I had such a great experience with this company and they came highly recommended by my insurance company as well. Crystal made the whole process simple and easy to get scheduled and set up. Kevin was the installer and he was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them for windshield replacements.

Exceptional service and affordable pricing! I highly recommend Windshield Direct LLC for your windshield needs. They worked with my after having to reschedule with no problems. They were prompt on scheduling me when I was ready and here in the morning and finished in an hour!

I can t say enough good things about this company! Crystal Fye made all the arrangements to have my windshield replaced. The owner came out to my office to replace it, they billed my insurance and it was sincerely the best experience I ve ever had with an automobile glass company. I will gladly use their services in the future! Thank you, Crystal, for all your help!

Fantastic job. Thank you so much. After getting the run around about missing discounts with a large company and finding nothing but useless automated help, it was quite refreshing to have Shannon answer the phone and walk me through the whole process. A real live person!Kevin arrived to do the work and was kind enough to work around our own project under shared shelter during inclement weather. The job completed was top notch.I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

Based on Google Reviews, I selected Windshield Direct for my truck windshield replacement. They were contacted by my insurance provider on Monday and called me that same day to set up a Wednesday appointment. Wow! 2 days later Kevin replaced the windshield in less than an hour. He was very careful with the installation and it turned out fantastic.

Very pleased with windshields direct llc, my Tech Kevin Cooper is very knowledgeable and efficient. He had my wife's windshield replaced on our camaro in under an hour and was able to save our car wash sticker. Thanks Kevin you deserve a fat raise.

My window was broken by the hail the other night , I looked n looked n couldn t find anyone to fix my window for 2 days. I woke up this morning crying due to not being able to find a rear window. I called this company and I had no regrets the lady Shannon was so sweet she shared an experience of her own and reassured me that she would assist me as much as she could. And she stood on it, my window was here in a few hours and her husband was waiting for me at the building - i feel like they went over and beyond to assist me, her husband and another guy put my window in and I am no longer crying Thank you guys for everything you did today i really appreciate it . like new . Windshield Direct LLC is the best you will ever find. Chris arrived as scheduled with the correct windshield and installed it in my driveway. He was methodiocal, organized and the results are excellent. His truck was obviously equiped and organized for each situation. He was required to calibrate the camera replacement to coordinate the cars electronic safety features. He used special equipment and a computer to accomplish this and it took a little longer. I am pleased and will specify Chris in the event I ever need auto glass again.

My car needed a new windshield and the driver side door replaced. My technician was Chris V. and he did an excellent job. He even gave me tips how to maintain keeping my car in good condition. He was very professional and did the work in excellence!J. Stacey

Thank you Kevin and Chris for great service. They got my window replaced fast and while it was raining. The customer service on the phone was awesome as well. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. I was also able to get updates as the day went on. I'm so thankful. Highly recommend. Cheaper than Safelite and local.

Excellent company to work with. Everything was completed very promptly. They had me on the schedule in just a couple days, came when they said they would, and did a fantastic job. Everything came out perfect. Very happy I went with this company after previous nightmare experiences dealing with safelite. They took the time to do the job right, and you could tell the technician was passionate about his work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their glass changed

What great people and service. I called multiple windshield replacement companies only be told they had to order my windshield and would be the following week.however, I was also told I was out of the service area. Thank goodness I got in-touch with windshield direct. Not only did they get the part the same day I called but they also came to my home and replaced my windshield. So appreciative and thankful to this company. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Definitely 5 stars!

Two of their techs came by the house today to take care of a small chip in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. They did a really good job at a very fair price and both were very pleasant and personable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It was so refreshing to speak with a live person on the phone. Shannon was so knowledgeable, courteous & made me laugh. In less than 10 minutes I had an appointment. The guys showed up on time & in 30 minutes I had a new windshield. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend Windshield Direct LLC to everyone. This company was easy to work with. They came to my job, and replaced my windshield. Which meant I was able to get something taken care of, and not lose time at work. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Explained the process and made this a very smooth process for me. If I ever need to have this kind of work done again.
