I got an oil change on Saturday, picked it up Friday morning. At the time of me picking it up i did not notice but there was oil leaking out of the front of my car. I drove it without knowing, and it stared smoking horribly. When i pulled over to investigate, there was oil ALL over my engine. They forgot to put my oil cap back on after performing an oil change. My car could have caught on fire. I would NOT recommend anyone going here.

Nice people there. Got some new tires and went smooth other than using different colored weights on 1 of the wheels. I definitely DO NOT recommend an alignment there. They only adjusted the toe on one side to bring the vehicle into spec which is causing bump steer and pretty unsafe. I d like a refund for the alignment. Didn t receive a spec sheet so I knew it was gonna be bad.

The mechanics at this shop are dangerously incompetent. They originally quoted me $1100 to do a full brake job and said it would be done same day. Well 3 days later and two incorrectly ordered parts they told me the job would now cost $2600 because I needed parking brake shoes. I told them right then and there to stop what they were doing and I wanted my vehicle back I would pay for the front brakes and get the rest of the job completed at tire choice where they only wanted $300 to do what tire kingdom was trying to charge me $1500 for. Sadly that was not the end of it they did not reinstall my caliper bolts either correctly or at all because when my truck started making a noise I notice the bolts were COMPLETELY missing! They towed my vehicle back to the shop and told me they had inspected it for damage and replaced the bolts but that I was lucky and everything looked ok. At this point I had lost faith so I checked their work at tire choice and they discovered the brake line was bent and twisted almost 90 degrees and frayed. I contacted corporate and was told I would get a call from the regional manager in 1-2 days. 4 days later after repeatedly calling for the two days after the 24-48 hour time frame I finally got in contact with John he told me they would not refund me they, would not pay for another shop to fix it and that my only option was to take it back to the shop that had already screwed me 3 times to have it fixed. He said he was as high up in management as I would get with my issue and if I didn t like his resolution too bad so sad. Scott was the manager of the store that assured me my vehicle was safe to drive when it went obviously wasn t multiple times. Sam was the service manager and had maybe the worst attitude out of them all we shared words on the matter. The tech that actually performed my service was Mitchel. Hope this helps watch out for this place!!!

As I was leaving work, my tire pressure light came on and sure enough I had a nail in my tire. Tire Kingdom was the closet to me and gratefully they were able to get me in and out, no problem, within the hour. Amazing service and staff! I would ve been stranded without them! Thank you guys!

Jeremy and Mitchel took such great care of me when I had an emergency with my tires! They communicated very well and even showed me exactly what the issues were. Will definitely come back when I have issues in the future!

I had a nail in my tire, they were able to quickly and efficiently patch it up. I was only at there for about 30minutes. The process for booking an appointment online is very straightforward. All of the staff were welcoming and super helpful.

The gentlemen did an amazing job. I went in with a nail in my tire. They patched it immediately and got me out fast without any charge. Each time my family has used them for service, they have always been professional and fair.

Went to do the wheel balancing. Waiting in the lobby where is big window to see service. Guy with my wheels sit in the phone and was doing balancing with other hand. I knew that there will be a problem. I drove home and whole truck was vibrating worse than before. I called them back and told how they did. But there was no point going back, because they couldn t do it right anyway.

I found a nail on one of my tires so I brought my car to the shop this morning to get it repaired. Scott greeted me the moment I walked in and told me that they were short handed but he will do his best to have my repair completed by mid afternoon. Well, to my surprise they finished much sooner than expected and he paid for my invoice as well. Honestly, this was totally unexpected but much appreciated. I recommend this shop to anyone, their customer service is superb! Thanks guys! God bless.

Amazing people. They are honest and reliable and professional. I had 4 calibers, 4 rotars and brake pads changed, air conditioning recharged and it all has been done in a day with a good price. They have also offered 90 days same as cash offer which let's you pay weekly with small amount. Special thanks to Sam and Jeremy on top.

Great service - I had a flat tire when I went out to my car this morning. I pumped it up and drove to Tire Kingdom. They were able to take my car in very quickly and patched where a screw had punctured the tire. In and done in no time!

So.......... I call Jeremy out of the blue and ask the impossible, find a discontinued Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tire for my FJ Cruiser. I searched online in hopes of finding 1, to no avail. He did a Tire Kingdom nationwide search and found 1in the DC area. What were the chances that was accurate ?????Well he ordered it, and 2 days later, it arrived, I could not be happier. I've been a Tire Kingdom customer for almost 4 years (previously with Tires Plus). This location ROCKS !!

Let me preface this review by saying that this week has not been easy for me. At every turn, feels like something new popped up. I m a teacher that also drives Uber eats to make ends meet. Pretty much from Sunday night and onward, I thought there was no way things could get any more difficult.Then my car started acting up.I called Gary and received excellent service from start to finish: it s hard to find trustworthy people in general, but the level of care and attention to detail that Gary and the team showed me when I went in last night was nothing short of amazing. There are a lot of mechanics around here, but I m always gonna find my way back to this location. You should give them a shot too, you won t be disappointed!Gary: From the bottom of my heart, thank you sir!

These guys are awesome. Had a tire leaking air...not only did they plug it..but they also filled up the rest of my tires. It is really amazing to get such great service. I live 45 minutes away but for that level of service I will gladly make the trip again and again. Thank you for the amazing service.

General Manager Scott Gates was the first friendly face I encountered after an unfortunate mishap with a high curb!Gary Dolphin took over and had techs Luis and Jason finally get my car road-worthy with a complete alignment, and I will never forget their compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated service from start to finish! This will be my go-to shop as long as these great guys are there!Thank you for your A-1 Service!!
