If I could give less then 1 star I would. We can't even describe in words on how horrible the service we had was. Not only horrible but absolute rip off. Brought our tractor to get fixed (had power steering leak and brush hog that wouldn't work) on November 16th 2022. Got an estimate from $1,200 to $2,000 dollars and around 1 week to complete. After 1 week, they found another problem, after 1 month another problem. They said they couldn't find a part, which my husband had to find. Another month goes by, the tractor now is virtually cut in half parts everywhere. Still no end in sight. Almost 3 months into this nightmare, they call to say "we found another problem, the power steering is leaking". Really that is why we brought it in there for in the first place. One week later they call again saying the starter went out, had to order the part. Finally Monday February 14th the tractor is finally ready. Go there to pick it up and they hit us with a $9100 dollar bill. At no point did they call and say "This is where we are at in cost, is this okay". No, instead they had no problem with keeping it for 2 days shy of 3 months and kept running up the bill, without giving us a heads up of the cost. $95 per hour in labor only!!. This company has and will continue to take advantage of people, unless someone puts a stop to it. I will post an itemized bill for this if I have to, because it is hard to even believe. I can replace an entire engine and a transmission on a car cheaper then what we were charge to have a tractor fixed.

My construction firm relies on FEAR for all of our Heavy Equipment Rentals as well as servicing other equipment in the field. They are prompt, do quality work, and have very competitive pricing! I highly recommend them.

FEAR provided quality service. Providing both communication and expertise with the installation of a novel remediation system. Their communication was courteous, timely, and provided instruction with the installation and operation of the system. We will use them again in the future.

These guys did the impossible. Got an old NEW HOLLAND beat up farm tractor working when no one else could. There parts where reasonably prices and never tried taking advantage of our little knowledge of this kind of equipment. Also they where open to any questions we had.
