Awesome service you can trust at Crawford! Ask for Gary, he will give you an honest estimate. I was worried after going to the dealership and they said I need 4 brand new tires. So I decided to get a second opinion at Crawford, they fit me in right away and were able to fix my tire the same day. Gary patched my tire within the hour and said I had several thousand miles left on my tires !!! Saved me hundreds! I can t recommend this local business more.

Over the past several weeks we ve had three separate occasions requiring service, and the Crawford Tire team, as always is efficient, courteous and provides top-notch service at a very fair price. We never hesitate in recommending their services to anyone.

Horrible customer service! Waited 20 mins for them to tell me the alignment guy had left. Will be going to Hudson tires they know how to treat their customers!

We ve never been to this shop. However, we were driving our camper out of town and blew a tire on the side of the turnpike. As my boyfriend was about to get hit by cars going 80mph and not getting over, this truck pulled up behind us. This guy gets out, puts cones in the road, and helped my boyfriend finish the job. Not sure if he is the owner or works here but he was a lifesaver. So I can definitely say I recommend this business. This guy helped us off the clocked and cared for our safety.

Gary has been such an incredible individual, I have been going to him for ALL time needs since I ve been driving and I can t thank him personally enough for being such a kind human! I wish there were more people like him in the world. I will continue giving him my business as long as he is around! Crawford tire is hands down the best tire shop in Ocoee!

Customer service at its best, always. Fixed the tire with 2 nails in it AND took the time to check the pressure in all the tires and put caps on the tire valves. I didn't even know I was missing some.

I replaced and balanced all tires.Excellent service and fair price.Was a little busy Saturday morning but they did the service in about 40 minutes.Recommended for all.

Had a nail in my tire. They started working on my tire instantly & got me in & out in under an hour for only $30! Would definitely go here again if I need any tire related work done.

The best place to go if you get a flat is this very nice had good prices and I was very satisfied when I left go there and get your tires and recommended to friends family co-workers and relatives to God bless you go there and get your car fixed quickly good price too

Called ahead of time to confirm they have the tire size I need, repeated the size 3 times to confirm due to it being sold iut everywhere else and then came from 45 min away, waited on location for 30 min in line to be told they don't have the size when they got around to jacking my car up.

When I picked my car up it had suffered some major body damage. The manager said all I can do is say "sorry". Which isn't an apology btw and she clearly wasn't.They were careless, dismissive, and disrespectful. Which does not inspire confidence in the quality of the work the performed. I would not recommend.

I have reviewed this business before and did not give them 5 stars because of my first impression. I really have to redo it. I keep going there over the years, they saved me many tires and did not rip me off on services. It might seem a bit disorganized at first but they know exactly what they are doing. I cannot recommend it enough.

Best Tire Company in Orlando. Customer for many years. Gary and his team have provided us with great service and great prices for years. Always prompt with our service, office staff friendly and provides excellent customer service. Most may not know, but they also have roadside service. Recently had tire blowout on a weekend day, after hours. They got their tech outpromptly to replace tire and get us on road again. Well done!!Give these guys a try. You'll be a long time customer. Best Service. Best Prices.

Crawford's has a great reputation in Ocoee and surrounding areas. I swear Gary must live there because I've never been when he wasn't there. Honest and dependable service for your tire repair or replacement needs with a hard working group that gets job done in a reasonable time. Can't go wrong here. Updated 8-10-22Had a leak in both back tires of my Ford Expedition. Brought it to Crawford's 8-9-22 at 4 p.m. and they showed me what caused the leaks and had both tires repaired and me out the door at 4:45 p.m.. Now that's quick service.I've been to other places that take that long just to get to the counter and tell them what I need done. I didn't even get out of the car and Brian was asking me what I needed and by time I got to the bench (where the cool cats hangout ) to sit and have a cigarette he was jacking up the car. I know it wasn't slammed with customers as it is at times but they still had customers ahead of me and the teamwork of the employees was smooth and efficient. Awesome job gentleman.

Will never take my care back. A family member recommended them because he has dealt with the tire shop part not the mechanic part. I was told I can bring my car in any time, then got an email saying I needed an appointment, then called and was told no just bring it in but the guy who does alignments is leaving early. So I tried again on Monday, was told the alignment guy wasn't there. Then I dropped it off on Tuesday (mind you having to make transportation arrangements and figure out around my work schedule). I was told it will definitely be ready at the end of the day. When I called they said the part didn't come in. I am not a mechanic, but what part for an alignment?? Needless to say I had to wait until the next day. When I got my car it pulled worse than ever before. Had to take it back and they told me they can't fix it, they called Ford, YouTubed, etc. I spoke with Chris several times, he has zero customer service skills. The women I spoke with were all very pleasant but it I was constantly being told one thing then it being something else, I was told I had until 6 to pick my car up, when I arrived at 5:15pm I was told it is down the street and I had to go there to get it. When I got there they were closed. Fortunately an employee was still in her car and was able to help. Worst business I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

Highly recommend this place. I almost had to buy a new tire because 3 other tire shops did not want to fix it. I got there right when they opened and got it repaired in 30~40min. They are 30min from me, but I'm glad I drove there!

I've had my fair share of tire punctures and a pressure sensor go out in my tires and Crawford's Tire has always taken care of me. Always courteous and kind. Great Experience and I do recommend. Thank You.

On dec 2, 2022 around 7:30am/8:00am i went here to get two front tires. I was told in 10 mins it will be my turn by the lady at the counter. I waited and waited 3 hours later they fixed it. when i explain i didn't mind waiting 10 mins and had to go to work.The lady just ignore me. They are so disorganized trying to help multiple customers all at once plus not even complete one car before doing next. They put one tire and didn't even bold it in till they came back to my car 30 mins later. Don't recommend coming here. Their customer service needs improvement. Just look at the response they give when writing back to customers.

Had roofing nail in run flat tire. Fixed in record time considering the cars in line for tire service. Genuinely amazed at the low price. This Ocoee tire service is far, far beyond five star or any blue ribbon. In fact there are no words in any language to describe the quality service, the perfect organization and precision from the inside office to the employees.

I needed an alignment and new front tires on my Sprinter RV, dropped it off about 11:30 and it was finished before 4 pm and this place was really busy! Price was less than expected too. Go there you won t be disappointed.
