Recently went to Guaranteed Auto &Truck to pick up a motor for my boss, upon pulling in after my 2hour drive I was met by Steve and one of his yard hands. Very pleasant and courteous. They asked me if they could help me, told them what and why I was there and within 10 mins after arrival I was loaded and ready to go. After securing my load I had to check my oil, transmission fluid etc etc. As I was doing so the owner Steve came over making sure I was ok and if I needed anything or help. Not very many places are as friendly and easy going as this place! They will definably be recommended to anyone I can I give them and the establishment 5stars cause they don't give the option for 10. I must add to this that I've been to A LOT of yards and this is probably in my top 3 cleanest yards I been in. I will definitely be back your newest and greatest customerPie

They say they have parts and they're going to call when its out. Then never call back. Terrible customer service.What a joke. I should have known not to waste my time with this company by reading the other reviews and seeing a grown man referring to himself as "spider". What a clown.

This was one of the worst Calls I ve ever made to a salvage yard, I ve been buying from various junkyards for the last 20 years. I buy engines and transmissions and have never had to pay a core charge for one. If that s your policy that s fine but don t be disrespectful when I question it and hang up the phone on me. The only time I ve had to turn-in a core is when I ve gotten a rebuilt part. I was still interested but since the parts guy was disrespectful, I ll take my business somewhere else.

Had a jeep picked up by them, had a small bumb in the road but the office manager rectified the problem the driver Robert was quick professional and took extra precautions not to break my water line. I have owed and operated M&M Auto Brokers Inc. sense Nov,2007I have been buying parts from Sam and Steven for over 10 years.they have all ways been professional , friendly and very fair on the pricing.I will continue to work with then as long as I'm in business.

Like another review I saw, the only part of the transaction that was normal was the first lady that answered before I was directed to parts. The man that I inquired about my part with was IMMEDIATELY RUDE. Very short, and non-helpful, like youre bothering him. Then hangs up in my face. I was furious, keep in mind I have never made a review for a business in my life. I called back literally just to understand what had taken place, my words to him were "what could I have possibly done to upset you? When someone calls trying to pay you money and grow your business why would you disrespect them? why would you hang up in my face?" his words were "I really dont care" and *hangs up again*. Just by reading the way they responded to the last poor fellows review I knew theyre the ignorant to ethics of business and customer satisfaction. In conclusion if you want to know how I feel about their business; I know that I gain nothing by writing this review, they probably will forget me by tomorrow with the next customer they wrong, but just to know theres an ounce of chance a single potential customer reads this and is turned away, causing them to lose even one cent.. would give me satisfaction. THAT is how bad this mans business ethics are, and how much I dislike him. How sad it is he can make you feel that way never having met the poor old man. I honestly hope he never sees a dimeTo the owner: No sir, I have no interest in contacting your business, they had their chance when I called them back and they showed no remorse... also look at your other reviews? Whoever that man is has a problem with hanging up on potential customers face. I got to the bottom of it FOR you. Fire him. or set up an automated answering system for his sensitive a55. As much as everyone hates talking to automated message systems it'd be better than him.

This company a joke...Few months ago I purchased a fuel pump for a Ford Explorer, and it was different than was needed, i claimed a refund but the guy only gave me a store credit. Now called and asked a quote for a Nissan AC compressor, and got a 100$ price, but when he realized i want to pay partially with store credit, he raised the price for 165$.... I asked him about the different but without answer hi just hang the phone.

Looking for a hood, leather split bench seats, sliding glass windows for my top, 1 - 15x10.5 inch rim, windshield washer fluid reservoir, starter, 2 x window motors, two shoulder seat belts, dip stick and a 4 wheel drive shift knob.I called to ask if there were any chevyc-k 1500's on theyard to find out if they would have my parts. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and indicated that is not the way the yard does business. They ask what parts you're looking for, call out to the hands that work the yard and then give you a yes or no as to whether or not they have the specific part you're looking for.So, after she cut me off as to what vehicles I was inquiring about she asked me what make and model I had and what parts I was looking for. I told her a four wheel drive shift knob and a dipstick. I expect integrity on the 10 dollar items and service just the same as the 500-1000$ items. She ended the phone call after I told her what I was looking for and then called back and told me they didn't have anything that I was looking for, "but thanks anyway".It seems they have enough business as it is and aren't interested in taking new customers.In every salvage yard I have worked with before I pay a 50 or 100$ deposit at the front desk, take my tools back to the yard and pull off what I can use from what I find and then pay on the way out minus the deposit for what I found and get my deposit back if I can't find what I am looking for.It is a good thing I have the resources to travel to more distant salvage yards. With this kind of service there is no guarantee you will get the part you want, or what shape it will be in. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere and boycotting this place until they have to sell and we get management in there with integrity.Cheers!

Overall not a good experience with this Business. I want to be fair because it wasn't all bad. It really depends on who you talk to there. The lady I spoke with on the phone and dealt with at the end was courteous and very helpful. Everyone else could care less. And BTW don't show up at 12pm (lunchtime) because the whole Business shuts down for lunch. I thought they were joking with me at first but they weyre serious. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but they have some major issues to work on. (Don't we all!) After reading the response they posted, I don't know why I tried to be fair. They are absolutely a joke. Dont bother with them they are a waste of time! And BTW I have no clue what the response is talking about, I am not hiding behind anything. I am the one who came in. Not really sure about that comment. Who knows with these people . Get your facts inline before you respond.

All is good once they get your money.!They do not guarantee anything. They say bring it back. We need to look at it. Their "mechanic's ", (if you can call them that, ) pull the engine apart, destroy parts by smashing them, and make it look like it is your fault, not their faulty engines and partsparts

It was super easy to get a part. The friendliest staff and also one of the quickest. Had to get a part before work and they were able to figure out what I needed, because I had no clue, and get it to me and was still able to get to work on time.

Absolutely horrible service. Was told they have a part, drove over an hour to get there and was then told they won't take it out of the car until next day. Even though I was told to come at 2 p.m. I would rather pay triple then give them one red Cent.In response to owners comments. First I am not anonymous so not sure why you are saying that. Second my post is written in good old fashioned English, which you need to read. And lastly I was told to come in and pick up a part and not once told to pay beforehand otherwise I m sure if that is policy I wouldn t have been let off the phone and told to come pick it up. Your place is an absolute joke, I just hope anyone reading this understands your new policy before they head to your junk junkyard.

Horrible service. The guy on the phone basically didn't want to sell me the part. I told him that I saw the listing on a website he didn't want to answer and wanted just hang up on me. I cannot believe how they stay in business with this kind of horrible customer service. I would never recommend this company. They are not reliable at all.

Unbelievably terrible customer service. To the point that I took time out of my day to put this review in. I don t know how u guys treat ur customers out in Florida but there is no way I m tolerating that.

SPIDER SPIDER SPIDER, I SIMPLY WANTED TO PURCHASE GOODS FROM YOU AS I HAVE DONE FOR YEARS NOW. IF YOU POLICY HAS CHANGED AND YOU CANT DELIVER ANYMORE JUST SAY THAT. STOP COPPIN A NASTY ATTITUDE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. THE ONES REMAINING. MONEY FOR GOODS THATS IT. NOTHING FURTHER.
