Contacted in to make an appointment. Spoke with a woman, everything in the beginning was fine she said she was gonna give me a great price and she would need to contact me back later once she figured out the pricing for my car. Ok no big deal, but then 2 weeks go by I haven t heard anything back I called back in she apologized and said she completely forgot. I was a little annoyed but I said it was fine she stated again she would contact me back she gathered all my info again for a 2nd time and a few days go by and still nothing I called back in several times in the course of 3 weeks, these people completely ignored my calls and did not return any of my messages for some reason, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are rude and extremely unprofessional.

Rafael came highly recommended by several people I know. Not only did he do a fabulous job doing my front two windows to match the rest, he was super fast! I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Oh, I also can't forget he was also really affordable. I highly recommended him! Thank you to Norma for reaching out to me as well to set up the appointment.

This place and the staff are horribly unprofessional. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what they did. They made my appointment for 7:30am and didn t show up to open the gates until 7:50am. Then, instead of matching all my windows to the same shade, they put the same tint on even the back ones that were already factory tinted so now they re so dark I can t even see out of them when I m driving. I called to explain this to them, and all they did is berate me on the phone and deny doing anything wrong. Do not trust these people with your vehicles!! The lady in the office is disgustingly rude and the owner doesn t care about the customers, the quality, or the services provided.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Listen, if your old school Chobee then you know Raffi (as we call him). He has tinted 2 of my cars and soon to be doing another. So I can give a review on the basis of long term buisness with him and his wife. I was going to him when he was in the flea market by Gilbert's. His tint has never failed me. One of my cars I had for 6 years before I sold it. Still perfect as the day he put it on. Raffi is a long time buisness man of okeechobee. Anyone who is anyone gets tints from him. Point blank period.....

Made it to my appointment early only to be ignored for 10 minutes, then told that they only take cash. After going to get cash he had 2 other people in front of me. Lady at the front was rude and guy at the back ignored me the whole time. Would not reccomend.
