Contacted Richie as soon as the store opened in need of car battery assistance. Richie advised me of how to place an order and receive a well needed discount. Once I arrived he installed the car right away and cleaned the corrosion left behind from the previous battery. I appreciated his help and guidance. Best battery deals in Orlando!

The guys at this location is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my phone. The turn around time was quick and pricing was fair. I would recommend checking out these guys if you're having issues with your phone.

5* Star review of Batteries Plus Bulbs! My wife and me went to this store in Ocoee because I searched several Walmart stores for D rechargeable batteries but there were none available! I have a Sangean Internet Radio/FM/USB Wi Fi Digital Receiver in which I was using 4 Normal Alkaline Batteries and the radio was a battery eater! I noticed in the manual that the radio can charge rechargeable Batteries! We entered the store and talked with the Sales representatives, Elliott and Andrea and we told them that we needed Rechargeable D Batteries and they found out 4 of the best D Rechargeable Batteries on the market! They were more expensive but with a lot more power so we decided to buy them! They gave us a Senior Discount on the Batteries and we are Grateful with this employees in this store! We also noticed after talking with them that they can repair tablets, phones, watches and change the Batteries of watches for $15 with a coupon of a Discount of $4:99 and the guarantee of the Batteries of the watch for life! We also talked about that I have several Shortwave radios that have rechargeable Batteries that are malfunctioning not charging properly and Andrea told us to bring the radios with the malfunctioning Batteries to properly identify the best battery of each radio on the next visit to the store! Both employees have Excellent Customer service and Andrea talks Spanish which is good because were are bilingual but come from Puerto Rico now living in Florida and our first language is Spanish! It is our opinion that this is the best store in Florida and around the world! We will reccomend this store without hesitation! We give thanks to God for giving us the pleasure to meet this professionals!

I had my iPhone fixed here, and they did a great job. They were quick, helpful, kind, and answered my questions and explained everything well. Great customer service and appreciate the warranty that came with the repair. Would definitely recommend and would come back to this location (Ocoee) if I need another repair.

Poor customer service!! 3/28 I had an issue with Tyler and the store manager Joshua.. was told that they are a franchise store so they don't have to reach out to corporate! (which was a lie.) After I threatening to call the police they called the corporate from the store phone. Which I was told that the store owners Patrick Leboeuf and Craig baumann would be contacting me 2 to 3 days. A week later still no response I called corporate back they told me neither one of them reach back out to them or me.. I was told they were going to resend another email and I should hear from somebody within 1 or 2 days.. still no response! I reach back out today and was told that Patrick and Craig decided not to reach back out to me to discuss the situation. So I have to reach out on here and make the situation public..I feel like this is bad business/ discrimination if I wasn't a person of color I don't believe I'll be going through this! Just because you're a franchise owner doesn't give you the right to treat people any kind of way.. and I don't feel like I should have brought this public in order to get a response ..order number#p61042178 I'm a real customer paid twice

Great store. Fixed my cell phone bought an led light and a car battery charger. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were a bit high but excellent products with warranty!

Called the store , Tyler picked up promptly. Asked some questions about Remote entry and if they could help. Tyler gladly searched the database and made sure i had the right remote key. Upon entry to the store was greeted friendly from Reaper and had friendly conversation. Another customer enters and I could see Reaper was very eager to help him, as I had already been helped. Listening to them talk about batteries and products Reaper and Tyler are very knowledgeable in there fields. Tyler trouble shooting problems with my car as the keys were not working correctly but Tyler quickly figured it out , and explained to me the situation and how and why it worked out well.I will be coming backThanks for the help !

Went here to get lawn mower battery. They carry a lot of Duracell batteries. The lawn mower battery had 6 month warranty vs other brands only having 3. Pricing maybe a little more then other places but worth having good brand. Also staff were super helpful and friendly.

The price was reasonable, and the customer service there in the Ocoee store was excellent! Richard and Reaper removed my RV's two coach batteries and masterfully installed the new ones I had ordered. I am a happy camper!

I highly recommend the Ocoee location for your battery needs. The guys there were very nice and very knowledgeable. They double checked all my vehicle info to make sure I was getting the proper battery (I ordered online for in store install) they checked me out quickly and then got to work on the install right away. Mike did the install on my battery for my Jeep. One of my terminals had a lot of corrosion under the battery terminal so I didn't notice it before hand. He cleaned it thoroughly so it wouldn't cause any issues with my new battery. I apologized for it taking longer than he had probably expected, and he told me no problem at all, it was his pleasure to take care of it for me. He did so smiling the whole time. The great customer service was much appreciated.

Tyler was amazing!!!!! Some of the best customer service I have experienced at any type business. I showed up with what I assumed was a bad car battery...and while other places or people might let me go on thinking that and "push" a new battery on me, Tyler and batteries plus did not. Instead, he tested my battery, starter, and alternator...and once that all passed he personally cleaned the corrosion off the battery and connectors...and I was on my way, no charge. Thank you so much for wonderful service!!!

The employees are always knowledgeable and professional. I love the lifetime battery warrantee and have never had a problem utilizing it. I reccomend them to anyone who needs tablet or watch needs as well as key fobs.

Loved how fast and professional you all were! I mean, my battery was installed in less than 5 minutes! If I had gone to dealership or service shop, I would have waited for a while.....my day was hardly touched.......love that you are open 7 days a week! Who would have thought I would need a battery on a Sunday :-( You saved the day and were super quick!

The staff was really helpful and honest. Our problem wasn't actually the battery but a mechanical issue with our device. They were able to fix and give suggestions for care of the device. Highly recommend!

I ordered online to pick up in the store yesterday, needing D batteries before the storm. Everyone there was great! Calling to let me know the truck with new supplies wasn't in yet, letting me know when it was, so helpful and patient with all the customers coming in for flashlights and batteries. And they didn't seem to mind at all that I waited for a break to get a watch battery changed. Great service, thank you!!

I had my phone screen replaced. The man at the front desk seemed a little uneducated with iPhones or maybe just cellphones in general. He was also rude and asking sarcastically if I was able to go that long without my phone (30 minutes-1 hour). My screen that was replaced is also trash. If you re wanting a screen repair/replacement that doesn t have discoloration or lines and you re also looking for decent customer service I d avoid this location.

I stopped her because I was having an issue with my RV generator starting and thought I needed a battery. The gentleman who helped me, I think his name way Ryan, was awesome. He tested my current battery and it showed good. He put a new battery in the RV and the generator still did not start. I did not have to buy a battery that day since my battery tested good. I appreciated the honesty of the staff and that they were willing to assist me without trying to talk me into buying a battery that I didn't need. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will consider them my 1st choice for batteries when I need one and would recommend them to family and friends. I will definitely shop here again.

I needed 4- 6 volt batteries for a floor scrubber, this location had the batteries in stock. The sales staff is top notch and know their batteries. A wonderful easy shopping experience.

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your technician Andrea . This is an item that my family love for Christmas and would have been very disappointed if it could not be on display.I am pleased with her knowledge an skills.Great service makes your customer feel that you care about developing a long term relationship that means more than just making a sale. My Phone was on the fritz and I wasn't prepared to spend $1000 for a new one yet. I felt like I knew what the problem was and googled it and where I could maybe get it fixed. Batteries plus bulbs came up and the reviews were good so I made the appointment online to save the $10. Called and spoke with Elliot, who was so very nice. Took it in this morning and spoke with Andrea and she took it and worked magic! Fast, super friendly, and efficient! I found my GO-TO place for phone repair after I paid way less than I expected. Beats having to buy a new phone any day. They rock! I highly recommend them . THANKS GUYS!!!

I just had my phone screen fixed by them. They were great! The cover was ordered and delayed some because of the holiday, yet the manager was so apologetic and called us the minute it came in. The technician waited and fixed it within a half hour. They sell so many things other then batteries. Check them out. Their service is great.

I purchased the battery on-line and received a confirmation of purchase. I was happy with the price and the discount. I received an email shortly to come and pick up the battery, but when I got to the store they did not have the battery in stock. I was told to return by 2:00pm and the battery would be there. When I arrived at 2:37p I was told again the battery was not there. I then said they could deliver it to my house, and then the employee called the manager and he said the battery was in the back. I'm not sure what the confusion was, but I did receive my battery.

Went in with a lawn mower battery that we thought had lost its charge. I was prepared to buy a new battery, however Elliott and Andrea tested the battery and told me that it was fine! Elliott talked to my husband on the phone and helped to troubleshoot the problem! They went above and beyond. Very honest and professional. So glad to have found this store!

Exceptional customer service! I will be back to this store after the first time trying it today. Elliott and Andrea are both very friendly and personable and went above and beyond showing me all my bulb options. Elliott also took extra time to make sure my key fob for my car was working again!

Great service. Being able to select your item and purchase online as well as a savings feature on the website is excellent. Store is always clean and inviting. We have been to the store and made multiple purchases. Item was immediately available for pick up. Great customer service. I ll be back.

I have an iPhone 6 Plus that I was going to replace with a totally new phone but didn't want to pay the price. It was slow and kept shutting down on me while the battery would die every 1-2 hours. I decided to see if it was worth repairing and took it here to Andrea and Elliot. They were great, replaced my cracked screen and battery for cheaper than I was quoted online, and I had my phone back within an hour (I made an appointment). I left a very happy camper. Thank you
