O Reilly no longer gives a military discount on motor oil. Their competitor, Autozone down the street does and it s 10%. All of the years I have spent a lot of money with O Reilly are over!!! Their excuse that they re almost selling oil at cost is their problem and probably corporate baloney they re telling their gullible employees!! I ll give my business to Autozone from now on!!! PS. The only reason you have a country or a business at all is because of us military folk.

I used to have bad experiences trying to order parts through O Reilly s. However, Vince changed that! He s a walking catalog of parts knowledge! The entire store seems much more knowledgeable and runs smoothly under him. I now order all of my parts through O Reillys and recommend that everyone does the same.Thank you Vince for all the help, your parts knowledge easily exceeds anyone I have ever dealt with! You have a customer for life.

Bought water pump from this store and tried to return 3 weeks later because it was wrong. They refused to give refund although the warranty states 1 year. Called there customer service number district manager supposed call.. Never called. Beware I will never purchase another item from them.

Staff is very nice, but I was told that there was no Battery available for my car. That was incorrect info. I went to another auto parts store, and they had my battery in stock.

I shop O'Reilly's Auto Parts because they have exactly what I need. Anything special ordered always arrives next day morning. Great customer service friendly and polite.

We needed new wind shield wiper blades, so stopped by O'Reilly. We couldn't figure out the correct wiper length as we were getting different info from our searching the web. Sean asked if we needed help and he took it from there. He got the correct wiper blades and installed them for us. Highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts for their knowledge and their friendly exceptional customer service.

This place has great customer service it's a convenient location and o'reilly's is really the best in my opinion because they match the price or do better and the inventory is seemingly always equipped. I've been going with oreilly since my first car 10 years ago in North Carolina; They are the best. Tks Vincent!

It's unfortunate this oreilys is lacking in good employees with knowledge some of them can't even change a headlight bulb that takes 30 seconds. PSL oreilys puts this oreilys to shame big time.Customer service will make or break a company.

Customer service beyond amazing. My son was at a music festival in town and his battery died. I am 3000 miles away and needed to help him. They went above and beyond to help so this mom wouldn't worry about getting help for her son.

Handed them heater hose with size marked on it 11/16 sold me 5/8 hose! When complaining they hung up on me.

The clerk helped me discern what size windshield wipers I needed but let me choose them alone. He never offered to help me install them like other stores.

Couldn't get a part from the local dealer, actually was a hassle even getting someone on the phone at the dealer. I Called O'Reilly and they have the part and it was only $1 more than the dealer. I was greeted at the door and was in and out in a few minutes. I recommend O'Reilly for any part! Don't waste time calling the Big Dealer! Call O'Reilly!

Vince was able to find the part I needed and get it here the same day for the lowest price. I checked with several other auto parts stores in Okeechobee and O'Reilly was the most helpful, knowledgeable & accomodating! Thank you, Vince. By the way, THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK once they locate your part... even if they have to order it from the dealer for foreign cars like mine.

BEWARE!!! Very Very Disappointed! We came over to Okeechobee from Sarasota for 4th of July @ Family. On Sunday, upon arrival to our hotel our car barely made it as the alternator died. We called O'Reilly who said they could have an alternator ($200 after tax) the following day (July 5th) by 4pm. We were supposed to get home early Monday but due to circumstance we had to do what we had to do. The calling and ordering was not a great experience as whoever answered the phone sounded like they hated their job. Next day when calling around 2pm for an update we were rudely informed to wait until 4pm. At 4pm we called O'reilly and confirmed the truck came and the part was in stock. Upon arrival at O'Reilly around 5:15pm, the manager "Vince" said he didn't have the "tote" from the truck with the part in. 20 minutes later after many calls, Vince informed us the driver didn't leave the tote with our part and was back in Port St. Lucie! Vince was nice and offered to drive and get it, but stated it would take him 2 hrs roundtrip. By now, it was pouring and storming. 8pm, vince finally returned and we picked up the part. We both had to work Tuesday AM so by the time we got home it was 2am. While Vince was great going to get the part from Port St. Lucie, this should have never happened. Why wasn't the shipment inspected when arriving at 4pm? Why did the driver not leave the shipment? Why was it confirmed when we called at 4pm only to find out it wasn't there? No compensation or discount was provided for the trouble. We have never ordered or gotten product from O'Reilly and probably never will now after this whole ordeal. BUYER BEWARE!!

These employees really know their stuff!! The Manager Vince s knowledge of vehicles is very impressive. The service people at the counter are very helpful and I wouldn t shop anywhere else !!Thank you Orielly s!!! Keep up the excellent work!!

Very helpful. Broke down just before closing. Not from the area. All other part stores were closed. But James and O'Reilly's were still open. Called ahead to verify they had the part. They did. Told them I might not make it there in time before they closed. He said they would wait around a few. Made it there just in time , he had the part waiting. Helped me get the tools I needed. Thank you James.

Store says they offer free check engine light checks came in at 4:59 and James the jerk said that he couldn't do it after 5pm. Store closes at 9pm? I'll I'll take my business elsewhere.

Worst customer experience ever.. Visited from Texas stopped in and no one was helpful also very rude... I seriously doubt this store has high sales or will even stay open due to their slacking employees . Advance discount auto will always have my service.. I could say o Reilly in Texas is always friendly and helpful they actually go above their job on helping you but not so much here ..
