Had an appointment for installation of new tires but still had to wait over 3 hours. They did have good prices compared to other big box stores.

I never have any issues when I go here ( note its only for tire stuff ) . The people are always kind, even when super busy.

Angie was super helpful and the guys are all great, too! Had 4 new tires installed. 1 new one came in defective so they were smart and showed me, refused to put it on...as should be. Then they got me fixed up with another good new one! I'd definitely come back to this service department.

Good services in the bay. The team up front at the counter was rude and called me out about a mis quote I got on the phone while making the appointment. Not one but three ladies aggressively attacking verbally. Never will I go back. Bless their hearts!Service: TiresService: Tires

Horrible.... have had 2 times where the vehicle comes back after service with something that is broken or messed up. Now the management does say they will refund any dollar amount to fix the problem that they did. But with that being said we had to go and find the part and pay for it and then they reimburse the money. Why do we need to go and do something that is not our fault in the first place??

I was worried about the care my vehichle was going to recieve on first premises. I've never been to this location for a vehicle repair and after the fright of that I am glad to say that they made me a happy customer. They were very efficient with all tbe cars I seen in line and noticed no unhappy employees which normally means a good job to be employed by. Any concern I have had in the past is definitely been replaced with comforting ones.

Was very happy with my purchase being it was no techs available but they went put of their way to get someone in the automotive dept to take care of installing my new tires.I definitely would recommend to friends and family.I would have gave 5 stars but I did a .com order and booked a appointment that day and had to come back the next day for a tech to install.But I'm really satisfied.Best wishes that you find some help with that department.Thanks Guys!!!!

We were in a serious time crunch and had a 5 hour travel ahead of us. They got us in and out in about 30 minutes. Excellent service!!

Two new tires and an oil change, wonderful service crew and always polite. I have been using the Okeechobee Walmart auto care for over 2 years now and my father has used them for over 10 years. The service is always wonderful, we wouldn't trust our car care to anyone else.

Slow service. The techs were playing around in the shop. We sat in our car for over an hour before anyone came out to help us. The price was right for the oil change. But not worth the hassle. I would rather pay a little extra and use a quick change establishment in the future.

Laziest bunch of people I have ever try to get work done with.... I had a flat tire situation and was driving on a spare to get a new tire at this Walmart... I called at 4 40 p.m. before I got there asking what time they are done for the day the guy I talked to told me that they stopped taking cars at 5:30 because they close at 6 p.m. I asked him if I get there before that time will they be able to change a tire and he said yes. I got there at exactly 5:02 p.m. and they were only working on one car. The same guy then told me they were closed for the day. It was a complete waste of time and life-risking to drive there on the spare when he could have told me this information on the phone to begin with. And I also stopped there once before for an oil change but they told me that they couldn't do it because they don't have the right kind of oil it's a complete waste of time to visit this location why they received anyting--but 0 Stars baffles me.

Was the first to get here this morning to get 4 new tires on 2 hours later I am still here and just about every car after me has gone . The guy who who put my tires on was very slow and help attended with everybody else s work besides his own. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Every tire he mounted he walked away from to assist other workers and forgot about his own work. I will never come back again

Got to Walmart and the guy who took my vehicle said it would take an hour max. Went in to do some shopping and waste time. Over an hour and a half and didn t even drain the oil out of my truck. They said it would take 20 more minutes. Needless to say I did not get my oil changed told them to stop what they were doing and give me my truck keys ridiculous wait time.

Wow tire Dept on the ball to day returned battery that dies every year tried to charge no Charge they have to test. DEAD as usuall new battery diff 3.87 Happy as can be works till the next time

The service is very good, and they even vacuum the carpet for you. My dealership doesn't do that.
