On 29 October 2020 in the evening my car broke down. I was really stranded in West Okeechobee on state road 70, traveling home to Jupiter from a work trip to Tampa. I called them for roadside service. The first young man came promptly showed me what was wrong with my car and it was obvious that it could not be repaired at the roadside. He clearly explained the issues & was very sweet and polite. A tow truck needed to be called that came, he stayed with me until the truck came.The tow truck driver also arrived promptly, he went straight to work loaded up my car, and me, then drove me to my auto repair shop in Jupiter 55 miles. He was also polite, sweet, a lovey gentleman. In what was a bad situation this really was an excellent experience.I would highly recommend Total Roadside Service in Okeechobee, Florida to everyone that has a roadside need.THANK YOU so muchServices: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Long distance hauling

Thank you for your quick response in my time of need. The staff on the phone was professional and knowledgeable of the area where i was at. They not only towed my truck, but was able to have it fixed and back on the road within hours. Keep up the good work. Would highly recommend .

Too bad they don't allow negative Stars! One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I have never been talked to as bad as I was by an employee there and I was a bartender for 12 years!!

Total Roadside has done several things for me over the years, from towing my vehicles to changing out my tires. The owner will always do his best to make things right if you have any complaints. U call they come always any time day or night great prices amazing customer service I recommend them anytime u need anything even if u have a flat tire or broke down on the side of the road they r the ones to call

A good place to get fast service in case of emergency if you have a vehicle towed be prepared to pay a lot be before you can have it released to get any property from it overall four stars.

On January 27th my Ram 3500 failed to keep running. The mechanic determined the fuel system was allowing an air pocket to form. After it was started I took it to their shop and they worked the problem and waited for dodge to send the correct replacement parts (21 days). Management kept us informed, made it right and at the best possible cost that I could have asked for. Thank You so much!

I was coming back from from upstate when my vehicle broke done 20 miles out of Okeechobee. Thankfully since it's not a very big town I had the phone number of Total Roadside Services saved in my cell. Half an hour later Jeremy came to me. I next to him in the towing truck and it was very fun and chatty road back to the town. Thank you very much for towing service. Your help is much appreciated and I want to share it as an experience!

This is a great company! I was stranded at a music festival and Jeremy came and towed my car. He was so helpful and went above and beyond for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

If you own a semi-truck and are in need of a tow call these guys. They were able to give me a fixed rate on the tow. The job was completed when they said it was going to be. Straight business going on here . *I recommend.

Great people. The tow guy that showed up was Red. He was fast and friendly. Very knowledgeable about towing lifted vehicles. I will call them again if I am stranded on the road.

I called about getting a truck towed out of a ditch and no one returned my call. Called BMJ and they came right out after waiting an hour for a return call from Total Roadside.

The ladies in the office are awesome, they carried my sleeping granddaughter out to the car for me and thank you for the awesome work on my car, they have my business and I recomend them to everyone
