I have a mini cooper, and if anyone has one then you know that the tag one the back of your car has holes on the side instead of up top to hold it on. Our tags here in Florida only have the holes up top. I had no idea how I was going to get the tag to stay on. I went to NAPA Auto Parts and there was a young man behind the counter who was just as confused as I was, but God bless him he came up with an answer to my problem and I m happy to say that my tag is still on today. Thank you NAPA Auto Parts for your knowledgeable employee and and all over great experience

Rick and Chris are good guys patient and polite we have had an account with Rick for over 20 years maybe more. If he doesn't have what you need he most likely can get it. if not you don't need it.

This place feels like home. The minute you walk in this Napa, you are taken care of, if they don't have it, they will get it, if you need it, they go out of their way to make sure you get it. The service is so personal. Its like your brother is the owner, & most importantly, you may not be only customer in the store and waiting while another customer is being helped can take more than a few minutes, but consider this while your waiting... The time they take for EVERY customer is PERSONAL, telling you that they never rush because you are important to them, and won't let you leave till all your needs have been met

Have been in there quite a few times and they never have what we need. It would be a great place for an Auto Parts Store. All we needed was a spark plug, but of course they didn't have it. Had to drive all the way to Chiefland for a part that cost a few bucks. Not a happy camper.

Went there to purchase 2 batteries for my GMC 3500HD pickup. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and had the batteries I needed. The store is close to my location and my experience was good so I would buy from them again.

Always loved old town napa till they tried to get my wife to buy a 149$ battery for our car, I told her no cause I know we can get a good battery for half that, but I still like the place great helpful people and close to me

Nasty kid behind the counter asked a simple question at 445 PM and he said " go talk to a specialist I dont know anything " WOW was my response and I walked out never will I go back in there bot even to buy a nut
