Very nice garage!!excellent service I was coming up from Mexico and passing by there I dropped down at their garage and they took me right away for your oil change without waiting !!very nice and clean garage very professional employees!And the prices are really good!

WOW, SUCH AN AWESOME SHOP. We picked up a project truck from a family member and another shop said it was in great shape and would easily make it to Colorado to be used to plow snow. After we broke down for the fourth time we found Williams Diesel and had Rick Banner help us. Very quickly he had a full diagnostic together for us. The previous shop had done nothing we asked them to do. Rick dialed in what we needed to fix, found the hard to find parts that are not made anymore and truly brought this truck back from the dead. All of the work was done for an honest price. Happy to report it is running AWESOME and after several thousand miles. I wish this shop was down the street from my house. Fantastic and friendly service. James was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. It's nice to feel that when you're genuinely satisfied. They have a new customer and I'll be taking my 3500 HD GMC here from now on! Perfect timing now that my warranty expired. Superb! This business is A++.I've taken my vehicles to different shops over the years, but this place is hands down the best experience I've ever had. They were informative, communicative, honest, and timely. They saved me thousands by being thorough and taking the proper steps in diagnosing the ussue before performing unnecessary work. Much more than I can say for the *dealership*, which I went to first for piece of mind, who was going to charge me a ton of cashI trust these people 100%.Thank you! You have no idea how badly I needed someone to renew my faith in the idea that not everyone is out to take advantage of a situation and can get a job done right the first time!

The best place to take your medium duty trucks in Florida. I'm a hot shot driver, this was my first time going into Florida. I need to put fuel and I stop at a BP station and didn't know the green handle is not for diesel. I put 80 dollars of gas into my 2019 f250. After leaving the station I only made it 3 miles down the road when I lost power. I called the Ford dealership for help, and they said it would be one week from today. To get looked at. I quickly Google search a diesel shop, and Williams diesel took me in next day and got me back on the road same day. Really great customer service and recommend me to a towing company. Not only are the quick and professional. They helped get to my delivery on time. Thank you again Williams diesel and to you're great team.

I have seen all the good reviews however I brought my F550 in for service and was charged $1800.00 . I left drove an hour went to fuel up, batteries are dead didn't tighten up the cables after working on it. Looking around after that thought I should check their work. They only put 6 quarts of rear end oil in my rear which takes 10 quarts, easy enough put oil in until it is at the fill hole. Right maybe not. What else did they do right or didn't do right your guess is as good as mine. Can you trust them even after reading so many good reviews, I did but it cost me in the end because I had to redo everything they did. Think about it before you make a costly mistake.

I had a coolant leak. And after they did a diagnostic they stated it needed a coolant hose for my EGR. VOM price for the little hose is $20 from Mercedes they charge me $93 for a 8 inch tube. Jersey $483 for the assessment that the EGR needed a gasket and not the tube that was replaced. Furthermore I was charged $19.32 for shot materials and environmental expense a 1449 for grand total of $655.08 for 8 inch tube into install a gasket. I felt penalized for them working on my old Mercedes SUV diesel and from there having frustrations diagnosing the leak. On the phone it was mentioned that they have a lot of time and effort in this car trying to figure out the leak and the fee would be roughly $500. All in all I paid for them to figure out how to fix my SUV. And for what it s worth they seem like very nice people on the phone however the bottom line was extremely unpleasant. In the future ask if they ve ever worked on your vehicle before and they have expertise with the issue that is showing.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Shout out to this shop. I have dealt with them in the past and never had a bad experience. Called yesterday and talked to Rick about a intermittent turbo issue I was having (small issue that has happen a few times over 5 years) and he suggested I not bring it in until the issue becomes more frequent. He did not want me to waste money for them to try to troubleshoot a small problem that they possibly could not find seeing its a rare issue. If I would have called anyone else, they would have told me to bring it in and gladly took my money without possibly even finding the problem. He even suggested that the next time it happen to find a shop that could run a history scan (because William Diesel is over an hour and a half away) and bring it to them and they try to pinpoint the problem. Awesome job Williams Diesel and thanks Rick.

Took my truck to a local shop and they have me to most I don't know what is wrong solution. So I went to the experts. It took a few hrs to find the issue and they didn't disappoint me. When you want the best go to Williams.

Got my truck a day late because they found something else wrong - the fuel pressure regulator.The truck used to get 11-12 mpg, now it gets 14-16 mpg.Towing my 5th wheel: mpg went from 8-9 mpg to a consistent 11-12+.With the price of diesel this is a great result!

We are a professional Helicopter organization, we have left two reviews now, under different accounts that have been deleted. We gladly paid for services rendered with a company credit card, and they insisted on cash only which no business deals with because of paper trails. In the end I felt for them and their sob story and VenMo d them a personal loan for $500, which they never paid back. They essentially lied and stole from me. Had some extensive exhaust work done here. Manifold bolts broke and exhaust was leaking from the gasket. Also replaced the DPF and some oil leaks. They did good work and found a few issues I did not know about. They were reasonable with their rates (as much as you can be with a diesel) and no problems so far. It did take them a while to get the work done and the first time I called after about 10 days they hadn't looked at it yet, thus the 4 star rating, but overall a positive experience. As long as I have no issues with the truck, we're good!

Very professional and friendly staff. While you are there you realize that all the customers come and feel like they are dealing with old friends, they know you, your truck and your needs. They remebember you and call by your name.They are able to eplain youn in details the problems that your truck have, show you the parts, the options and even pictures for you to understand the whole situation.That makes me feel comfortable as they are yours truck's Dr. and is very important to be able to handle a very professional, open and full conversation if you need it.I'm very thankful for this place in town. You don't need to look anywhere else for being at good hands.Thank you Rick, you are doing it extremely well.

Had my truck for 2 weeks and then said it had a blown head gasket and to come to find out from a friend shop it did not have a blown head gasket and had a blown turbo boot on the hot side and they never changed the oil like they said they did. Don t know what actually happened why my truck was there for 2 weeks but paid over $200 for nothingService: Auto engine diagnostic

Went to williams diesel in the past , excellent service and knowledge, fixed injectors and running strong, today another visit for an oil leak, Rick was very kind and went out of the way to help me, it's always wise going to the top to get things done right, thank you williams diesel of ocala, highly recommend you folks

Best diesel shop around, been taking our diesel trucks here for quite awhile. I've never had any issues with their work unlike many other diesel places I've been to. They're a little more expensive initially but well worth it cause they do the best job out of everyone I've been to and don't jerk you around, so in the long run it'll save you time, hassell and money. Also are very nice people.

My rating isn't based on any service experience because I was unable to receive service. I made 4 attempts in a weeks span to secure an appointment to have the injectors tested and resolve an issue with my cooling system. Each phone call I made was met with a very courtesy polite individual and each time was told that a gentleman named Rick would have to call me back and schedule an appointment. The problem is Rick doesn't call you back. Also don't waste your time with the service request portal on their web site... apparently no one checks those requests either. Williams Diesel must not need or desire a new customer.

Chevy 3500HD needed a reset after I replaced DEF heater. Wiliams got me right in day after I called, fixed it within an hour of arrival, at a very reasonable price. I walked into the William's shop with a 7.3 oil leak that prevented me from being at a down state appointment concerning a on going building project. I called 4 other shops in Ocala that Monday and William's was the only one to answer the phone. My problem was quickly found and a solution was presented with options. I was back on the road that day with the option I chose. There was professional conduct and expertise present all during the repair process. When I presented my predicament William's personal took steps to help me out and I am truly appreciative of their effort. I recommend using William's for your repairs.

$300 for a diagnosis that wasn t even completely finished, unless you have deep pockets I wouldn t recommend.

I was having an issue with my 2013 Ram 2500 diesel not regenerating. Dealership said I had to replace DPF cost $3100.00. Found Williams Diesel Service online and found out they could remove and clean my current DPF for a 3rd of what the dealership wanted. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Michael explained the process to me and after cleaning the DPF and reinstalled it they ran a diagnostics on the system and found two sensors that were giving out of tolerance readings. There are 5 senors on the exhaust system, sensor #4 we replaced and #2 we will get in the near future. I highly recommend them.

They were able to get all of the injectors out of the engine of my daughter's Sprinter engine and get them tested and sealed up. Did the work fast and within the estimated cost.
