After getting a synthetic oil change at Tires Plus for over $100 I brought my car here to check my supposed oil leak & there was NO leak at all only oil residue from Tireslplus' awful sloppy job!! Jerry & Judy the owners are awesome, honest, & super affordable & I will not trust anyone else with my vehicle from now on. I fully recommend them for all auto engine needs.

I had my transmission replaced by this place a while back at a price tag of around $6,000-7,000 dollars, and afterwards, it was still not shifting right.I brought it back to have Jerry take another look at it, and he supposedly reconfigured some things and said it was good to go. It still wasn t working correctly and he charged me several hundred dollars to fix the work he failed to fix the first time around.All this and it still didn t work.So I called him again. And again. And again. Over the span of several months, probably close to a year at this point, I called the shop number and his cell phone numerous times and every single call was sent to voicemail, and I never received a call back. It appears that he is ghosting me because he can t do the job he charged me to do.After paying about $7,000+ for the transmission work as well another several hundred dollars for him to try to reconfigure whatever he did wrong in the first place, I still don t have a transmission that works properly and have now taken it somewhere else to get fixed properly.I recommend avoiding this place like the plague. They ll take your money but they won t fix your vehicle and then they ll just ignore you.

I've dealt with Jerry and Judy twice now. You know that helpless feeling you get when your car breaks down and you're not sure what to do? Bring it to Automotivation. I would happily pay extra to have my car towed past closer repair shops to make sure it ends up here. They're more than fair - they are genuinely honest and caring. Super friendly owners, helped me pluged my tire free of charge and patiently explained to me why I need a new tire instead of using the damaged one, they also gave me directions of how to get to the tire shop and even called the tire shop and tell them what kind of tire I needed before I got there! Great people and thank you. Would recommend to anyone that needs auto repair in the area!

Judy and Jerry are great people. Jerry is as honest about repairs as possible. He will let you know if it's worth repairing or not. They did my brakes All the way around and replaced 1 CV axle I knew I needed. And oil change. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Quality service and Fair prices. Highly recommend. We've become friends.

I was looking to find someone who can look at my car for possible repairs. I did a search on google and found Automotivation. I have to say Gerry and Judy are some of the most authentic and honest people you will find. If there is a problem with your car that is more expensive than getting a new one they will let you know. Probably does not happen often to people but it did for me. Some mechanics will just take your money but not these guys they are on the up and up. We have just had the pleasure of dealing with Jerry and his wife at Automotivation in Odessa, FL It is rare to deal with people who are as HONEST as they are.We took our car for repair and the work they recommended was necessary and prices were reasonable. The work proposed was not excessive which is often what we have encountered at other repair places.We have finally found an auto repair facility that we can trust.

I read all the reviews and felt that this was the place I wanted to check out for repair of my Ford Sport Trac air conditioner. Both Jerry and his wife, Judy, are first class people. Jerry was very informative in his explanations of what the problem was and how he was going to correct it. As a new resident in the area, I was at a lost of whom to choose for the repair of the air conditioner system. After the first 5-10 minutes talking with Jerry, I knew I was in the right place. Not only did he fix the air conditioner, he repaired some small details and did not charge anything extra for them. I felt that the service was extraordinary. I will use him for service for both my wife's and my car in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants great and honest service for their automobiles.

Hands down the most trustworthy shop. No BS. Will take the time to explain any question or concerns. Better than the dealers. Got 3 estimates on fixing AC all over 2200. They diagnosed it properly to find the exact cause and was only 800. Well worth the drive.

This is my favorite place to take my car for almost any issue. They are family owned, very fair with pricing, and do what few mechanics do these days...they do the job right the first time. I highly recommend you give them a shot whether you need a tire changed, brakes. Oil, diagnose an issue, or need major work done. You won't be disappointed.

Where else can you get quality, basic work (including 100% honest diagnostics) at a reasonable price on a basic car, at the same place some really high end cars get remarkable work and are entrusted to him by some very surprising, noteworthy people. We have been taking all our cars to Jerry & Judy for over 12 years.They are absolutely the most honest people we have dealt with for car repairs.You can be sure you will have peace of mind knowing that you are being charged a fair price and not charged for unnecessary repairs...You need to see for yourself!!!

Jerry is very honest and offers a great, reasonable price for any work done. He will talk to you at length about any questions you have and goes into a lot of detail. He definitely seems like he loves his job. This shop is small and extremely busy, so definitely call ahead and be prepared to leave your vehicle with them for a while due to how busy they can be. Best to drop it off in the morning and arrange other transportation. If you are impatient and need repairs done immediately, you can always pay a premium and take it to a dealer or a big named place, but if you want good work at the lowest price around, this is where you should go.

Was recommended by a good friend to try this place out. Brought in my Lexus RX350 for a repair. When Jerry looked it over he called me with a quote of $509 parts and labor. When I picked it up later that afternoon, he showed me my bill of about $250. He was able to find a way to fix the issue while only needing about half the labor time. It is very hard to find an HONEST mechanic. I have been trying for the last couple decades. Jerry didn't have to tell me he found an easier (and cheaper) way to fix my car. He could have just charged me the $509 and I would have never known the difference. When you find a mechanic like this, they quickly become the ONLY place you will take your car.

We recently moved from out of state and needed some work done on a vehicle. Good people to do business with. I felt like they cared about the customer. They squeezed me in the same day and didn't overcharge me. I knew what needed to be done before I got there and they didn't try and oversell me on other stuff. Just a good, honest experience with a fair price.

I've been to this shop on several occasions from minor inspections to having work put into the car. Their inspections are thorough and reasonably priced. On one particular occasion I needed a repair in the rear of my motor. They ordered the part in and scheduled the appointment. After they completed the repair, Jerry gave me my total balance which was much lower than originally quoted. He found another less expensive alternative to fixing my problem and absorbed the cost on the part they ordered. TRANSPARENT & HONEST mechanics which are really hard to find!

Jerry is the finest mechanic who has ever serviced our vehicles. He does top quality work and is a pleasure to know. We moved to Bradenton and still travel to Odessa so Jerry can perform the work needed on our vehicles. Best in the business!!

I have been taking my 2002 Ford Thunderbird and 2004 Dodge Ram to Jerry and his wife Judy for over ten years now. They don't make people like Jerry and Judy anymore. First, Jerry is by far THE MOST competent mechanic I have ever met in my life (I fly airplanes, so I know many mechanics). But beyond his technical skill, Jerry and Judy are two of the most HONEST, and APPROACHABLE people you will ever meet in your life. No matter how many customers he has in his shop at one time, Jerry and Judy seem to have a supernatural ability to find the time to speak with you about your vehicle, answer every question you have in easy to understand layman's terms. One time I had over $700 worth of work done on my pickup truck at a "Tuffy" and Jerry was able to prove to me the work I paid for at that other shop was never done. I've never gone to anyone but Jerry's shop since then. These are good people, tirelessly competent and customer oriented. If you have anything with wheels that needs repair or maintenance, from oil change to engine change, go see Jerry at Automotivation. These people are angels from a different era when our country did great things.

MOST HONEST MECHANIC AROUND. Brought my 2003 S10 to one of those popular chains in Orlando for an oil change, and they told me I needed $800 worth the work done on my brakes. I decided to bring it to Jerry for a second opinion since he's been the main mechanic on the truck for the last 10 years, and he worked on the brakes a few years ago. I gave Jerry the quote from the other place and he checked it all. Jerry said the other place lied about everything that needed to be done, and was able to get my brakes done for $200. Definitely worth the drive from Orlando!This place is a hidden gem in the industrial park off 54, but be sure to call ahead as they get busy quickly.

when in for a second opinion, i am pretty handy with vehicle repairs. my work schedule didn't allow me. Took my car to a local place to change my oil, they came back saying i needed $500+ in repairs, i went over the vehicle and didn't see it but wanted a second opinion. I was calling around and initially had a VM on the first call, something told me to call them again, and I'm so glad i did. They have a customer for life!!!

Dropped off my Mustang that needed a battery cable repair. Prompt, courteous, professional, I could go on. Jerry and Judy make taking your vehicle in for repair a pleasant experience, which is saying a lot in this day and age where it seems like customer service is a thing of the past! My mom passed away a few months earlier and her car had been sitting for some time. Before I considered selling it, I wanted to get it checked out to make sure it was in good condition. I didn't know anybody in the greater New Port Richey area. But I saw Automotivation's sticker in the corner of her windshield. I figured if mom trusted them, so could I. Jerry and Judy are outstanding! Called and made an appt for the next day. They met me promptly. Jerry did everything the car needed and gave me a full rundown on one or two things to keep an eye on. I can't say enough about them. I know why my mom was such a fan too! Highly recommended!

Jerry replaced my Catalytic Converter and that bad boy gets up as good as new!!! Man Jerry and his wife are some of the BEST MECHANICS and Genuine people I know! They even stayed after hours to adjust with my schedule to when I got off! I cant THANK them enough for fixing my issue!!! Thank you guyss!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!
