When you need your car repaired, you can always depend on Gary and his staff of mechanics to do a great job. Plus, you will pay a reasonable price! When anyone asks me if I know of a good, honest place to get their car fixed - I recommend Quality Car Care.

Gary is the nicest person, owner and manager. Very honest, kind and quality work. Always working hard. I highly recommend him. His lot is always full so it tells me that a lot of other people trust him with their cars.

Gary always provides the best service, price, and repair turn-around time. I ve taken my Volvo to him for years, and I couldn t imagine not having him to work on my car. The amount of money I ve saved by taking my car to him versus the dealership is incredible. Especially as a woman, Gary never tries to make me feel inferior to the car world. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good hair stylist or barber when you have them, you keep them for life.Service: General repairs & maintenance

For the past 10+ years, I have been taking my vehicle and, before I sold my husbands Eagle Talon, his vehicle to have Gary fix and service both. Gary is professional, consciencious and truly caring. He is fair, accommodating and always a pleasure to deal with. I will never take my vehicle to another mechanic. He's the best and his crew is the best.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This an update to my review from 2 years ago. We only take our vehicles to Gary. No matter what the problem is, Gary and his team get it taken care of. We needed repairs on our truck's 4x4 system before going on our trip. And we have sure needed the 4x4 pulling our 5th wheel coach up some steep inclines. Our truck has performed great and safely.Thanks Gary.2 years ago:Gary and his team always treat you right. They do a thorough job and they don't hit you with "You need this, this and this." They are straight shooters and safety is paramount to them. Thanks Gary!

Wow, amazing service. Don t let the outside fool you, they have lots of cars parked around the shop and I know now it s because they are awesome. No upsell, repaired what was needed and assured me I didn t need additional services I was inquiring about until another 20k miles. Quality Care Car (Gary Kissoon) has always treated me with honesty and respect. I've personally known Gary since about 2009, and I've never, ever been disappointed or dissatisfied with his mechanic work. He's always been and always will be a great friend of mine. If you ever need mechanic work, please give Quality Car Care a chance to serve you.

Over the last few years, I have watched Gary's business grow from a small startup to a well-respected business. They do top notch work and they go way above and beyond with their always-courteous customer care. More than once I have brought my car in for a problem, only to have Gary point out the problem was a very minor thing that he fixed on the spot, gratis... and sent me on my way. He takes good care of his customers and he has my loyalty (and my business!).

Me and my mom always go to this shop. The owner is always there when we need him. A genuine hard working man. I m not the best when it comes to cars but he explains it well and the prices are reasonable. Thank you!

I was referred by a good friend and I can honestly say that Gary is a very smart mechanic and an extremely courteous person. His prices are very reasonable when compared to dealerships. Repair times are also reasonable. Hidden gem in Ocoee!

Been going to Quality Car Care for over 6 years. I have moved over 25 miles away from this area, however, I still have my vehicle towed to Quality Car Care for repair. The business does a great job and stand by their work. Trust me, there is no way I will have my car towed there if I did not trust them and they did not do good work!

Finally, an honest car place that I can trust. Thank you for being there for me time and time again when my car isnt working. Always dependable and they do exactly what they say they will do at the price they quoted and done by the time they say it will be done! I've been coming here for over a year now and everytime they impress me. Grateful is an understatement. I'll continue to go to quality car care as long as I live in central florida.

I got right before they closed.The owner was nice enough to check it out and get me a quote in 20 minutes. He even showed me where the problem was. He gave a fair estimate for the repair, and the work was done on time. A simple little auto repair shop with excellent service and down to earth advice with a very reasonable pricing on both parts and labor. They work on your vehicle like their own vehicle., They care !!!!!!!. If you love your vehicle and love good service. GO TO QUALITY CAR CARE. My brakes were making an awful knocking sound for months (almost a year) and two other mechanics couldn't figure it out. I needed my oil changed so I figured that I would also give one last mechanic a try on these brakes to seeif he could fixgure it out or not before I deemed myself doomed to be annoyed by them forever. Quality took it for a test drive, heard the knocking, and they too took apart the brakes and everything looked fine. He suggested that I have my roters resurfaced as that was his best educated guess. So I got them resurfaced and the sound died down but I still heard (and felt) it. I called him back and told him and he asked me to bring the car back in. I did, picked it up and POOF the sound was gone. He was super nice about everything, reasonably priced, and determined to figure it out. The place is not much to look at but they do an awesome job!

The only place to go here in orlando to get great service. Gary and his staff are very knowledgeable on all different type of cars. Everyone I have recommended there leaves with a smile and a new mechanic.
