Some people may have gotten upset at what happened to me but ultimately the business did the right thing and I would 100% be back because they were honest and actually cared about me.The details: I called ahead to verify they had my sized tire in stock and after a brief hold they did. So I drove over there, and when he went to pull the tire, he double checked it and noticed there was a nail hole that wasn t clearly marked and even with me, asking him to try and patch it, or plug it, he told me he wouldn t be able to safely and it may not get me back home to Tampa. Instead, he sent me to another shop, one of his competitors. Even though he wasn t able to help me by replacing my tire, he helped me find somewhere else that could.

Take a minute to read. Josh and his team are amazing! Had a bad brake caliper. Team diagnosed the issue, and gave me a very good price (which means so much with today's out of control inflation). Went to pick up my truck and Josh said he was not happy with the outcome and asked if he could have more time. Pride in your work, that means a lot. Remember- it's great to have a good business, but it's better TO DO good business. Josh- you and your team will always get my business. Thank you!

I didn't have an appointment but pulled into ocoee tire and auto service and was welcomed by Danny and Josh, the manager. I told them I knew I was having some car issues. Danny checked the battery and told me I needed a new battery. The battery was put in and I was on my way. The staff were courteous, professional and friendly. I will definitely be back for any auto service needs. 5 Star all the way.

Great customer service and communication! I was so happy with everything they did to service my BMW and make sure I got what I needed. I didn t even have an appointment booked, but they were able to run diagnostics and tell me exactly what I d be paying for. Would definitely recommend to anyone local!

Even though they are strict on their prices and only use top of the line parts (even for a 23 year old suv). They are still hands down, reliable, communicative, honest and kind. I will pay a little extra to have that piece of mind, knowing I can trust them.Josh has amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, kind and did not try to give us unrealistic times of when they could finish the job. He is the main reason we decided to use Ocoee Tire and Auto.Art (He is the owner )sticks to his guns, but has a heart under that tough exterior.Prior to coming here, we were scammed by a mobile mechanic and had very little extra $$ to fix the same problem, but we were able to get $$ help and they were able to fixed the issues. Being that it was around Thanksgiving Holiday they had some issues getting our part, but Josh called us every step of the way and was able to get our car back within a week. and again that is with Thanksgiving thrown in the mix.Save yourself some time looking around and just bring your vehicle issues to Ocoee Tire and Auto, it will save you money and headaches and in the end you will be satisfied.

Came in to get a BMW tire patched, Art and Josh were nice and knowledgeable, even offered to work within MY schedule! Repair was done quickly and with great quality. Highly recommend.

As honest as they come. If you need to service your car, just bring it here. I towed my old car here after a transmission failure. They helped me find a place to recycle the vehicle and even waived their costs for looking at it. Talk about above and beyond. Shout out to Art.

I stopped by this shop yesterday after another tire repair shop shooed me away and immediately I was greeted with smiles, laughs, & jokes. Josh & Danny immediately checked my car and made sure every single thing was taken care of, even though I had initially only went in to help with stuck lug nuts. They fixed everything with a smile and was really trying to help me out as I was on a long road trip to Georgia. Every single thing in my car was taken care of and they had my car leaving in perfect condition. I can't thank them enough! I gave them a box of donuts to show my appreciation but still felt like they definitely deserved more. So Friendly, So Helpful, So Talented! I could not have broken down at a better location. Thank you Danny! Thank you Josh! & Thank you Tyler!

Any time that I have tire work that needs to be done I bring it here. They always do a great job as quick as they can and are very kind and personable. I highly recommend them!

Had car towed there overnight. Was told they were going to get to it but never did. Couldn t even call once to let me know they can t do it so water a whole day. Don t use for a quick fix or sane day help.

Once again Josh and the guys helped us. Great and HONEST place to take your vehicle. They ve taken care of ours Son s car after being towed there and now my car. Excellent service from Josh and his crew. I took my 2007 Honda CRV with a corroded exhaust pipe between the muffler and catalytic converter. I thought they would have to replace the muffler. Instead, they cut and fixed the pipe without having to replace the muffler, saving me hundreds of dollars. Thanks!!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Repaired our malfunctioning trunk latch same day. We had taken to the dealership which gave us a laundry list of repairs, claimed additional concerns with other parts and the transmission, wanted to charge a second diagnostic fee and estimated 2-3 days to complete the repairs. We were concerned we'd have to sell the vehicle.Josh and crew at ocoee tire and auto checked out and replaced the ONE malfunctioning part, ran full diagnostics, and had the vehicle back to us same day for $4300 less than the dealership had quoted us. When we have problems in the future, we'll be back.

Art and his staff are so kind and were able to get me in short notice to check a tire light issue. They got us in and out back on the road quickly and were able to identify the issue. Art and his team are fantastic! They actually care about their customers. He's honest about what he can and can't do. I once took a vehicle to Art for a repair, fully expecting to pay for it. Instead of doing it, charging me, and making a profit, he recognized the car had approximately 30 miles (yes THIRTY) left on the factory warranty, called the dealer to make sure they could do the work, then let me know. I won't take my cars anywhere else.Services: Engine repair, Brakes

If you are looking for an honest competent mechanic, this is not the place. Shoddy repairs, (if said repairs are even being done!) and deceitful business practices. Do not recommend.

Went to get some screws out from a tire. Turns out the tire was fine. The lady at the counter was very nice (I think her name is Janice). I didn't get the name for the guy who helped me but he was very nice & professional. Fast, good, reliable service & good prices.

These people don't know jeeps. When fixing the evaporator they broke the wiring. When fixing the wiring they broke the horn. When fixing the horn they broke the headlight dimmer switch. If you have a jeep, stay away.

I have used the services of Ocoee Tire and Auto Service three times for various issues with my Jeep Wrangler, and every time have been treated with a sense of priority, professionalism, and courtesy. Art and Janice run an incredible shop with expertise and top quality service. I woke up and took the dogs out for a walk this morning, only to find that I had a flat tire! There was a screw picked up from somewhere... was it the construction down the road? who knows. All I know is that I'm fresh down here from Virginia. There, I had a "guy" - you know the kind, the guy that takes care of you AND your car - and doesn't work you over or keep you waiting.I walk into this place and tell them my problem, and the first thing they do is go wow, and on a rainy day too! I immediately feel more comfortable. They tell me that yeah, they can patch it alright. So I sit in this really comfortable recliner in their waiting room and watch and wait. Not only did they repair the tire and replace it on the car, they also took the time to make sure that it was still in alignment! That's certainly some extra level service.I only had to wait about 10 minutes or so, and I was back on the road, but I do know one thing now. I have a "guy" that I'll be going back to when it comes time to replace all of my tires. Thank you for all the hard work and for taking care of me when I needed it!

I just moved to the area from IL and I don't know anyone one down here. My car started having issues. I Googled the closest mechanic near me and I'm glad these guys came up. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Got me in right away and kept me informed. I would recommend them and will be going back with any more service needs!

They did unnecessary service. Disconnected parts to do that service that were not necessary. Did not reconnect those parts when the service was completed. Did not resolve the issue with the vehicle.The vehicle had the same issues 5 days after I picked it up. Had it towed back to them. Then they told me there was a new issue.The vehicle had the exact same issues both times. And after paying $867 I still had to have the vehicle towed somewhere else for repair. They were not willing to refund any of the money or fix the issue.The first repair was on there Diagnostics at $95 and if they miss diagnose the problem then that is on them.
