I purchased my sea doo jet ski back in 2022. I had so many question on my extended warranty other questions on my jet ski. We had a great experience back in 2022 when I purchased it . Now in 2024 I m not buying another jet ski but had so many question on paper work and extended warranty if I sell it due to I have a boat and never use it . I had the great experience I had back then this week with a rep named Maelin Thornton . Amazing thank you for all your help . She did not have to help me and I appreciate everything she did for me. Thank you .,,,

Highly recommend this dealership, had a great experience with sales rep Maelin. I called to get an out the door price on a Honda fourtrx foreman and she got back to me with a price within minutes. And it was the best price on the entire East Coast after calling 10 other dealerships. They had the red color I was looking for but it was on order to come in within a few days. I placed a deposit and by the next day I got a call from her that it had came in. She made the purchasing process quick and easy as I was coming from an hour away. Great customer service experience will definitely be back for future purchases.

I took my bike in for waranty and left it for two weeks and they returned my bike back with corrosi�n. They are good at selling but they are not good at taking care of your vehicule. So heads up if you are planning on leaving your vehicule there because I'm sure you dont want that happening to your brand new vehicule that just came out of the dealership.

Several visits and 1000 questions later....I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The prices were $1000+ cheaper than anywhere else and everyone there was great. Thanks ARS for all you did.

Today was my second visit to ARS and have nothing but positive things to say. Both times everyone was friendly and helpful. The parts and service has been excellent and reasonably priced. Im thankful to have a very good dealer only 30 mins away. Thank you again.

Very Happy with Our Purchase. We Ordered these a Couple Month's ago.and We picked them up Saturday. Maelin and the Staff Treated us Great from Start to Finish.. Didn't try to Gouge like a Lot of Dealership's are Doing which Meant alot. So they have my Business again in the Future. This is my 3rd Bike in last Year in a half with them.. Thank You..

Polite & really nice folks work there, however their workmanship lacks oversight. I had a number of after market items put on my Can-Am. 3" lift, lightbar, sound bar, winch, gun rack and tires. I had to return shortly after I picked it up as the sound bar was not working. They replaced it at no charge... The light bar heat shrink wire material that goes thru the roof is sloppy work and the winch IN and OUT switch operates in the opposite direction of the winch. My advice is it to check the work done before you leave. I wish I had done so. So far the 3" lift is holding up.

Staff very friendly and courteous, they got us in to do our initial service on our Yamaha r1m. They were really quick got it done right. They have a large variety of different motorcycles off-road vehicles and boats to choose from if you're in the area. Very confident part staff and service.

We purchased a Honda pioneer and even though there were some closer available near our home we chose ARS because of how great their sales team was. Not pushy just helpful. The service department was very helpful. Customer service is top notch.

I ordered two tires for my Honda shadow, when the tires came in i was notified right away, I scheduled an appointment for the following day to have them installed. They installed the tires and new tubes and balanced them they even lubed my drive chain no charge. Very friendly staff, quick service while i waited, my bike rides like silk and i have the piece of mind riding on new safe tires, THANK YOU ARS AND THANK YOU SERVICE STAFF!!!! I highly recommend ARS Powersports and will be a repeat customer!!!

I want to thank ARS powersports for not picking up my Scooter as promised the next day for repair, Leonard Svc Mgr said he left I vm saying that they couldnt get to it for another week Happy they are so backed up with business I FIXED IT MYSELF AND SAVED HUNDREDS!!

Was recently in for my first service on my 2021 Can Am, the service manager was an absolute joy to work with. Not only did he save me a few hundred dollars, and take care of a warranty issue that another dealer said wouldn't be covered, but he made sure that my unit was done before my hunting trip.I would absolutely recommend ARS for all your parts and service needs, I may not have bought my unit from them(unit wasn't available at the time:( ) but I will definitely be using them from now on.I have been to a lot of other dealers in the south Florida area and I have never had this level of care, thank you guys again!!!!!!

My wheel broke off of the hub shearing off all 4 studs while at the shooting range. I took the hub off and brought it to Chris in your service department. His professionalism and speed at getting the Stud's replaced was impressive to say the least. They are really Great at Ripping you off and have horrible customer service!! Do not take your ATV s in for Service otherwise Maggie the Service Manager will charge you for maintenance they did not perform! They don t even deserve A One Star review for being thief s to their local hard working customers.

On my way from west palm beach with a boat I just bought, I realized the hubs on the trailer were going out and i still had another 1.5 hour drive. I stopped in to buy a tube a grease and a grease gun to at least get me home. Store had just closed and the employees were still around and let me borrow a grease gun. Y'all are awesome, thank you so much.

Wow, fantastic dealership. I have owned many machines and bought from dealers in NY, CT and FL. ARS is by far the best without question. Ordered a Mule and received it the next day for a much better price then I expected. no hidden nothing or even having to bargain, just flat out lower price then all. The no hassle is very much appreciated. Trade in of my other side x side was considerably more then others valued it at. Maelin was outstanding and delivered on everything she said, fast and professionally. Absolutely no worries with this company, took care of recalls while other dealers wait for parts. I am a very happy customer.

I have stopped into this store twice to purchase a KLR 650, both times full staff and no customers and no one ask if I needed anything. I would really like to meet the owner and ask if I could have a job and draw a paycheck and ignore buying customers. Obviously because they have so much money they can just give it away. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Just my honest opinion.

First time visit a couple weeks ago. Service was exceptional. Ben and Colby we're polite and helpful as could be. Two hour drive, but ARS has my service for life. Appreciate you guys, Keep up the outstanding work!

Scheduled a service appointment and all went well as well as accessory installations (wheel flares). Parts had the few things I needed. (Winch rope and accessory toggle switchs). Sales and finance staff were very helpful and easy to work with.

These guys are rock stars man, Every time I'm in a jam my guy ben gets it done. Drove a belt to me this past Monday because I was down, even installed it for me on the spot so I had zero down time. Can't say enough good about you guys. Thanks!!!!
