Really didn t know what I needed, talked with Chet several times and inundated him with questions. He was very responsive and walked me through everything. Very happy with my 3032E and Bush Hog finish mower. Actually everyone I have dealt with in the Okeechobee store including the parts department have been super helpful. Awesome job you all. Will definitely be doing business there for all my yard and outdoor needs!

Parker T has always went above and beyond for me from the ease of paperwork to explaining every detail/function the piece of equipment is capable of performing. I recently purchased this awesome 2025R tractor from Okeechobee Everglades farm equipment from Mr Parker Thomas this is truly the best investment I have ever made I recently had two loads of millons hauled in for my drive way and this little jewel did the trick on spreading it what an awesome tractor thank you Mr.Thomas and Everglades farm equipment

Nice helpful people but, very flaky. Ordered the wrong part, then waited 3 days to order the right part. Then they don't call when the part is in. I should have gone to the west coast and picked it up myself.

The staff was communicative, informative, patient, and when I came in with my service dog to pick up mower parts, they were 100% kind, helpful, and Jose pulled all my parts over the phone, and then printed me schematics of my mower deck assembly. Kim, in the service/quote department could not have been more kind or patient with me. You guys ROCK!

Had some problems with my mower deck and they got it taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. If you have John Deere equipment in Okeechobee they are the guys to go to.

I've been ignored too long. They never answer my email or text messages. Zolfo Springs, John Deere Dealer, is better and the hourly labor rate is only $88.00 an hour.

I give the Okeechobee location a 5 star. I like dealing with Kimberly Frazier and the team there. They always give 110% with their customer service. They are friendly and always go the extra mile, which is more than I can say for the main office site.

I'm a diesel tech with Thomas Produce Co. We have farms north and south on the treasure coast . And I've been dealing with Everglades farm equipment in Okeechobee for some time now and they seem to have more tractor parts in stock and in dealing with John Smith at the parts counter is pretty pleasant also he's knowable on John Deere parts . What they don't have in stock , they will researching and find for you . So personally would recommend this store to anybody looking for new and older tractor parts .
