The folks at Pep Boys provided prompt service to installing four new tires. They were also very careful with my low profile side walls so that my rims are safe. Definitely recommend and will come back in the future.

Came in to Mavis tire across the street to get a quick patch on my tire that had a nail in it, it was a two hour wait because none of the mechanics had shown up for work. I called Shawn across the street at Pep Boys and he said he would take care of me immediately, I drove over there and he gave me five star service immediately I will continue to give Pep Boys my business and thank you for the great service Sean

I was skeptical going to PepBoys as I know nothing about cars and figured, a small place down the street is totally going to take advantage of that. But nope. I knew I needed new tires (leak in tire that was not fixable) and they checked my tires for free. I went home to find a better deal but decided to go back. Gonzalo (I believe the store manager) was kind, to the point, very precise and just overall excellent customer service. I spoke to him about my needs, he gave me a quote (much lower than other places), a time to come back, etc. When I came back the next day, they took me in right at my time and had me out of there in less than an hour. The mechanics were also friendly and personable. Made the experience easy and great - and also affordable. Thank you!

I have been here couples for an oil change. It was good for the last 2 times . This time make an appointment at 10. When I got there , management told me wait a few minutes. I was sitting there for 39 minutes while they are chatting. I went outside to look if the garage is full with car or not . Turn out It was empty. They are not busy and didn t even ask me if I already been help. I just drive to somewhere else . I never going to recommend anyone to go there . I guess they don t want my business.

Stopped by this Pep Boys when my brakes acted up while driving, they figured out the issue and fixed it. Also identified a flat spot on one of my tires. They were very helpful and explained everything to me that was going on. Highly recommend

Kee Shawn was absolutely so helpful with my car. My car was not getting a lot of juice and made a weird noise when attempting to turn it on. Kee Shawn and team performed a diagnostic test and narrowed down the issue to the battery. Came in for a battery replacement and was out in no time. Thank you Pep Boys team! The customer service was amazing too!

Had 4 tires I bought online delivered here and installed.Pros:guy at the front desk was courteous and knew what he was doing. Only reason this isn t a 1-star review.Cons:Had an appointment for 9 AM. They didn t even take my truck back until almost 10:30, wasn t finished until 11:45.Tires not installed with yellow dot next to valve stemValve stems installed are too short to fit my inflator on 2 tiresTires were filled to 42 PSI, should be 35Bead sealer was slopped all over tire and rimsRecommended front pads and rotors replaced but pads have about half of their material. Pads and rotors were replaced together so rotors haven t even had a pad change yet.Wheel nuts are way over tightened. Supposed to be 100 lb/ft and my biggest torque wrench only goes up to 150 and they re not budging. Had to get out the breaker bar just to make sure it would actually come off.

Absolutely amazing automotive repair shop and wonderful staff. These folks totally saved our butts after we had a tire blow-out and had to put on a spare. We went to thier shop and they very quickly helped us out, and mounted a new tire on our rim. They were very nice and didn't overcharge us at all. Would 10/10 recommend!

My sister had a nail/screw in her tire and after calling around to several unhelpful places and being ignored after standing for 15 minutes at another place, we were ready to give up for the day as it was nearing 5pm. I asked her to do a quick google search to see if there was anyone else still open for a little longer. She called this Pep Boys location and the man on the phone was very nice and said they could patch it. As we pulled up, Todd and John came out to meet us. John took the tire from me and looked at it immediately. Unfortunately, we had tried to use Fix a Flat and you re unable to repair a tire that has any of that inside it. (DON T USE FIX A FLAT UNLESS YOU WANT A NEW TIRE!! ) Lucky for us though, Todd looked in the computer and it said that they had one in stock! Todd and John go out to look for it but of course, no luck. John offered to run to the closest Pep Boys if they had one in stock. They did!!! John went and came back with the tire, slapped it on the rim in no time and put it in the back of my truck for me! Thank you to Todd and John for being so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend going to this specific location for your auto or tire needs!

Gonzalo is the man! He and the boys took care of my daughter s car like it was his own kid s car. Made recommendations even outside of what they do so my daughter would be safer in the road. Thank you!

Once again I came to a Pep Boys needing to get a oil change and my cars fuel system cleaned, And tires rotated. The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and get the job done. The service manager Britney is always was very helpful, friendly and she addressed my every concern. The shop had a few people in it waiting for a little while but they were taken care of one by one, the work was done fairly quickly on each repair. The price is for the work are reasonable, And I would recommend them to anyone needing car work done. They are an A+ company in my book

I spoke with the manager Todd and I told him about the items that I needed to be fixed. He was very attentive to my needs and addressed all my concerns. He was able to fit me into his schedule and everything was fixed as promised. Todd and his mechanics did a wonderful job. I will be back for any future issues.

Todd was above and beyond when it came to ensuring my vehicle was taken care of. He had to ensure that my warranty company was on top of everything. I normally, don t use big chains like this because of horror stories, but Todd and his staff have changed my mind. Great experience!

Do not make the mistake of going here. One thing of the many was they overfilled the pressure in my tires and when I asked them did they check it, the answer was, we dont have a tire gauge

DO NOT take your vehicle to this place! They told me I needed a ton of work done that didn't need to be done. When I picked the car up they didn't eve test drive it to see if they fixed the wobble it had. After charging me WAY too much money, the problem was still there. I immediately took the car down the street and the mechanic said all it needs is a back tire. He said the belt was broken in the tire and any decent mechanic should have seen it. He put a new tire on and the care was fixed. Then I noticed the car didn't have the tire caps anymore. I called them and he told me it never had caps on them. I have a picture from right before I took the car in (because I just bought it) and both caps were on the tire. I texted the picture with the caps and they are not even bothering to respond. CROOKS!!!

Purchased new tires for my car and had an amateur install new tires on the alloy rims. All the rims were scraped. It was at night & hard to notice as it was covered in goop. No onus !taken by owenee

I went in for an oil change & immediately was serviced. I was nervous about a long wait being that my 3 year old was with me but the men at the front desk changed the channel to Paw Patrol and got both my son and I out swiftly. Thank you all for being so kind but huge Thank you to Shawn & Todd for being kind to my toddler. I always prefer being serviced at Pepboys VS going to Kia dealership for this exact reason :)

We had a horrible experience with them on a Sunday. We had a nail in the middle of our brand new tire (less than 4 mons old!). We called for patching. They told us to drive right over and that they would do it right away. An hour and a half later, we called to find out the status of the patching. They said the tire was old/ needed to be replaced and that the car needed an alignment. Both of these things are wrong. They are trying to prey on innocent people. I would give them less than 1 star if I could

Pep Boys is the best! We had a total blowout tire. Shawn was able to inspect the other tires and recommend a new set due to wear and tear. Buy 3 get 1 free promotion saved us money! We got texts as the service was being completed. We are very pleased with the fast service and courteous tire techs. Shawn even filled my empty washer fluid container. Thanks you from your new repeat customers.

I drove from Quebec Canada for vacation, My Van was without Cold AC, it is hot during day time during in Florida in Dec. I Google and find Pep Boy s, it was Nice and professional service. Good staffs.

What a fantastic experience! Excellent customer service! I really couldn't have asked for more. I needed a brake light changed near the end of the day and Craig took care of it immediately. I was out of there within a few minutes. He didn't even charge for the bulb. I will definitely be back. Best service ever!! Thanks so much!!

I want to say that I hate going to mechanics or car shops. Usually they just want to take your money keep your car and not inform you of anything until is too late.This time was different, Keshawn was the most helpful and caring employee I have meet. He explained everything in a way I would understand and he got me the best deal for my vehicle. I can honestly say I will be seeing keshawn a lot more often for my car needs and troubles. Thank you Keshawn
