I had an outstanding experience at this mechanic shop! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasant. They demonstrated extensive knowledge, ensuring no hidden surprises. The added convenience of a shuttle service, dropping me off at work and picking me up when my truck was ready, exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be a returning customer.

Blown away by the service provided. Overall safety check and recommendations with pictures was a pleasant way to get my car serviced without being given the sales push for every little item. Answered every question and very curious and polite. Shuttle service was also a great perk!! Will definitely be back!!

This was my 1st time going to this business and won't be my last, but hopefully not for a bit. I was having a persistent issue with my AC and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. They diagnosed and resolved the issue within half a day. The waiting room is clean and comfy. Will definitely return as needed.

I can t say enough good about Christian Bros. In Ocoee. They are professional, competent and skilled. The office staff is very courteous and a comfortable waiting area is also provided. The price for the diagnostic and oil change were well within the average range, and there is no mistaking, they are there to please the customer. Try them, you won t be disappointed!

Had a great experience with Christian Brothers. They have a great approach to service, excellent facility, and great staff. The customer service above and beyond. They offered me a ride home and to pick me up when my car was ready. When they made recommendations, they didn t just tell me, they showed me and helped me understand. They gave solid advice and didn t fear pressure me. I am definitely coming back and recommending others to have their vehicles serviced by Christian Brothers.

Really great experience at the new Christian Brothers shop in Ocoee! I brought my truck in for an oil change and they offered to do a free courtesy inspection. They showed me the things that were most urgent versus the ones that could wait. I felt like they were very honest and didn t pressure me at all to do any extra work, and it was so helpful to get a clear explanation of everything so we know what will eventually need to be fixed. I also love that they offer to shuttle you back and forth so you don t have to be stuck waiting! But even if you did have to wait it wouldn t be bad because the waiting area is so nice and clean, with coffee and snacks available. Truly unlike any other automotive repair shop. Definitely recommend!!!

I took my Corvette there for an oil change. The shop was extremely clean and organized. The staff was super nice and professional. This has to be one of the best experiences I have had getting service done. They are straight forward and trustworthy. Lastly, I really liked that they take the time to photograph your vehicle and email you their recommendations for repair. I live in Kissimmee and will definitely make the drive back to Ocoee for my future service.

Awesome company with great people. I have always had a great experience with them in all locations and will always recommend. In the new Ocoee location Joel was amazing at communicating and making sure I knew everything that was going on with my car and made sure to answer any questions I had . My initial experience was not what I was expecting or hoping for, so my original review reflected my disappointment. I was shocked to get a personal phone call from the general manager apologizing for the situation along with his request that I give them a second chance to earn my business. That kind of service is so hard to find in the world today, especially in the automotive repair industry.I am pleased to say that they not only earned my business, but that I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work, backed up with a warranty and at a competitive price. I'm so glad to have found a business that puts customer satisfaction first!

This is my first time at Christian brothers and I was very impressed with the great service that I received as a new customer. The atmosphere was very pleasant & very comfortable as I waited to get the oil changed and the inspection on my car. Your staff is very professional, very hospitable and I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to family and friends use Christian Brothers for any work on their car.,

Left car overnight and it was ready by 9am next morning. Jim explained their process clearly and answered every question we had. Everyone was friendly. Loved that no one tried to push a recommendation/sale

I was looking for a good, reputable shop I could build a relationship with as my truck is a 2018 and out of warranty and it will probably start needing some routine maintenance along with any possible problems. So took it in to get the oil changed. Everyone was over the top friendly and courteous. Took the truck home and as (bad)luck would have it, literally that afternoon I had an error message and the truck wouldn t run. Called them to see if perhaps it could have been something that they caused when changing the oil. They took it seriously and even reviewed the technician tape to see. I had it towed to their new shop in Ocoee and they ran the code down and determined that the problem was not anything related to the oil change. I do believe them 100%. Actually, just glad that I had taken it in instead of just going to Valvoline like I normally do and had started a relationship with them. So anyway, they took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and I got my truck back the next day. I m even going to take my 2021 C8 in next week to get the oil changed. They know that it takes a special oil and will have it available when I go in next week. I really do think I ve found my shop for routine mechanical items and also the emergency stuff. Went in for a transmission flush. Got me right in and out. The vehicle inspection is amazing and very detailed! Clean place and very professional. I will be coming here from now on for sure. Best customer service I have ever seen.

I opted to bring my vehicle to this recently opened location in hopes of finding a new home-mechanic. The staff was courteous and communicated well throughout the process. Unfortunately the experience was otherwise below adequate. The issue with which I brought the vehicle in for was not diagnosed, and apparently ignored. Instead recommendations were provided that were consistent with a vehicle maintenance schedule that are easily accessible through the manual or online. Recommendations which are not required (because they are not faulty). The diagnosis costs (which again did not result in identifying the initial issue) were excessive. In light of this I was left with the impression that the technicians are inexperienced and I won't be returning. When I brought my vehicle to a new mechanic this morning I noted my experience with Christian Brothers. With a smile on his face, he noted that their reputation is worse than the dealership.

So far I only have good things to say about CBA! They make me feel comfortable to ask questions and really listen to any concerns I have the customer service is great, and their shuttle service is a great perk if you can t stay, but their waiting room is very nice if you d rather wait at the shop for your car. Their inspections come with pictures of any of their recommendations of the areas that need fixing in your car.

Very professional service and friendly service writers. You pay a little more but they stand behind their work with one of the best warranties around and they offer services without pressuring you to choose something you don t want or can t afford. My F350 is a mechanical headache and it s nice to have a shop close by with a diesel tech. Thank you CBA.

I brought my Cadillac in for an oil change, and was offered a free diagnostic to check everything over, and there was quite a bit that needed attention. I received a text with images,And a break down of what needed to be fixed. I have never had an automotive place be so thorough or easy to understand as CBA. They were very honest with me what needed to be fixed, and what wasn t a priority right away. I will be switching to here from now on. Very trustworthy and reliable

They are great!! They came and jumped my car so that I could drive it over to their shop to check out my battery. Their waiting area is nicer than even many luxury car dealerships. And their prices were fair. I'll be going there from now on for my car needs for sure.

Christian Brothers Automotive is the best repair shop around. Now a new shop in Ocoee, very conveniently located. Received a thorough review of any current or potential issues with my truck. Selected which ones to repair and the service was performed by top notch technicians. Courteous and honest employees. Best place to go for auto repairs!

I have been looking for a good automotive repair shop in the Ocoee / Winter Garden area. I took my Toyota Tundra in to CBA for a transmission issue. The service advisors were very friendly and got me right in. They assessed the transmission and fixed the problem that same day. They serviced the unit and it runs great.Part of the service was a full diagnosis of my truck. They found a few minor issues that were not safety related and I felt no pressure to have fixed.I was extremely pleased with the experience. The shop is new and facilities clean and comfortable if you have to wait.I will definitely used these guys again on my other two cars.

Everyone was very welcoming, helpful and informative throughout the service process. The courtesy transportation was an added benefit for my wife when she dropped off our car. Highly recommend Christian Brothers.

I needed an oil change on my blue Toyota thundra, let me tell you ..I got the red carpet treatment from the friendly welcome getting out of my car, to checking in with ease. Getting texting update while I was at work to checking out. Great prices, excellent service with coffee and snacks as a bonus. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

What a great place! Jim, Daniel & Bryce were amazing! It s very refreshing to find a garage that is honest and focused on customer service. They serviced both of my cars the same day and I couldn t be happier. That shuttle service so you can wait at home is a game changer. This is my family s new garage!

We brought my 2008 Saturn Vue in to be checked out because it was having what we assumed was transmission issues. We were right & the price, while fair, was more than we were willing to pay to get it fixed. We ended up having it junked & getting a new car instead. We brought the new car here to have it checked over before our return period was up. They ended up finding some issues that the car seller (HGreg Orlando) had either not been thorough enough to find or weren't transparent enough to disclose to us. While the car seller had a warranty in place so we could have gone back to them to have them fix the issues for free, we no longer trusted them & instead opted to have Christian Brothers work on the car instead. Very pleased with their thoroughness & their approach to service. If ever we need car repairs again, we now know who our go to shop is.

really great and swift service, respectful employees and nice place. did the free oil change with courtesy inspection sent through text was very helpful. i had a concern about my ac flow and they removed the problem (plastic bag lol) for no additional charge
