Great Service! kind on the phone. Work was done much faster compared to some of the other shops in the area. The vehicle looks brand new. They even washed the car inside and out.

Wish I could give it less than a star. Truly disappointed in the quality of work. I finally took the van elsewhere and they fix it. Well I wouldn't trust them.

We brought our vehicle in to get repaired. A month and a half later we checked in if the parts had arrived. The front desk lost out paper work so the parts never got ordered. We call another two months later to make sure the parts have arrived for our appointed day. One of the ladies at the front desk said they have not arrived and doesn t know how to track the parts they ordered. Guess we ll go to reliable Gilbert Chevrolet.

Well at first it seemed good, the older lady was pleasant and jokingly. The fat girl up front man attitude what a rude chick, won't look at you and don't even say hi or good morning to her. Well needed my door hinge repair. Was quoted $177 for 3 hours work. So I was prepared to wait to sit there which they seemed bother by. Work was done in less then a hour. Guess what I was still charge for 3 hours of work it's a flat rate she says when the sign says 54 an hour. Next time I'll go elsewhere SHAME ON YOUService: Auto body & trim repair

I waited to post this review to give some time for AG 98/Lehman to reach out to me, but they have remained silent. I have always appreciated honesty and then my loyalty will be returned. I have used this business for over 35 years and the service and attitude of one employee, Jack, was so bad that I will never go back. I had new shackles put on my 40 ft. camper and the following week had new hubs installed. BOTH times the technician failed to put grease in the parts. This was discovered two weeks later when I had new tires put on at another shop. Two technicians at this second shop observed that no grease was used and one of the hubs didn't even have the grease fitting installed. I had to get the shackles replaced because they showed wear. The technician who discovered this problem asked where I had this done. I did not tell them since I thought that AG 98 was honest and willing to rectify their mistake. They said this was shoddy workman-ship and potentially dangerous. I went to AG 98 and talked to Jack to inform him of what happened. He immediately got defensive and asked if I took pictures. I told him that two technicians actually saw the problem and pointed it out to me. Jack said he saw his guy put grease into the parts which was impossible with at least one of the hubs because of the absence of a grease fitting. All the hubs were dry. I had to order new parts a second time and pay for labor costing near $400.00. When I first talked to Jack about this problem I only expected some understanding. Everyone makes mistakes but Jack's reaction was not a mistake. It was denial, rudeness and disrespect that cost him a customer who had been loyal for over 35 years.There are a lot of good people who work for Lehman. Buster was one of the best and my friend. Heather, Bobbi, and Pete have always been respectful and extremely helpful during the past years. Thank you.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Took very good care of my vehicle. Went above and beyond with the details. Had my vehicle looking brand new. Took quite a long time (over a month) but to be fair, they did have to replace the door. Went there to get an estimate on a fender bender I had had. Bobbi made me feel like family. Told me not to worry that from that moment on she would be dealing with the insurance company. They have a very laid back feel good vibe there. I would recommend anyone that was looking for a body shop to go there.

I hate to write this but this is ridiculous at this point. I used to go to this body shop for many years for different services but it seems like lately that older lady they have working in the office does not even bother returning your calls or setting you up for body work. Here it is 5 months later and I still have yet to get a call back for anything and as many times as I have personally gone in there to talk to somebody. My insurance company sent them a check and they didn't even bother for weeks and weeks and I finally had to just go somewhere else. I winded up going to Ivan's body shop down the road instead to get the work done and they were on it in no time. Never had an issue with communication or anything else with Ivan's Body Shop. It's really sad that Lehman's Auto body is slacking big time on customer service and even getting back to anybody.

I was referred to this shop by a co-worker. I had ran over something that was blown into the road suddenly in front of me!! This object had pulled part of my front bumper loose! I was traveling quite a distance down to Broward County 4 days a week do I could not drive my car this distance in the condition I was in. I went to Lehman's and their technician quickly came out to check out the damage. He didn't try to get me to do a full bumper replacement. Instead, he took it back to shop to see how he could secure the bumper back in place for me. I didn't know what type of bill I would be facing! Thr technician was able to fix it and I was told $20!! Wow, I was so relieved as I was anticipting having to spend money that I really couldn't afford. Then, to my surprise, the Manager came out and said, don't worry about the $20 and told me to have a good day!! This place was a God send eight when I needed it!! Several weeks later and the repair is still holding up!! Thank you Lehmans!!

Waited a month to get into body shop then over a month to get work done, then they didn't do everything that needed to be done had to wait 2 more weeks said it was finished but it wasn't waited 1 more week still not cleaned up or rim replaced. They got black window gew all over seats. Then they sent bill to insurance incorrectly. Had to clean up seats myself, took the vehicle down the road and window was not put in properly had to drive an hour and half to meet a repair person to get window re installed. Not happy at all. They cost me an extra 2,000 out of my pocket because they screwed up. Plus 3 trips back to Okeechobee from 3-8 hours away and once to Orlando at my expense.

The staff is very kind and polite. They done my estimate and said that they were going to order my parts, but someone dropped the ball and didn't get my parts ordered so I had to call and ask what was going on and the lady at the front counter there, she was very sweet, she got on the ball for me and got everything straightened out and now we're back on schedule to get my vehicle repaired.

IF you use this service beware that you need to point out every little nick and detail you want corrected. I asked that they correct all the nicks on the car as I was worried about rust. Last time I checked the door and roof were part of the "car" but not according to the guy when I went to pick it up. He also tried to blame it on how dirty the car was when I brought it in. So the car was dirty the 1st time I took it in but not the 2nd.....and definitely not the 1st time I went to inspect it and pointed out all the things that were still not done at that time. Bonnie is the best part of that business and the only reason they got a 2 out of me.Service: Body & Trim

I deal with the automotive industry on a daily basis and just like to say, The gals in that office surely know what's going on. They also know body parts and drive train. Even then most men. So be rest assured you'll get too notch service with the ladies running the show like they do. The owner only expects the best and he expects the best for his customers. He inspects the parts coming in and being brand new or aftermarket if it's not something he would buy himself it gets sent back. So expect nothing but good quality parts from this shop.

Fair and honest estimates and timely turn around on work done. The people here are friendly and attentive to customer needs. We love Eddie Lehman and the staff. If you have to have work done, this is the place to go!

Ms. Bobbi was very helpful and super friendly. Part came in when it was supposed to and paid price I was quoted. They got the job done in only 30 minutes which was great. My only wish is they didn't charge for an hour worth of work when they did it in 30 minutes.

The body work is fine, but my alarm started going off when they took the side doors off. They cut a wire to my alarm system so that it would stop the sound, but it didn't stop the lights from flashing. They told me that if I bought a keyfob it would make my alarm stop. When I brought my car to the dealership to get a 370.00 keyfob, the dealership told me that it would have worked if Lehman's hadn't cut the wire to the sound. It sent a short through the computer system and now it's going to cost me 1,000 to get my alarm to stop. Went back to Lehman's and they denied the whole thing. They told me it was like that when I brought it in. What?????

The body work repair was great.. took longer than expected but the car looked good. Only complaint I have is that the car was returned out of alignment and it wobbles.

They did a great job but they estimate was shy by $100.00. They call and said there was a part that was bent and need straighten out. It was out of sight but was found and they took it apart.

Several months ago I had them install a gooseneck hitch on my truck. They were a little slow (4hrs)but the job was done correctly and the price was very fair .
