and helpful. Made me feel at home with wonderful hospitality. Went above and beyond to find the parts and tools that I will need to fix my jeep. AutoZone used to be my go to but will definitely come back now. Thanks Sam!

Sam was amazing,and funny,was having a bad day,had to get a new battery,she made me laugh,plus she put my battery in for me,will recommend this place,awesome friendly service,and I noticed all the girl power,,thanks Sam for making my day better

Everytime I come here they always have all the tools and equipments and oils and everything's that I need! My childhood friend Lance works here too and he's so awesome! I'm so proud of the friendly mechanics who work here and ill probably continue to shop at this store for as long as I live in the area lol

I ordered a part and it came in missing a seal. I was very hard to find the part number for it. Sam would not give up until she had found me all the information and how to go about getting the right seal I needed. I was extremely happy and pleased with Sam most people would have given up not Sam. She kept looking and trying different avenues to find this hard to find item. Advanced Auto needs more diligent people like Sam. I have been disappointed many times by others. Thank you very much for all your help Sam. I think that was my best experience at Advanced Auto ever. She also was very helpful finding the proper tool to finish the job. If not for her my truck would have been on the shelf for a week or so. Thanks again for you excellent help and knowledge.Tony Ranno

Came in 15 minutes before closing needing a battery test and had many questions. A young man named Scott was there and went out of his way to help me with everything and never making me feel like he was in a hurry even though it was closing time. A Plus service !! I had a lot of questions and ended up getting new battery. So glad this store is near me. Scott was great but I feel in general all the Advance Auto employees do a great job. Sam is awesome!

Chris took care of me when I went in with a bum battery. Calm, professional and throughly explained what he was doing before and when he did it.Nothing like having the store swap out your battery, so I don t have to get my office hands dirty in the middle of the day!Thank you Chris!
