My 2023 Honda was hit while parked. Needless to say I was upset. The team worked quickly to get it back to where it was before. Literally looks like nothing ever happened to it. Life time warranty is a very nice touch.Angela was such a peach to work with!!!!

My car got rear ended. Despite the stressful situation of having to turn your car for repair, Service King made the process easier by informing me every step of the process. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. And my car got fixed ahead of the schedule. I would highly recommend this shop if your car got damaged during an accident.

It was the 1st car accident we have, so technically it was the 1st time that we have to deal with our car insurance. I can't thank enough to both Angela, and Licy for a great customer service. They are very knowledgeable, and emphatic. I would recommend Service King collision in the future, and especially those 2 ladies. Well done to whoever hired them ;)

Left my car here at 70% and got it back at 12%. Tire strip came off & have a dent here didn t have a dent when I dropped my car off

I ended up at Service King because I was recently in an accident and Geico suggested I take my car there because they have employees on site that could assess the damage and repair it all it one location, which is very convenient. When I went to my appointment, everything was wonderful, Geico greeted me relatively promptly, and the Service King employee, Vanessa, was also very kind, assuring me that she would be in contact with me throughout the whole process. This was on a Monday. On Friday, I received an automated that said the estimated completion date for the car would be Saturday, great! Mind you, I hadn't heard from Vanessa since Monday. On Saturday, the estimated completion date, I didn't hear ANYTHING from Service King. Monday, I ended up calling them to which an employee told me the car would be done by the end of the day, they were waiting for a part, and someone would call me. No call. Tuesday, I called again (they never called), and was now told that the part was not going to be in until Wednesday. Finally, I hear from Vanessa Wednesday, inviting me to come in at 4pm to get the car. So I am there at 4...4:15...4:30, and at 4:40 Vanessa tells me they need to repaint the car and I needed to come back tomorrow. Finally, today is Thursday, and I do in fact have my car. The repair was done nicely (see photos) and they did put gas in my tank for the inconvenience, which is why I am giving two stars. I will not be coming back here again however because the customer service was just not up to my standard at all. Sorry guys.

What a great experience! Rodney and his team were great to work with and the results are beautiful. Someone slightly bumped into the back of my car with their truck causing some bumper cover damage. Service King was able to repair the damage and repaint the bumper cover to look factory new. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a quality job done.

Even though they weren't taking new cash clients they took the time to assess my paint and gave me a good recommendation of another local shop. Nice group of people. I have been to them previously for an insurance claim and the quality was fantastic.

We had an estimate of 3200 and when the car was finished they charged 5,000. They never got the ok to complete the work and proceeded anyway.

I was referred to this repair shop by my insurance company. My insurance co didn t demand I use them, but rather recommended them. After reading positive reviews from other customers, I felt comfortable leaving my truck in their care.As it turned out, I chose wisely. They re professional from start to finish and their work is top quality.I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repair work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came in thinking my car was totaled and the worst part was that the accident was my fault. Insurance companies want to screw you over as much as possible basically in an attempt to steal your vehicle as "totaled", then fix it and sell it for more money at auction.Aside from the damage to the front end, the rest of my car was still like knew. The team worked hard for me to make sure my car wasn't totaled and got everything fixed. Now it looks good as new.They didn't have to put the extra time in, but they did and that goes a long way with me. Thanks everyone!Service: Painting

Used to get work done on front fender damage. Everything was fine when I brought it in to service king besides the fender and headlight being damaged. Went to go take it home and the steering wheel was 90 degrees off center and this was never the case when I dropped it off to get the work done. Somehow service king managed to mess up my steering in the process of performing these repairs and had no idea on how to fix it even though it was messed up by them in the first place. They are having the the dealer come look at it since they cannot figure out what they did wrong.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve never had to file a claim before so I was pretty unaware of what to expect. I called and made an appointment and they were very friendly. I arrived and was greeted by Elizabeth and the manager Rodney. They were both very professional and polite. I received my estimate the next day and they immediately began working on my car. I was texted updates every week day and before I knew it, my car was ready! I would definitely recommend this place!! They even made sure to sanitize everything before giving it back to me. I hope I never have to come back but I won t hold my breath because I have a teenager that starts driving this month! Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They worked well with me and got my car completed in a week. I genuinely appreciate their professionalism, courtesy, an all-around great job they did taken care of me as a customer. I don't take the time to review many businesses but when an experience is top notch, it deserves to be acknowledged. Rodney, Elizabeth and Desiree understand what giving the customer the best experience possible means. Communication about every stage my truck was in was sent to me in a text and even actually got a phone call giving me the information. When I picked up my truck and inspected all the work that was done, it looked literally brand new. Keep doing what you guys are doing because you are above the rest.Thank you!

I appreciate the customer service here. From beginning to end they have been very helpful. You can trust service king to be your all in one stop if you have an accident. They have a insurance adjuster on site as well as Enterprise for a rental until they finish the work. They replaced the whole front of my car and repainted it. I have a difficult color & they matched it perfectly. Thank you service king for making sure my car was fixed properly. They definitely deserve 5 star rating.

The paint work that was completed from my Collison by service king was terrible. I have never seen so many runs and fish eyes before in a paint job. I had to have another shop correct all the paint errors. The supplement cost of the redo was $3600.00. Take your vehicle to a shop who prides them selves on quality and not quantity!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Great staff, fast and good quality work! When in for a bumper scruff and they finished in one day. Upon arrival my rental was ready for me and no hassle at all! The paint work matched my empire grey color exact. I was giving other options for body shops and chose this one because of the good reviews. I was not disappointed!

Excellent stress free, customer friendly experience! They examined car, explained what was needed, and told me when car would be ready within hours. They kept me informed of repair progress via text. My car was ready day before estimated date and it looked great! Couldn't tell there was ever any damage. Representative was friendly as was everyone at this location.Professional, friendly, expert repairs as promised!

I cannot stress enough how happy I've been with Service King. My truck was taken there after an accident. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, were very friendly, and always available to answer questions in a timely manner. Even when I picked up my truck and discovered the next day that there was a screw in one of the tires they immediately worked to solve my issue at no extra cost to me. No one WANTS to have to go to an auto repair shop, but if you HAVE to I can't recommend Service King highly enough.

I went to this place after an accident, I was sent there by all state.First I was supposed to go to another branch and my appointment was so far, we called Service King Ocoee, they gave us same day appointment to checkin my car which was awesome!When we got there, Robin, the sweetest lady ever at the front desk introduced us to Stephen who was so amazing, professional, and so helpful through the whole experience!Stephen took a good care of us, answered all our questions, he called the car rental company to fix issues getting the rental car to us as well.I kept on getting text messages with the update of my car not only that Stephen kept on calling me with the update and what he have promised me was so true, I received my car earlier than the date I was supposed to get it in.Stephen checked my car with me before giving it to me, and the checkout was so easy.My car when received was same as New as if nothing happened to it.Service King, thanks and keep us the great work!

Very good customer service and work I drove my car from TN all the way to Disney didn t run hot until I got there brand new car someone backed into me while in TN the service king there fixed it put a aftermarket fan didn t find out it wasn t compatable until we got to Disney car started running hot this service king in Ocoee put me in a rental for 3 days no questions asked the manager got in his personal car to pick up the factory fan on Christmas Eve! Thanks for the great service you provided me could have ruined my entire family vacation but your team made it work thank you once again!

Very professional staff from the minute you drive up. I shared that I needed the car for a up coming trip. Due to part delays, no fault of Service King they did what they could, reassembled the car and finished the repairs at my convenience after returning from my trip. Office staff, technician, and manager were incredible. Can was delivered to me in spotless condition inside and out. Having to take my car into Service King in Ocoee Florida has been my worst customer service experience ever. Avoid this branch and this company at all costs.I had 2 major issues with Service King.1) I had to bring my car into the shop 3 separate times to have the repairs done correctly.2) I had an expensive pair of sunglasses stolen from my car during the repair process.I can forgive the repairs taking longer because they eventually did fix it correctly, but how they handled my stolen property was unacceptable. The manager, Rodney, told me that they had never had an issue before and that he would reimburse me himself. I sent him the value of my sunglasses at $140. He said he would only reimburse me for $75, and he would only send me the money if I gave them a perfect score on a corporate survey. He was essentially blackmailing me into pretending that nothing had happened, I assume so he didn t have to report the theft to corporate. I gave them high scores on the survey because I wanted to at least get some form of reimbursement, but I couldn t believe how I was treated over an extra $65.I called corporate and was eventually able to get a hold of the district manager, Ron, and he told me that they never had any complaints on that branch. In the end the district manager did nothing to rectify the situation and just wrote me off. Service King is an absolute joke of a company if they think it s acceptable to steal from their customers and blackmail them. I will never use this company again and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Worst company I have ever dealt with.

5 Star Service!Michelle helped me every step of the way when my truck was recently rear ended. They gave me daily updates on the status of the repairs which was really helpful. The repairs were completed promptly and their work was flawless - very happy with my experience here, will come back if I ever need work done in the future.

Jeff is just great, he greeted me when I arrived promptly and said " you're in good hands"... he was referred to me, so I'm so happy to have met him. My car is home and it's just beautiful!!! You have a great man at Service King!! I'll highly recommend!!
