MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR. Do NOT bring your car to ROMAN.My BMW 328i (72k miles) had a dead battery for some reason. Roman said I needed an alternator replacement.They were charging me $2328,08I have two hypotheses:1) - Roman was dishonest knowing what he was doing.2) - Roman is JUST dumb and not capable to give the right diagnosis.Here is what happened in the end I took my BMW to one great private mechanic located at Seven Auto Sales, he spent a few minutes to notice that SHE JUST NEEDED A NEW BELT as I will show in the picture.My coast in the end was $25 + One hour Label. I saved myself at least $2.2kI am sure they were going to replace the alternator and later on they were going to tell me the Belt also needs a replacement.Lastly: ROMAN WAS VERY STUPID. He should treat his clients with more patient and more kindness.

Went in with an A/C issue because it was blowing hot air instead of cold. I asked for a re-charge and was quoted $68. Said okay, gave them my keys and was told to come back in an hour. 15 minutes later I got a call that they misquoted me and it will actually be $295. Huge difference but at this point I just wanted cold A/C so I said okay. When I came to pick up my car, Malik said it took a little bit longer because they found an issue while doing the recharge but that they were able to get it fully recharged and it should last awhile . I paid the $295 and left. I had cool A/C for TWO DAYS and now it is back to blowing hot air. I am extremely disappointed that I just lost $295 for NOTHING. I called them back regarding them to further fix it / get a refund and Malik told me I was basically screwed and their was nothing they could do to help me out. Absolutely horrible customer service. If while they were performing my recharge I wish they would have stopped and given me further information before cutting corners and doing a quick fix to last me with cool A/C for TWO days. Absolutely ridiculous. The way they made it seem was that it would be good for at least MONTHS not days. Never coming back to a Pep Boys ever again. Avoid this garbage place.

I bought Cooper tires from Pep Boys on Powers back in 2021. Recently the Toyota dealer and a mechanic advised me to go back to Pep Boys as the back tires are defective and warp in the middle. 4 weeks ago i spoke to a store manager named Gonzalo C at the Orlando powers location who agreed and prorated the first tire. He advised me that he would do the 2nd one and gave me the warped tire to call Cooper if needed. I called Cooper who stated that sounded like a defect and told me to take to Peps boys to see about all 4 tires. I CALLED gonzalo the week after and he said when i was ready bring it in and he will prorate the tires. I ordered 3 tires to which the Powers location who advised me Gonzalo is at Good Homes. I called Gozalo last week and he advised the store has the info and they can prorate it for me. I advised to him they had nothing on file. He advised me to see him at the Good Homes location and he will take care of me. I ordered the tires to show up with the online special at 9 to which he asked me for the receipt. He is stating when he called the powers location that he should of never prorated the first tire as it was not a defect and he never promised me a prorate on the back tire. That is a lie please pull the calls and check video when I came into the Powers location. Why would he prorate me 1 tire but not the 2nd one. Why would i go to the other location to where the manager worked. He told me to come in. I had to keep my cool to get the tires replaced and left.... one thing i hate is someone that lies. Pull your calls and check the video on my first visit at the Powers location to see what he said. Pep.boys lost a customer ..im done with them...its not the 45 discount for tires i bought in 2021 its the principle. He said today my tires arw warping because of adding too much air. Dont make a promise you cannot keep.

Malik at pep boys ocoee made my experience there super great. The wait on my car took longer than expected and he kept checking in with me to make sure that I was doing okay or if I needed anything. He was very informative on what I needed to have done on my car and what he recommended for my next visit. Overall 10/10

I got four new tires put on there and they did a great job the salesman did a great job the whole crew was great. The only problem I had was they didn't recalibrate my TPMS sensors luckily I've been changing tires for over 20 years so I was able to take care of that no big deal other than that they did a great job.

My car was actuality done much faster than quoted! Was very pleased! Although they did find things I wasn't expecting but worked with me so I could get the very necessary repairs! Like my CV axle! Definitely recommend!

Over $100 for an oil change with their "coupon". Had an appointment, was told the computer was down.Store associate wrote down my name and number and I had to correct him cause he somehow only put down 9 digits for the phone #. The oil change took 5 hours to complete.Only went there cause it was down the street but never again.

Fantastic Service. Had a battery issue and they resolved it quickly, cheaply and in a timely manner. They even gave us a charge boost there when car had died across the street! Malik in particular was very helpful and friendly.

Gil is a person who does have good customer service. You can see that he is interested in the job and that he goes above and beyond for the client. I arrived at 4:24 pm to change a single tire on my vehicle. It is currently 6:28 pm as I write this review. Manager Jose left the store around 4:30 pm. Next to me is a lady who has just filed a complaint with the corporation directly to this store because supposedly the system told Gil that they did have the oil filter that her car required, but the truth is that they do not have it in the store and the lady is super angry, he kindly told her that it is on its way, that he can't do anything else, but she doesn't want to understand that, she has been waiting here for about three hours now and she has to wait until the driver arrives with her filter. He friendly offered her a free oil and filter change for all this situation but she still does not accept why this is so long even having made an appointment. Gil is running the store by himself, there are no other employees, he is the only one answering phones, fixing vehicles and dealing with customers. I don't know how PEP BOYS allows this type of situation. As I am writing this review, you can see perfectly how the store is full of customers and all of them being served by Gil. I have no idea how a manager or how the district manager of this store allows this type of situation. Currently all the people present here are upset and there is still no estimated time for the repair of their vehicle.

Avoid this place! They forgot to put the oil cap back on after an oil change which caused a huge mess in my engine bay and possibly took years off of the life span of my engine. They towed the car back to the shop, cleaned up the mess and did another oil change.Safe to say I ll never take my car to a Pep Boys ever again in my life, but especially not this one. This level of negligence is unaccpetable. The oil change should of been free.

Last visit to this shop resulted in somehow a cap to the air intake system being loosened or dislodged so that it fell from my car and ended up on the street. Before I discovered where this part belonged, a immediate call to the shop caused concern because the guy too quickly replied that, We didn t touch your engine. Then, he told me to bring it back so that they could take a look. I will not take it back because this should not have happened and I smell a rat!

Needed a tire repaired, waited an hour to then get the sales guy trying to upsale me 4 new tires. They 'recommended' because of yatta, yatta. Left furious and still in need to get a tire repaired. Females beware, we are suckers to these guys. Question everything!

I had a terrible experience at Pep Boys. I went in for an oil change and flat tire repair, but not only did they overcharge , my car is now leaking, and the supposedly fixed flat tire is already losing air again. The service was disappointing, and I wouldn t recommend anyone to trust their vehicle with Pep Boys.

The company that I work for has a fleet account with Pepboys. They do a pretty good job. Fleet account services are the inconvenience in getting approval for services

Brake fluid flush is the job I wanted done, I can do it myself but I didn't feel like it. Appointment 8 AM, they don't have DOT4 fluid so I needed to wait for an additional 2 hours. I left, and they will call me when ready. They call, they say the master cylinder is shot, how do they know this ? Apparently they pressed the brake pedal and it went down to the "floorboard". So me in my infinite wisdom I put a piece of tape where the master cylinder would be( Under the cabin filters) lo and behold they never bothered to actually look at the master cylinder or test the brake fluid for air in the system ( also a symptom) which is the first thing you do. Pressing a brake does not tell you if a master cylinder is bad until you run the other tests. It's like if your heart has a clogged artery they don't replace the heart. So they never checked the fluid ,never checked the master cylinder and by pressing a brake they were able to discern it needed a new master cylinder. How is this place still in business ? So dishonest and lazy and looking to rip people off. Avoid if possible. Reply: We have done this dance already, the other Pep Boys on Colonial Dr broke the lug on a van I had and claimed it was there even though in the initial inspection it was never noted. Guess what you did ? I was supposed to get a call back and several years later still no call back. Again how are you still in business ? Update: Emailed like they asked and to no one's surprise, nothing has been done. Amazing but not surprising. Never again.

Don t expect to be seen when your appointment was scheduled for. A lot of employees just standing around whith no sense of urgensy. Most customers were waiting 2 to 4 hours for their vehicles to get simple things like tire repairs in the oil changes even when they had a scheduled appointment time. Gave it two stars because they were the lowest price for tires around with buy 3 get 1 Free

Difficult (impossible) to get anyone on the phone. First 2 attempts at oil change failed as they couldn't get it done despite having an appointment and half the day to do it. On third attempt I had to physically go into the store to make sure they would do the oil change when I scheduled it and that went fine but they didn't rotate the tires as promised.

Excellent customer service. Luis was very pleasant and willing to immediately remove and replace my tire , in less than half an hour. Highly recommended ! Thank you guys for replacing my tire Asap.

The wait is kind of long because of the amount of customer they tried to take care of. Please be respectful to them they are human like you don t bring whatever you have going on in your personal life to them they are not responsible for it! I say that because I was witness how they ve been treated they are here to help us. They are Professional, Helpful in identifying current and future needs While providing great pricing quotes. As a current widow,this is my first time for having to consider extensive service needsand I was experiencing comfort and trust this company. Thanks to Manager Jose and Gill all the back staffs I appreciate you all

Jose, the new owner was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He took the time to explained things so that you can understand the issue with the car. He was even gracious enough to provide a coupon to lower my total. I will definitely be coming here for any issues I don t need to go to the dealer for. Excellent car shop!

Paid $2100 to repair an AC that wasn t working. It still wasn t working after spending that $2100; my father-in-law looked at it and said they replaced a part that didn t need to be replaced, and he was able to fix the correct part in 20 minutes, for free. Really wish I didn t waste $2100 on nothing! Will never bring any of our vehicles here again.

Went to get my tire fixed but it needed to be replaced. They replaced but filled up only two tires. The tire that they replaced and the other tire that would need to be replaced in the near future. The second that needed to be replaced was filled up past the limit exploded when I got on the highway. Unnecessary overfill could have killed me but whatever at least the new tire is fine.
