Been going here for awhile now. Wait is just getting excessive. I show up with an 8 am appointment for an oil change and I m told the workers don t show up for thirty minutes. That s poor business practice. Ford service is much faster. I m gonna go there from now on. Prices aren t better than the dealership either. Edit: Oh thanks Goodyear for the blanket response you copy and paste to every complaint. Regardless I m taking my business elsewhere to a place that values my time.

Appointment was for 12pm. Got out of there at 3pm. Just for an oil change and tire rotation. Price was decent. Lady at the front desk was nice. 3 hours for an oil change though. The reason i didn t go to the dealership was not to wait 2+ hours. And I had an appointment. There s no communication either while you re waiting in the lobby.

They will patch run flat tires! I got a nail in the middle of my tire tread (not the side wall) and many other shops wouldn't patch it JUST because it was a run flat. They wanted me to spend $400+ on a new tire. But this shop was willing to take a look at it and confirm they were comfortable patching it. So $40 instead of $400. And the staff was very friendly even though it was 8am on a Saturday (when I don't expect anyone to be friendly because it's so dang early).

These guys are amazing. In the middle of a long road trip, I needed a new set of tires due to the the heat making the treads separate. It was 4pm and I needed to get my problem fixed and get back on the road. I stopped first at Tires Plus and they said it was too late in the day to get my tires installed. I came to Goodyear and they took care of me right away. Top notch professional service. They understood my urgency. There s even a great Hooters next door to grab a bite while you wait. Because of the great guys at Goodyear, I was able to get back on the road and stick to my business schedule.

We recently had a wonderful experience with this garage. Tiburcio and his crew went above and beyond for our family! We were in town only for the weekend and my son's car needed the AC fixed. They were able to not only check the car out (on short notice) but fix it that same day (which we desperately needed). Tiburcio made sure the job was done right AND stayed an extra 2 hours after closing, on a Sunday, to get it done. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received!! THANK YOU!

The Goodyear folks are awesome. My 2020 SUV had a slow leak in the left front tire. I was not looking forward to the visit- I am gullible when it comes to car repairs- was expecting an expensive remedy. Tires are fairly new. I thought about taking it to the dealership to see if the warranty would cover it for a simple $200 copay in a week or so .I made the call at noon. I said I could get it there by 5:30. I expected a long wait- the shop seemed busy. In less than an hour it was repaired- no haggling necessary.$26 was the total bill. Definitely going to return for my future tire needs.

The staff here was great, knowledgeable, and polite. Even though I came in after 5, they took care of me quickly. I was out in less than an hour. Thank you!!

Have been going here for 10 years. Had an appointment this morning at 9:30 for an oil change. Yes, I made an appointment earlier in the week. When I got there, I was told it would be 2 hours (which is a bit long, but whatever). Took a walk up the block and grabbed a bite to eat, when I get back at 10:30 my car is still sitting in the same spot. At 11:15, my car is still untouched and I cannot wait any longer as I have to go to work. Got my keys and left. Staff was unapologetic and couldn t care less. What is the purpose of having an appointment if I m going to sit there for hours with nothing being done. I will NEVER go here again.

My caution light on my dashboard was on. I stopped at Goodyear the man checked my tires. they were supposed to have 35 air pressure snd all 4 tires had only 25!Also, very glad I stopped in because he said my tire was bald and I never look closely at things like that. I know nothing about cars, lol.I also need an alignment because since all 3 of the other tires are fine he said I ll probably need that also. Gave me a very reasonable estimate. I just need to wait for my next check.Very accommodating and no charge! Thank you Goodyear.

Very professional, reliable, mechanics. Prices are reasonable, and the manager Pat is a blessing. I'll be going back to them for all for my mechanical issues from here on then.

Don't go here for services other than tires. I had a hyundai that I replaced the alternator and timing belt. They replaced the timing belt wrong and it blew one of the pistons in the car the same week i had it replaced. Mind you I just replaced the head gasket and pistons brand new somewhere else that year and the car ran perfectly fine, i made the choice to change the alternator and timing belt because i knew they were due for replacement and had the extra to do it, and this location is close to my apt. the car ran perfectly okay before. The only way it would have busted is if it was not timed correctly. I went to a shop specifically for that reason and they end up breaking my car.

We brought our car here to see if we could get a tire patched that has a nail in it. They wouldn t patch the tire, not because it s not patchable but because they claimed the tread was too low. They called my girlfriend and claimed the tire tread was at zero (they literally put 0/32 in writing) and stated that all four tires need to be replaced. Really? I had my brakes and rotors replaced a month ago at Tire Choice down the road and there was no concern for the tread, only that it would need to be replaced in the next 7-10K miles. I measured the tread myself and all four tires are about 5/32 of an inch, which is not great but is still well above the 2/32 minimum and certainly not zero . Very disappointing that they would apparently try to take advantage of my girlfriend like that. Needless to say I won t be going back there for future service needs.

I brought my car in due to a vibration at highway speeds and to reset the tire pressure sensor on a new wheel. After an $80 full inspection (which I did not ask for, they looked at power steering fluid, cabin air filter, and other unrelated items) I was told that my ABS unit would have to be replaced since it was causing the vibration. This is very unlikely since the vibration is proportional to speed and there is no drag from the brakes during coasting. It is most likely due to cupping on one of the tires, which they did find, but did not suggest replacing that tire. They also did not reset the the tire pressure sensor which was my only other request. Probably won't come here again.

Everyone at this Goodyear location stands behind their work. Everything was taken care of, no problems & I will continue to take my vehicles there. The owner is an honest, professional guy.

My first two experiences here were horrible. Rude customer service took forever and they never called me when my car was ready so when I called them they were closed. Never told me it was going to be overnight. HOWEVER eddy is the reason for the 5 star review. He made it to where I'll come back here again. Told him my issues before and he fixed it all. Thank you to eddy and his awesome leadership!

I experienced a flat tire on the nearby toll road.AAA came out and then hauled my cat to this Goodyear Store. He pulled into their lot ten minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. I talked to Joe at the desk who immediately came out, looked at the tire and quickly went into the shop and checked with your awesome group of techs and they agreed to stay longer and change my tire. It couldn t have been a better experience !!Thank you to Joe for assessing the tire situation quickly and going to check with the guys to see if they minded helping me out.Not only will I highly recommend this shop to many people but I will also rabe about the fantastic service . Thanks to all who made this possible and especially Joe !!

Honestly a horrible an unpleasant experience.. had an appointment mon..went there couldn't take me in less than 3 hours minimum wait for a tire repair..rescheduled for next day they recommended it, said tue was way better...come in tue i waited an hour and my car was still not in and this is an appointment...I just left... ridiculous customer care service...they might actually do good work but ill never know since I can't

Amazing customer service when I was finally able to get a hold of them. I tried calling multiple times to book my scheduled maintenance, but it just rings once then hangs up. I won t go anywhere else because you guys are great, but please pay your phone bill, lol.

Exceptional customer service. Came in to get a tire patched. Most tire shops will not touch acoustic tires/foam lined(Tesla). This Goodyear did not hesitate and fit me in on a busy day. Thank you for the quick turn around!

I recently had an appointment which was mistakenly canceled. The manager, Aaron Speiss, contacted me the same day. Explained what happened, which was a simple miscommunication. We were able to reschedule quickly, and I am so grateful! In any service business, sometimes things go wrong. When a business wants to make things right, give them that opportunity. Glad Aaron reached out because now I have a trusted service place to go to when needed! Thanks so much Goodyear Odessa!!

Wow, what great service! I had a bad valve stem sensor on one wheel causing my tire to lose air. I did not want to replace the sensor because of the cars age. I brought the tire in off the car. Aaron my service writer, put a new stem in it for me. In and out in minutes, no charge either. I did buy all new tires last year from them. Very good service is why I went back. Thanks! Highly recommend them.

Aaron, the assistant service manager, was so friendly and helpful. He was transparent about the problem, the solution, and the cost. He didn t charge me for unnecessary goods or services, and he pointed out ways I could save money. He remembered my name, chatted with me, and made me feel like a valued customer. Awesome customer service from Aaron and other Goodyear employees is one of the main reasons I go to Goodyear for my tires!

Once again I can say I am pleased with the service I have gotten at this Goodyear location.. Aaron was honest about the time it would take to replace my tire, and they were done even sooner than promised. They honored the replacement under the road hazard warranty. This is always my first choice for my car maintenance.

Hands down the best tire center!! After bringing my car to 3 of the top tire centers and Ford service, nobody was able to tell me why my tire wasn t holding pressure. These guys not only took the time to fully (actually) inspect my tire they found 2 small nails that 4 other shops did not, they repaired explained and even showed me the nails. I am a big believer in tire care as it s the only part of the car touching road do yourself a favor and bring your car to Goodyear.

I just wanted to say thank you to Joe for taking great care of me and my baby. She needed new tires badly and he was able to set me up an appointment the next day and it was done in less than 2 hours! I will be definitely be back. Thanks Joe!

They don't honor appointments. Made appointments twice, once you get here they will tell you they are busy and come back later or will make you wait 3 hrs. This has happened multiple times. Awful customer service

Car repairs are never easy or cheap. This particular Goodyear location, however, is the best repair shop/tire center I have ever dealt with. There is surprisingly little turnover there. I've gotten to where I recognize the technicians. Most importantly, they stand by their work and they're not going to let you off the lot unless they've done everything they can to help. I dealt with Assistant Manager Aaron on this last job and it was tough, it was expensive but Aaron was up front with me the whole time and made the difficult situation as smooth as it could have possibly been. Even though it's a corporate franchise, the Odessa store and Aaron, the manager, make it feel like a neighborhood repair shop. The only time I would take my vehicles anywhere else is if I need something only the dealership can provide. Otherwise, it's Goodyear Odessa.
