I have purchasing cars for over 50 years and I always hated buying cars. But I have to say for the first time in my life I actually enjoyed the processes. Tommy Shorter was my salesman and absolutely awesome. No pressure friendly and professional. Looking for a vehicle. Great Service! We needed a warranty repair and a wiper blade replaced. They were able to complete this much faster than a different service provider quoted. The Gilbert Chevrolet team made this process completely seamless!

The staff at every level is intent on making you have an excellent experience -- going the extra mile is the common thread at Gilbert Chevrolet.

I called this morning Jan 30th for an oil change will be 2 weeks out, for that so I went out in my car to find someone else to change oil, my car broke down will have to be towed. I called Gilbert's back . that I was going to have car towed to them and spoke with Victoria told me it will be Feb 15th before they can even look at the car. I guess will find some place else that will take care of the car, after during business with them so many years am disappointed with this kind of service.

What a Frustrating experience, From the 1st Appointment that I scheduled, through them telling me that they would price quote, to not having a loner because my vehicle was not going to be done before the end, to when I finally was able to pick up my vehicle and not price matching and it costing me at least an extra $239.00.I don t feel very confident that I received a competent job.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Where to start. I purchased a f450 about a month ago and was told I d have the truck shipped out to me by the end of the month. Once I gave them the draft letter and $5,000 down they informed me the shipping order had been put it and truck would be picked up and delivered no later than the end of the month. (First lie that was told to me.) After the end of the month had passed(march2020) Brent confirms through text that they did indeed lie to me and had not put in a delivery order until the funds had cleared. Which ended up being the end of the month. So from me doing all the financing and deposit through my end, using my bank and making sure they had the down payment (18MAR2020), I received my truck yesterday (14APR2020) approximately 1 month after I purchased the vehicle. No full tank like they had promised was the second lie. And the odometer reading was higher than advertised by about 1-200 miles. The miles I do understand test drives, services, etc. I m just glad I got my truck but these guys are the true definition of used car sales men. Nothing to complain about the vehicle. It was beyond what I expected. Just the professionalism and punctuality from the sales department. I wanted to give a 3 star because they did come Thru on their end of the deal. But the lies told and admitted to me was enough for a 1 star but 2 stars because the truck was beyond my expectations and I just had a real bad experience with these guys. God bless and I hope this comment helps anyone with questions about purchasing vehicles out of state.

Bought my 2020 Chevy Silverado here, but had a non-dealer related issue. They assisted in its resolution and provided temporary transportation. Every person from the top down works diligently to put you first and into the driver's seat of the vehicle you have chosen. For me I'd give them more than 5 stars.
