They do have everything you could possibly need which is fantastic. However you definitely pay for it. Prices are always between $2-$10 more expensive than online. Which I get it bc it's easy access its right there in front of you, you never have to wait for shipping. But I'd personally rather shop online now and wait for my stuff to be delivered right to me. I don't want to spend gas money to drive to the auto parts store to then spend extra money to get the parts that I need when I can simply wait a couple days and have the parts delivered to me at my house. That being said the store is clean the people are friendly for the most. One of the older guys that works there tried to accuse me of changing the tags on the shelf. So that was a little bit unpleasant but besides that you can definitely get anything you might need in a pinch here. But I definitely don't recommend shopping here regularly. I typically do not even shop at this location, I'd rather drive a couple extra minutes down the road and go to the Winter Garden location because the people there are always much friendlier and helpful.The customer service at this store has never really been good. I've lived here 28 years and gone to this location many times and I still would rather not go here unless absolutely necessary. That being said I'll still give it 4 stars but only because they do have everything you might need quickly.

Nico and Ethan really helped with my check engine light situation. They gave me great advice with future steps, as well as extremely friendly service. Made a scary situation a lot less scary for me. Thank you guys

This is just as far as using it for UPS access point. Dropped packages off and scanned in on Monday, they were never picked up on Wednesday. I had to go get them.

Great service. Battery died while we were heading there to see what wass wrong with our car and they came out to help us charge up so we could limp over to get our car fixed!

Yeah, definitely coming back. Got great service and accurate service too. The guy put in my battery for me during a hot hot day. Very nice and chill and very affable. Good job guys!

I just had the absolute greatest experience of my life, not just in the sense of auto parts store but the greatest retail experience ever. Ethan and Nico are hands down the best reps I've ever worked with, both of these gentlemen went well above and beyond to help me out. Very honest, genuine and informative. At the end of the day, they saved me a lot of time, money, and energy and I could not be more thankful for their help. We even shared a few laughs to really tie together a great experience. This is hands down the best auto parts store in Orlando. If you ever need to come to an auto parts store, it's worth every second to come to this one!!On a side note; Ethan came up with a great slogan 'Why be basic when you can be advanced!' this should be the slogan for the company and ya'll should pay him a royalty for it, just sayin!

I went with my daughter to get a battery for her MomVan. HUGE shout-out to Pedro, who was prompt, professional, and who tested the whole charging system after installing a new battery for my kid's peace of mind. I'm happy to pay a little more here and know that the service is honest and on point.

This review is for the service provided by nicholas...i stopped in to have battery tested and was instantly greeted by nicholas upon entering shop, when I asked him if he could perform a battery check he did not hesitate to grab what he needed to help me. It turned out i needed a new battery and he was happy to change it out for me. He was very friendly, informative,and very patient with me.

I was an autozone customer until I discovered this advance store! especially due to the excellent service provided by ethan and nico ! two professionals who have great knowledge in the automotive area, are happy and happy to serve their customers! I'm a Brazilian mechanic, and until I see that they learned to greet me in Portuguese, I see it as a differential! it's small details like this that make me see advance west colonial as a store that cares about me!! congratulations to advance for having professionals like these two! people who, regardless of what they are doing, do their best!!!

My car died at a plaza down the street. Went to this Advance Auto location and Johnathan and Eckko (sorry if I have you names wrong) but you guys are awesome. Brought in my battery to get it checked, turns out I had a bad battery. I didn't realize but they suggested to look up the warranty on my battery. They couldn't find my receipt on their system and suggested I looked through my emails. Found the receipt in my email and I was able to get a brand new battery. I was able to replace my battery and get back home. You guys made my day.

Website sucks. Store inventory is off in every store. It's a gamble if they truly have the parts. Parts quality has dropped drastically. You can count on Parts not lasting. Buyer be ware!

Been going to the store on Clark and Silver star for years and have always enjoyed that store thanks to the customer service and knowledge of the staff there such as Steven and Ravi. Lately I needed a part and searched online for it in the advance website. How unfortunately that my store did not have the part but was only available at this store in West Colonial. This is unfortunate not do to the location but to mu experience there with the representative there at the time I went in to pick up the online order.I asked Curtis if he would check to see if the part I ordered and the part that he was handing to me were the correct march, he flipped.the words he used were : "The smartest thing to before ordering is to make sure it was the right side". A aggressive tone of voice during his lecture.I was having a good day till this man placed a stain in it by me having to meet this man handing me the part.I will not stop buying parts for you guys and don't want you to fire the man at all. I understand a company should not get punished by one single employee. But to select a better employee and to him to take pride in his job and knowledge be able to help customers who are new to the automotive mechanical purchases.Peace

I don t frequent stores that specialize in auto parts very often. Usually I feel uncomfortable due to my lack of car knowledge, however I was pleasantly surprised by this one! I did not feel intimidated or belittled when inquiring about my license plate lights. The clerk was professional and helpful and even helped me figure out how to change them! The clerk went above and beyond and remained respectful. I will be coming back here if I ever need parts for my car in the future!

Stopped in yesterday amd purchased a few essentials and received great and friendly customer service. Eathan was my consultant and his customer service was outstanding! If you need anything, make sure to ask for Eathan.

The Gentleman with the red Afro was really helpful .. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. He helped me find what I needed because I have little to no knowledge of any vehicle. Definitely will be returning here

Gentleman working was super helpful in helping us get new wipers for a rental car. He even helped us to install them because it was not obvious how to remove the old wipers. Very nice employee and they had everything we needed.

Very pleased with the customer service at this store. I had an issue with an alternator I purchased and Shane the manager of this store was very good about making sure I was taken care of and got the resolution that fit me best. I have been a buyer from this store for many years and will continue to be in the future. Thank you!

Shain was the definition of bad customer service, with his absolute lack of respect and politeness . I asked about the price of a product and if they will price match. He told me i wasnt buying what i thought. I explained i been buying this fluid from o'reillys every month and i know what im talking about. He went and grabbed the same in a smaller cheaper bottle. Not what i need. So after 5min of searching online i found the product and got the price match bc well. I knew what i was talking about. Thanks for belittling me.

They don't update their system for parts they have in stock i have come here numerous times and they either can't find the part or somebody already paid for it and nomore are in stock. Not the employees fault however employees are rude to customers. Their system for updating what parts are in stock is trash and will have you on a goose hunt for parts don't waste time coming here.

I had my battery die midday Wednesday in a parking lot, in between appointments, in the rain. I managed to get a lucky jump and hit the local store(which has been in this location fornearly 20 years).They had what I needed in stock, switched out my other battery in 3 minutes and had me back on the road in 10 from start to finish. It isn't the prices.Sometimes it's acceptable to pay a scratch more for the service and the people. Battery was $136.

Poor customer service. My husband went in to get batteries for our key fobs. The man behind the counter gave him a screwdriver. My husband said he didnt have his glasses. He never offered assistance. The worker looked pleased when he left. My husband has gone there before and they changed the batteries. He went to the Advance Auto on Clarke Rd. , the fellow there changed the batteries with out a problem. From now on we will go to that shop.

Actually, it was terrible! The customer service is just awful there. Never go back. I will always just go to O'Reilly auto parts. But they were closer, so I tried. Never again..

The staff did an excellent job of helping me solve my rear wiper dilemma. The tool selection was good and they helped me determine that my TPMS units were installed in the wrong locations...smh

I went in looking for some bolts for the glovebox of my car. A staff member showed me to their bolts, told me This what we have. You re better off at ACE. Do you know how to get there? They had what we were looking for so I m glad I didn t listen to them.

Khalil was so helpful and friendly, he helped me locate my new wiper blades, explained my options, and installed them for me even though it was dark out and I was parked in a dark parking spot.

Scott, the "Manager" needs to take responsibility for his store and learn some people skills. He said, "that's my name but I didnt order that for you". This is his response to misordering a part for a family traveling to Orlando to Destin Florida. Steer clear of this place. Had to argue with him to price match O'Reillys for a 10 dollar difference and wouldn't honor an active duty military discount. Luckily our Advanced Auto Parts in Navarre, Florida is awesome and doesn't suck as much as Scott the "Manager".

I was helped but it seemed like it was a pain for the clerk to do so Then another employee was stocking in an area that I wanted to get something he saw me standing there but would not move.Not friendly folk at all.Store is well stocked and clean .Prices are fair
