I had a factory OE 5th wheel package installed here. I could not be more satisfied. My service advisor Josh was extremely helpful in ordering the part I needed. The service department was extremely professional covering my new f350s bulkhead and the installation only took a few hours. I highly recommend Gilbert outdoors to install or order parts for your Ford vehicle.

Had to get lawnmower blades. Everyone was nice and helpful. The place was super clean. I really like the fact if someone new came out and an employee isn't there with you, they make sure to ask if you've been helped or need something else.

The customer service could be improved upon. Except for Chad he was the most helpful. They did do a good job on my window tint, the linex looks good but they did scratch my truck.*Just wanted say Chad contacted me and we got the situation corrected. I'm glad we could get this straightened out. If you do go to Gilbert Outdoors speak to Anthony or Chad they will get things done for you.

I was skeptical of Hustler brand. However looking at the scag and John deere equivalent (54" with kawasaki) both scag and John deere are $2300 more. Chad is a good dude. No pressure from him at all. Answered question without roundabout answers. Credit process quick and easy through Sheffield financial ( which if you owe 100 a month and pay 300 it count towards the next 2 months payments) The 54" raptor is a beast of a mower. Its like if you put mower blades on a supercharged mini Cooper s. I cut my grass and I don't have too. Literally cut an acre and 1/3 in about 30 minutes. With roughly 25 oaks and pines. Great mower, great price, great sercive, no hassle equals happy costumer for life.....

Wonderful experience. People are super friendly. Update: Very disappointed! I wish the parts salesman would not have assumed that I knew Dixie Chopper had went out of business. Had he informed me of that news, I wouldn't have invested over $500 on my machine and would have looked at buying a new one, possibly from him. I would think that they would have made a lot more off selling a new machine. Now, a month later, I have another issue with my machine and don't see pouring more money into it since parts will become obsolete. SMH

I've been a customer of Gilbert Snapper for that last 10 years. There service is top notch! Alway been treated very fair and on time. From the guys that pick up and delivered my cart all the way up to the manager Mark that runs the place, you will love this place! I you need a new or used cart, ask for Dallon Boyd. I've bought 4 carts from Dallon and he truly is best at what he does! I hope the owner of Gilbert know what great employee's they have in Mark and Dallon!! I'm a customer for life! Captain Ted

DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON-LINE FROM THESE GUYS!!!They will charge your card, then you don't know when (if ever) you will receive your parts.Even if you call every week (as I did) they will tell you lies (is out of stock; we will order from another vendor; etc) and promise they'll call you back and they never do.Finally after two months, yes two months, I had to call to cancel my order, which they did with no complain, no apology, no explanation, nothing.This business is operating like it is 1960, when you have to beg for parts and wait.If you buy from these guys I promise you'll have the worst shopping experience of your life.

It was a pleasure dealing with them. The communication was great and the follow-up from Dallon was wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure all my requests were taken care of. Thanks Dallon. Hopefully we do business again soon.

Chad and staff were friendly and professional! Bought a Raptor XD, got it delivered, and can t be happier! Chad even recommended a great local restaurant when we asked! Truly awesome experience!

i purchased two easy to get simple wheel bearings...The Dealer raped me ! 15 dollars each.....ouch! Now that's Price gouging at its worst! Ill drive 100 miles away to get the parts next time...what a rip off! i looked the parts up and paid $2.98 and 3.99 each for the same exact part....

The best riding lawnmower ever bought was my Hustler. No sales pressure or didnt try to convince me to buy what i didnt need. The Kawasaki motor is awesome and takes welcome beating for my large property. Every 50 hrs i take my mower in for maintenance or when my cables are warn for replacement with quick service. If your shopping go no further. These professionals have your back.

Everyone at Gilbert Outdoors was extremely helpful, and courteous. Cassey was very informative of the different options we had when getting line-x on the bed of the truck. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

They are rude and nasty. Poor service. When they returned my machine it did not have my set of keys just some pos key. I had to go back and they told me that they lost my keys. I hope they put the correct replacement parts on! I will not be going back there again! Stay away from these rude and nasty people!

Cassey Judd was very helpful to us when we were looking for a new golf cart. She knew us from last year when we rented a cart for the season. She is very knowledgeable about the products that Gilberts offers

The service at Gilbert Outdoors was OUTSTANDING!!! I had a LineX spray in bed liner done on my Silverado, it looked so amazing I had my Side step bars sprayed with LineX. Needless to say the look GREAT!!!
