I have been using Danny and his team for over 15 years. I have never had to return a vehicle for improper repairs. Always honest. Very happy service received from MasterCard care

I wash my car here every week or so and I am pretty satisfied with the results and they also give you a free vacuum if you get a car wash. My overall review is 5 out of 5. .

I waited to review because it took a few visits. These guys are super knowledgeable. They are also extremely patient. I had a phantom issue that it took a while to find. Instead of charging me extra to take my car apart, they waited until the issue became obvious and diagnosable before doing work, and willingly did other small repair jobs my car needed in the meantime. They worked with me the whole way. Note: this is a very busy, popular repair shop that does good work so be prepared to leave your car overnightif necessary.

Worst mechanic shop in the world, do not take your car here. Danny had my vehicle for over 6 weeks even though I bought the parts myself and all it needed was labor. Absolutely horrible. If I could give no stars I wouldService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I can't recommend enough that you don't go to this place. I've been a few times now and the service has been hit or miss, until this last time where I was just furious. I took my car in to them in February and it took weeks just to get them to look at it. After quoting me a crazy price for the parts I bought the parts myself online at a fraction of the cost and delivered it to them myself. Well fast forward to December and they still have yet to fix the car. Finally I basically have to yell at them that this is ridiculous and they finally fixed it although even that was still two weeks. Since I payed for the parts I was told it would be 200 to 250 for labor when he called he said my total was 770 dollars. I buy the parts and you keep my car almost 10 months and it 520 more than you quoted me?? Just go somewhere else they are nice people, but clearly are mismanaged and not professional.Service: Electrical repair

Danny has been nothing but an honest, fair, and reliable mechanic for me. He has not tried to sell me extra parts or services that I didn't need. I first used Master Car Car in 2008 after moving here from out of state, and I have been completely satisfied with all of his work. I highly recommend this mechanic. He has always been able to get my repairs done very quickly at a very reasonable price.

Let me say, their prices are amazing! But....They took 2 days on my truck to get a fan, PCV and plugs changed. They misquoted the time it would take and I needed my car for work that day. So if you do drop your car off, unless it's an oil change, plan on leaving it there for a day or 2. Danny was a super nice guy and his son was very helpful and accommodating.When I got my truck back, the windshield wiper wire was left unplugged, so I had to take it back... and they took 30 minutes to get to my truck, but fixed the problem in 2 minutes.The truck also has engine hesitation, which was not an issue present before I brought the truck in. It's so bad my engine has started to idle rough at stop signs and stalls (it's a manual) because it takes so long for the engine to actually go. I'm thinking one of the mechanics did not attach a vacuum line properly. I have it at my regular mechanic today to get the problem resolved. Danny did say this was a present issue when he called me to pick it up- and I didn't realize it was that bad until a few days after.I've given up bringing it back because it takes too long for them to address the issues.I can't recommend these people at all- it seems they are too busy to handle the amount of business they get. Their prices are great, but as someone who values his time, I would rather pay a little bit more, for faster service. They also left my car with engine hesitation and an unplugged wiper wire (later fixed), so it seems they aren't great at reassembling things either.

Danny is absolutely the mechanic I trust with my car. AAA recommended him initially, and he has so many vehicles here all the time that I must not be alone! Prices are fair, he's not afraid to say he doesn't know (though that's only happened once and he ultimately did silver the issue!).

I love Danny and his team! They are extremely busy, so you have to be patient. But he works with you to help you out when there are time constraints. He has ALWAYS given my family and I the best deals around and he never has tried to upsell anything. If the mechanic notices something that needs to be done when working on my car, Danny tells me about it, gives me a quote, and then tells me about when it needs to be done by but never tries to force it on me. Such a great place to go.

We have been using Master Car Care for our company and personal vehicles for over 10 years. The owner, Danny, is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and always very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this business for any auto repair service you need done.

As always Danny and his mechanics were great. He cranked my car and within less than a minute he knew what was wrong with it. Told me that it was a dealership item and very expensive, but told me to go to the salvage yard get the part and he would put it on. Had my car running in a couple of hours. Saved me hundreds of dollars . The best mechanic ever.

I scheduled an appointment for my car on Saturday. Danny called and qouted me $240 for the job I said great. He said also I repaired your exhaust but don't worry I'm not going to charge you. He said your car will be ready end of the day. I show up and he explains he hasn't touched my car and will have it ready first thing tomorrow. I go back the next day he charges me $450 I explained what he qouted me earlier and he reduced it to 379. Needless to say I won't be going back there was no explanation given and when I asked to see the receipts to the parts he put in MY vehicle he said he would NOT show me!

I had my AC compressor replaced for 50% less $$ than 2 other places had quoted! My car was done several hours before I had anticipated. I felt that it was a trustworthy establishment which is important to me since I know nothing about cars. I will definitely be taking my car there in the future.

It took Master Car Care 42 days to repair my car. During that time:- The issue was misdiagnosed as a faulty clutch. After agreeing to pay $750 to replace the clutch, the issue remained but I was still charged for the clutch assembly and labor, which was not needed.- The issue was then correctly diagnosed as a transmission problem. As Master Car Care does not fix transmissions, they shipped mine out to a shop in Sanford. The price quote from that transmission specialist was very high, so I requested that another shop nearby repair the transmission. It was completed in about 5 hours' time at a much more reasonable price. Total time waiting for Master Car Care to drop off and pick up my transmission from these two places was about 4 weeks.- Until the day that the repairs were finished, I received zero communication from Master Car Care. I truly feel that repairs would have taken even longer or not been done at all if I had not called every 3-5 days to ask what the status on my car was. When I'd call, often the answer I would get would amount to "I'll try to get around to servicing your car today or tomorrow".- Another customer rear-ended my bumper while the car was in the parking lot. Not Master Car Care's fault, and they did fix the damage free of charge. Nevertheless, the chances of that happening would have been much less if my car wasn't sitting there for 42 days.- Because the car sat so long, the battery (2 years old) fully discharged and no longer held a charge, necessitating a replacement.To Master Car Care's credit, they did write off the labor charges associated with taking out and putting in the transmission. And I never felt that anything was done to intentionally swindle money from me. However, given the lack of communication and what I felt was an overall lack of professionalism, I will not be a repeat customer.

Took my car in for an alignment. Got my car back after a few hours, and it felt the same: wheel pulling to the right and when held at center, drifting to the left. Also vibration at high speeds above 50. Brought car back 2 days later. Claimed they checked it. Car still drove the same.Gave it about 1 week, and then called again and said this work needs to be done right. The car feels the same. Shop owner? (Danny) said to bring it in again. At 1 pm. Sat and waited for 3 hours. Finally told him i need an appointment time because I cant wait here all day. He sent one of his mechanics to ride in the vehicle with me. The mechanic saw wheel pulling and car going to the right.He stated that it was "tie rod or control arm". Spoke with 3 other mechanics about that, and they told me that if there was an issue with the suspension, 1, they should have seen it when they put it on the lift and 2, alignments wont be done by any shop if there is anything wrong with tie rods, suspension etc.Took it back and told the shop they were liars and asked for a refund. Danny then debated with me stating it was probably tire pulling or camber or suspension. And that he put it on the lift twice. So he got in car and drove it.I have brand new tires on vehicle, and it was pulling to the right before the tires were changed meaning it wasnt tire pulling.I told him if he knew that it was suspension or camber, why was my car put on the lift twice and no one could see that? Meaning it was never done, and falsification of work occured. He then said "oh, youre right". And gave me my money.If he is giving me a refund, vs trying anything to keep customer happy, he admitted to the work not being done.Also took my car to a tire shop and got alignment done next day.Never bringing my car here again!

I have gotten an oil change from this location. They didn t even replace the oil filter after changing my oil. I have gotten my strets replaced to fix the shifting with the car but my car proceeded to shift after getting my car back. I have also gotten an alignment which was not done correctly and it ultimately affected my brand new tires i purchased from another auto repair shop. Master Car Care does NOT care about your automobile. They tweak your car to where you must continually come back for service. They also have held my car the entire day they were open for business and did not get anything done. I was not given a call about the status of my car or anything. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

I don't recommend this place at all!!I took my Jeep over there because it was overheating, I left it over night and I was told I have a blown head gasket and it would cost me $2000. To fix, because my whole engine would need to be replaced.I argued with him because there was no other signs of such an issue, no water in oil, no white smoke, etc.Yet he insisted he was right..I had the feeling he was trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman, then quickly realized I'm not stupid.Needless to say, I took it to R&D in Winter Garden and guess what.. it wasn't blown head gaskets and Ray at R&D made sure by doing multiple tests and found the real problem, fixed it and my Jeep is in perfect working condition now!!!ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION AND DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND R&D TRANSMISSON IN WINTER GARDEN!!!

Danny explains, offers solutions, and doesn't look for more work while he's got your car. Danny's group worked on my 14 yr old Camry and 10 yr old Lexus LX 470. I'm 100% satisfied. I won't go to anyone else. He fixed what Toyota of Orlando (colonial dr) could not. He's alway's been fair...And I imagine he'll treat you that way too.

Super nice, efficient, worth getting off Colonial Drive. I called them shortly before closing. They said "come on in". Fixed transmission problem within 10 minutes for next to nothing. Highly reccommend

I will never bring my car here again! Brought it here for a repair and it blew up the next day. They did not take responsibility for the damage. NEVER AGAIN!!
