I have both my cars serviced at Trinity Auto Worx because I am always completely satisfied with the service that I receive there. I am always treated respectfully, the work is performed professionally and the prices are very fair. I never feel like I am being up-selled or being taken advantage of like I have in the past at other service centers. John , the owner, is hands on and will always listen to and fully answer any questions or concerns that I have, which is important to me.

This is the only repair shop I will use! I drive an older vehicle but Trinity Auto Worx has kept her in great shape. I cannot recommend them enough. It is difficult to find a reliable shop, but I will be a forever-customer here because they have been reliable, reasonably priced, and so kind. Very blessed to have found them!

John and the crew took great care of my Trans Am. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I m glad I found a nearby honest mechanic I can trust. I ll definitely be returning when the time comes.

I have never been more impressed with a car repair shop before!There was no price gouging, no add ons or surprises. I have an older car, but John didn t push for expensive replacements or unnecessary work.The Most impressive gesture he made that amazed me, was his next day follow up text, asking how it was working and to contact him if there were any issues.I will be using this shop from now on; thank you John.Services: Electrical repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

I cannot speak highly enough about John and everyone at Trinity Auto Worx. I had an unfortunate mishap with a tire blowout. He responded quickly to my call, located the new tire I needed, repaired a tierod, did a tire alignment and had me back on the road in no time. Communication was super and he even followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Trinity Auto Worx and will definitely use them for any future needs qith my vehicle!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

We had three of our cars serviced at Trinity Auto Worx last month and they did a fantastic job! It is so nice to find a reliable, honest place that can handle repairs, tire replacement, etc. I highly recommend them! An update: we've had our cars serviced there regularly since this review and we've always had excellent service. Great follow up and customer care too!

Towed in my vehicle after hours on Friday. John took a quick look at it, made a diagnosis. He found the part Monday and had it repaired and back to us Tuesday! Price was reasonable.

John and his team had replaced engine oil cooler sensor. I dropped off on a Thursday night and picked it on Saturday morning very happy with the response time of the turn around .A month later I had to have them replace my radiator in my 2015 ram without an appointment dropped it off on Sunday night and picked it up om Monday afternoon I couldn't ask for a better automotive repair service company I highly recommendTrinity Auto Worx for your car repair needs.

I had a head gasket and oil pan gasket replaced on my BMW. It took a couple of days as they said it would. They test drove it before releasing it to me. Before I drove it off the site, they took one last look under the hood and discovered a torn up belt that had been displaced. I had already paid my bill. They replaced the belt right away and didn't charge me. I'm very pleased with their honesty and integrity. I recommend them highly.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

These are the guys you want to use.I went in with an oil leak on Monday morning - unscheduled. Bo was able to work around his other appointments and work with my tight timeline to get my car back to me in 3 days. They even came in an hour early on a Friday to finish the job, since I had another appointment.They called with a quote and work breakdown and were very transparent with pricing and were willing to discuss options with me to get everything up to par.They even worked with another local business to get new rims put on my car while it was in the shop for other service.Incredible customer service, good people, trustworthy and they actually live up to their word.

The check engine light came on in my Chrysler 300. I brought it to Trinity Autoworx and received first class treatment and service. My car was repaired the same day. I am very happy.

Trinity Auto Worx installed a set of Rock Slide Engineering (RSE) Step Sliders on my 2022 Bronco. I contacted Bo and within the same day I was able to order and pay for the Sliders. Three weeks later I received a call the sliders had arrives and I took my Bronco in installation. I dropped off my car and as promised they had the sliders installed that afternoon. Bo and John are two of the friendliest most professional people and the whole process was as easy as it could be. I highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed.

I felt the customer service and fair work on our car was worth a positive review. Most of the places I've taken our cars for work act as if they're doing me a favor, not earning our repeat business. Trinity Auto Worx took the time and made the effort to not just diagnose and fix our car, but help explain our options and prevent future issues. They presented us with no pressure quotes and recommendations and we will return soon to show our appreciation with future repair needs.

John and Beau were great! They have extensive knowledge of jeeps, explained everything to me, very professional, kept in contact, friendly and they took the time to answer all my questions. They let me know what other work would need to be done in the near future to keep my jeep performing on the trails!!! I wouldn't take my jeep anywhere else, I have complete confidence in John and Beau and they are always willing to assist me in purchasing upgrades for my jeep. Thanks always.
