The gentleman that work here are among the best that I've ever had work on my car. Polite, cheerful and they provide excellent service and automotive work. No wonder they have walk-ins all day long, they know they will be treated rightI have been going to AAA for years with air conditioner problems and other service issues. They do excellent work, and are far less expensive than dealers. If you want satisfaction this is where you go.

Fortunately, because of the super preventive maintenance performed by Fernando and the rest of the highly skilled and courteous team at AAA, my vehicle rarely needs unscheduled service. But when it does, they always diagnose and repair the problem, promptly and for a reasonable fee. We took our 2010 Chevy Traverse to AAA Radiator & Air Conditioning. I advised them that we were losing the charge on a brand new battery almost overnight. Auto Zone did a diagnostic test and said our charging system, (alternator), wasn't working. I also asked them to check the braking system as the brake pedal feel seemed weak. We never received a call from them telling us what they found. I finally called them and was told it would take time to check the electrical system. I repeated what I knew about the system and that Auto Zone said their electrical system check said it was the alternator. They called me back and said it needed a new alternator and it would cost us around $700 to fixed our vehicle. I approved that and they said they could have our vehicle ready the next day. They did in fact have the vehicle ready to pick up the next day. As I paid the bill, ($736.96). When I asked about the brake pedal feel issue it was obvious they hadn't done anything. In fact they had to check the work order to find that I had asked them to check on this. I was told that someone had driven our vehicle and didn't find an issue.We brought our vehicle home and the next day the battery was, DEAD AS A DOOR NAIL!!!!!We have arrangements to take the vehicle to another shop!!!!We won't be using AAA Radiator & Air-conditioning again!!!!

Very pleased with the service and the repair time. They took into consideration my schedule and performed the repair right away. Their labor rates are posted and they give written estimates so you know exactly what'll be done and the cost. I've used these guys before and will continue to use their services.

Frank was100% honest had trouble with our car but wouldn't let it leave until it was perfect had complications had to do more than what was expected but paid for all the extras if I was y'all I would definitely take it to AAA

If you want it done right, without unneeded or warranted work you can trust AAA. We have used them for several vehicles, never needing the same service redone. Class Act.

Had a need for a new transmission. AAA did a great job explaining my options and found one that saved me a couple hundred dollars. They returned the car on time and it is running great. The guys at AAA have treated us great. When ever I have car troubles this is where I go. They take my extended warranty and do all the dealing with the company I don't have to make the headache phone calls . To me that is worth it all. They get my car up and running smoothly.

I have never in my life had a business try and take advantage of me they way this business has after my dad passing. They put a motor in under warranty for my dad, truck ended up back in their shop with that motor messed up while he was battling lung cancer. They knew he was sick and didn t work on it till after his passing when the truck became mine. Now come time to pick up the truck they re claiming we owe $1500 when all they have done is diagnose the problem and haven t worked on it at all and it s been there 2 months with us waiting on diagnosis. The fact that they think it s ok to try and take advantage of someone that just lost a family member is sickening and we are letting out attorney handle from here. Do not recommend unless you want yourself or loved ones taken advantage of. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with them. I will be sure to let everyone in Okeechobee know about these dealings anyway I can.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I needed a patch on one of my tires and everyone else in town said it would be a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait. AAA did it in 20 minutes as promised. AAA is my new place for vehicle repairs. Very friendly, professional and organized.
