Jeremy and team at Total Roadside went out of their way to help me repair/replace parts on my truck in one day. They even picked my vehicle up for me and returned it in the same day. Highly recommend!

The people that work at TRS are ALWAYS ready to help. This type of service is a direct reflection of their hands-on owner/manager.TRS does EVERYTHING mechanical; along with towing. Above all TRS is Honest.

I just want to thank the folks at Total Roadside Services for the fantastic job they did for us!!! We were traveling to Key Largo from Tavares for vacation with our fifth wheel when we had a tire blowout on our RV on the Florida Turnpike. Definitely not what we expected on our way to a much-needed vacation! Luckily we had a State Farm roadside patrol help up change out the tire and replace with the spare, but now we had to make up our minds "do we turn around and go home or continue on our way?"I decided to look for a place on the way to replace all 4 tires on the RV and a new spare with quality tires. I called Total Roadside Services and thank goodness I did! They not only had 5 tires in stock for us, they promised us they would get us in right away so we could continue on our way without too much delay! Jen opened a ticket for us over the phone and gave us directions and we were on our way. We arrived there within 40 minutes or so and they were ready to help and answer any questions we had. Rather than making us wait for the trucks being worked on, Chris overheard us saying we could lift the RV anywhere since we had hydrolic auto-leveling, and he got to work for us right away!We even had a nice big shady tree to sit under and have our lunch & snacks at a picnic table while we waited! We were on way to the Keys in no time and we had a fabulous week or snorkeling, kayaking, exploring and chillaxing. Thank you so much Chris, Jen and everyone at Total Roadside Services. Total Road Side Service was awesome. I was a Lake Okeechobee KOA and my Fifth wheel had a flat Tire. I called them and they came out within 15 minutes, on a Sunday. The mechanic was awesome. He brought the new tire, but after I told him that I just had metal valve stems installed. He tested the stem first. It was the stem that was leaking. He fixed the stem, checked the entire tire and tested the rest of my wheels. He didn't try to sell me the tire that I didn't need. They always give great service every time I ve had to use them. This particular day I was desperate, not only did the gentleman tow my car but helped me figure out my issue. I fix my own car so it was an easy fix!

Great staff that is always willing to do what it takes to get you back on the road. They are also an authorized installer of Jasper Engines and Transmissions. The best warranty you will find on reman drivetrain products; 3 year/100,000 mile nationwide transferable

I have taken multiple vehicles to Total Roadside and after a quote, their work has been significantly lower than expected. No one tries to screw you over, and they are fast and efficient. Both repairs were significant, and I've had no issues with the repairs at all. They have earned a repeat customer, and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you guys.

Great quality service! I was stranded in my handicapped van and mobile service tech was sent asap. Solved my battery problem with ease. Polite courteous tech went beyond to assist me and make sure I was safe! A plus service I reccomend! Thank you very much..

Heading N in a class A rv we had a tire go flat. After making it back 15 mi we pulled into Total Roadside Service and Repair. We were so glad we chose this shop! They fixed it (huge bolt in tire) and we re very knowledgeable and friendly. Had us on our way in no time.Service: TiresService: Tires

I shredded a tire passing through Okeechobee after 6 pm.They located a tire and had it changed onto the rim in a parking lot in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable, tech was very courteous.Very pleased, Highly recommend.Thanks Guys!

We live thirteen hours away and our car was having issues but we had to be home that same day so, we called Total Roadside Services and they were amazing. The whole crew was so nice and helped us out on one of their busiest days. I can t thank them enough for their wonderful service and for getting us home!

This place has terrible customer service towards people of color! The guy who was asked to fix my trailer did not actually fix anything on my trailer yet charged me triple the price. The place is money hungry in which I m not sure why. I overall would not recommend dealing with this company for road side or service calls. If I could leave something lower than a one star then I definitely would rate it a 0.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Total Roadside Services is truly a "One Stop Shop". The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable in the shop. I have had mechanical repairs done in the past, but most recently, I purchased a new set of tires and the price was not only lower than 2 other dealers locally, the office staff found a rebate for an additional $80.00 off, which was not offered for the same tire at the other dealers. Not only did she find the rebate, she assisted me with submitting it. Customer Service like that is hard to find these days. Great Job Total Roadside, keep up the great work.

Service so good you catch a std. Messed up two sets of bearing at $500 a set and a couple hundred in labor and is still broken. I guess I need a go fund me account to pay for bus mechanic college to do it myself.

Tire pressure monitor system wouldn t read a tire. Jeremy was able to work through this issue that 2 ford dealers and my rv dealer could not get past. Appreciated his patience and tenacity to get er done!

Great experience, My truck broke down a flat tired on turnpike 45 miles away from their location not only they had my size tire, lady on the phone was really nice and give me a fair quote . Also the guy that came to replace my tire was a professional and good people .Yeah it took them almost 3 hours to get to me but as a truck driver i can understand situacions . All it matters was they got me back to the road . I recommend this people.. Great service good customer service.

WARNING I CALLED THEM LAST WEEK , Total ROADSIDE? Dont you believe it! Had a starter on a semi go south, they wanted to hook the the rig for $460 to go 2 miles to their shop and then do the repair. Roadside Repair? Try again!, guaranteed IF I had used them it wouldve been well over a $1,000 bill .... i called another company, $125 road call, $125hr labor plus parts, tech was onsite in 30-45mins, the tech swapped out the starter in under an hour and i was back on the road in under 2.5 hrs from the time of breakdown..

The service man got us rolling.He was smart, hard working and excellent to deal with .I would recommend this company to anyone.We were in real trouble on a deserted stretch of the Florida turnpike (91) and total Roadside Service came to our aid and we are very thankful!I wish I had learned the service mans name he deserves credit for a job well done!!!!

We were very fortunate to come across Total Roadside Services on December 22,2018 as they were about to close for the day. We had just begun our 10 day vacation trip when the check engine & oil light came on. They were able to diagnosis the problem quickly and take care of us in a very timely matter at a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Total Roadside Services. We had a bearing issue on our horse trailer, we were in town for an event at the Okeechobee Agri Civic Center. We could not get the trailer to their shop. I called on a Saturday morning when they opened and within a couple of hours their service tech got to us. He was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue within 1 hour. I highly recommend.

All the staff at Total Roadside are amazing, they are able to not only fix your problem, but also recommend what is best for you and your vehicle. They explain all options well, and keep your finances in mind when recommending a solution. They have always treated myself and my family great. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or vehicle repair.

My husband and I were stranded with a flat tire without a spare in the middle of nowhere and were running out of options when we came across Total Roadside Services. The staff there were extremely helpful answering all of our questions and getting to us asap. A huge shout out to Jonni and Jimmy, you two are amazing! Thank you so much, you're the Best.
