1st and last time. Arrived for an oil change. No one to check you outside and the door is locked to get inside. I Had to wait for a customer to leave to get inside. Once inside, there was 2 employees. The first was helping someone with a warranty taking over 30 minutes. The other was just walking around and finally decided to check me after 15 minutes of wait.I asked about my wait time and the answer was 'I don't know'. I asked her 'who knows?', she didn't answer and walked away. I walked outside and the oil change bay was empty and no one there. I had to wait 10 minutes for the guy doing the oil change to arrive. I asked him about the wait time and his answer was 'I don't know, it could be 5 minutes or 4 hours'. I asked about my car and he said that there was 4 cars ahead of me. I thought I was getting finally somewhere. So I asked the logical question 'on average, how long it take you to do an oil change?'- the answer was 'I don't know'. Scary thought to think that the person doing oil changes for living answers that he doesn't know.Save your sanity. Spend extra and go to a dealer or other reliable place. I was attracted by the price, but it is definitely not worth it

...I came to the reality that there's never going to be a pleasant doing experience or customer service experience at any of these stores in Orlando. The auto care lead, was wearing the wrong title. He was spending the majority of his time joking off -even when he himself was given the task of my battery replacement. Meanwhile, my battery was replaced, after a technician realised I was still at the service center, and he heard me complaining of the wait. At the POS check out, I wasn't sure why the lead technician had me fill out a refund slip, only to not give me a refund for my battery..

Worst experience ever. They don't go by order. I was number 4 for an oil change and 5 people behind me left before I did, and I was there at 7:00 o'clock. I won't be coming back EVER!!!!!!! Staff needs to be retrained, smh

If you can avoid it NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! They pick and choose whose car to work on or tell you a certain time frame and go over that big time. They even lie and put in they system that you came later than you actually did so that it appears they finish in a short time. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION please. You have been warned.

Took multiple calls and over 20 minutes to get through to speak to someone. Then the information given wasn't correct. They weren't able to service my vehicle and the battery was more expensive then what they told me over the phone.

walked in at 06:30PM for Oil change and they denied because they are short staff. There was no one In front of me not even single Vehicle was there. They close at 7PM but just too Lazy to work I guess. Pathetic People working there

I needed a new battery and i asked for a charge on my old battery. As there were at least 7 employees available to help, neither employee decided to assist the customer on this day. Is there something i need to know with walmarts auto department? They have terrible customer service with little respect. My opinion is to get rid of those employees, even if it has to start with managment! I dont mind learning auto mechanics if thats 5he expected customer service i am supposed to get! And isnt this the battery u sell? I think i paid for a warranty so i can be assisted when i walk into your establishment.Services: Auto battery replacement, Battery

Dwayne is by far the worst and Incompetent manager I ve ever had to deal with. Walmart really needs to a better job of training their manager. I ve had to deal with them leaving the cap off my car after an oil change. This time I ve had a tire on for no more than a month with stickers still on it. Tire is defective but he refused to acknowledge the tire.

Cancels it's own appointments and then the customer service is slow and rude. Next time I'm paying a little more for quicker, better, and less hassle somewhere else.

More than 5 hours waiting for oil change and tire rotation and the tire rotation was not completed. I had to ask for my keys and go somewhere else for the rotation. This is the second time it happened to me in this location

I don t recommend you use their car center for services especially in the morning. The hours of operations states 7am. There were cars lined up by 6:50am. It s 8am no one has been serviced. Unprofessional and unacceptable. No one even came out to address us. SEVERAL CARS LEFT AND I DONT BLAME THEM.

I ve consistently had good quality service and tire repair from this Walmart Auto Care for over seven years. They are usually busy as they are reliable and do fast, reputable work.

The the guy that installed the tires was good.But I made a appointment for Saturday 11 am went there and the lady said she can't fine my appointment so I made a next appointment for Sunday at 9 am and that lady said there is no 9 o'clock appointment.Then she look a little hard and fine it .First off there need someone who knows about cars to work the service desk .That is only part of what happenIt took a hour something put it got done.

Came in around 6 or 7 pm on a Saturday to swap out a car battery that was under warranty. Even though they were short handed the lady and gentleman who were working busted their booties to take care of customers. She rang me up and prorated the new battery as he installed it. Was out of there within 30 minutes. Awesome job.

A bit abrasive in the friendliness category, I've definitely had my fair share of a holes there, but mixed in with some genuinely nice people. Either way, they get the job done... in my case changing tires. Can't beat their prices, hence dealing with the attitudes at times.

Look for Richard he's fantastic and the ladies working the register/ front were very nice.I was turned away from another Walmart (8101 s John Young Parkway orlando) claiming to be too busy to install a new battery purchased there. Drove all the way to this location and was glad I did. They were super friendly. 40 min wait but didn't turn me away. Instead, they promptly went out to test my battery so I wouldn't end up waiting for nothing. Unlike the other Walmart that offered to jump my car but wouldn't put a battery in for me!

Walmart does have the cheapest prices in auto care but the worst customer service so choose your struggle. I dropped my car off at 9AM for no one to answer the phone so I pulled up at 2 PM for them to say my car wasn t able to be fixed. The gentleman at the front desk during my second visit was very nice but then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to do the additions when they had my phone number on file after five hours.Service: Auto tire replacement

Had an appointment for 7am didn't get done til around 4pm lmao. Wasn't to bad though, could have been worse. Actually paid for the extra bells and whistles oil change and I dont think they checked my transmission fluid and they didn't vacuum. Still giving them a 4 star though cause they all were very friendly.

Receptionist was very short and rude the entire call. I ask to make an appointment to recharge my AC and she automatically said no without consideration even though she admitted they have the service available.

Staff here not doing their jobs talking to each other, eating, walking around nobody cares about your car or your time. Even though I had an appointment, my car was started an hour late, and until now (almost hours wait) it is not ready.Very disappointing experience. Not professionals. Total confusion not ready to open customers park cars wrong no one knows first come order.I leaft went home came back 1 hour later same deal.The Wal-Mart workers were nice and tried but really need jeep from management.The person outside with the cart to register people as they arrive needs to be used again.customers should not have to argue about their place in line.Please help I like the auto service.

Disappointed in the Auto Care Center!Got there at 9am and waited 2 hrs after they claimed computers were down to than be met by a rude mechanic who said at 11am they will start seeing people. All I needed was a tire change due to flat and he said rudely it'll take 45min or longer...which is obsurd for a simple tire change and especially after waiting almost 2 hours!I love Walmart but there Auto Care Center needs a major improvement and mechanics need a better attitude, if they dont like the job move onto something else!!!

Smiles all around but when you need something done quickly, this is not the spot. I arrived before they were open and I was second in line, Somehow my car got pushed back and they did 5 cars before doing my oil change. This has happened a few times before and that s why I thought I d arrive early but it didn t work at all.So, here s what s up: slow service but yeah, people here are nice indeed.
