Stone was amazing and extremely patient with me as I was prolonging the process. Once we finally made a decision it was a great experience and quick at that! We appreciate you Stone! He still answers text from us with questions we may have! Great customer service!

We were referred to US Auto by a few different people and were very happy with our choice!The first & second time we went, Santiago was our salesman and always will be. All of the staff are great. Always friendly, down to earth, and helpful. My other half was rear ended in our first vehicle and we needed to replace it ASAP!We had a rental for a short time and while dealing with all the madness of calling 3 different insurance companies non-stop for 3 days, Santiago told us on the last day of the rental, "Just come on down here and let's see what we can do to get you back into another vehicle." So we went down and within minutes he told us we were good to go and said go check out the lot. He got us back into a safe vehicle and gave us some great personal and friendly advice on what we should look into doing on handling the accident.(A personal thank you to you Santiago from us by the way! )Great experience for us, I would recommend them to anyone needing a good vehicle, fast. Your gonna get great service from people who will continue to check in on you to make sure your happy with your choice and completely satisfied! We very much appreciate every effort and all the help and guidance with everything and the entire process (including help by sending us to Mary for the very affordable full coverage insurance! )Thanks for the great service and all the help guys! We look forward to continuing to work with you guys and future business

They came up with every excuse in the book not to let me test drive the vehicle I went there for and truly wanted. So, I do have that doubt in the back of my mind. Mr Higginbotham was wonderful and tried to be as transparent as possible. Also, as with any financed purchase, the math never quite added up. I spent 5 1/2 hours to get financed. They did let me come back to retrieve a picture precious to me that I accidentally left in my visor. They provided me several finance options.Overall, not the horrible car purchasing experience we've all come to expect.They just hid their shadiness well.UPDATE: They went out of business, sold my loan to a horrible finance company and never bothered to get anyone to take over the $2900 service warranty I paid them for and can't seem to recover on my own. Am going to have to hire an attorney to recover my losses. If there are any lots left open...I do NOT recommend going to them.

Just purchased a pathfinder from Stone more or less ALL OVER THE PHONE !!! He was amazing!! One of the best car buying experiences e have ever had. All e has to do was literally Come in pick out the car we wanted, test drive it and go home .. Everything thing else was already pre approved thanks to Stone and his hard work.. THANK YOU STONE !!!! For making this car buying the best one yet !!!!

Santiago was AWESOME! He told us he was going to get us in a car THAT DAY! Not only did we get into a car the same day after being denied everywhere else, we got into the truck we wanted!! If you re looking anywhere for a vehicle I 100% recommend SANTIAGO!! Thank you so much!!

Even though we got our daughter this red Kia sole from Gainesville US AUTO SALES! Mr. Stone from Ocala started out helping us and did ALL THE PAPERWORK for us! We greatly appreciate everything Mr.Stone did for us!Mr. Jim the manager and Marco an employee helped us with getting into it! They were all extremely nice, helpful, and just good people!So glad they would work with us on our down payment!!!

We went 2 weeks ago and just couldn t get a car that day! So Stone has been keeping in contact with us the last 2 weeks and went above and beyond to get us in a car today and we are so happy!! I love my car!!! Such an amazing experience. Great customer service and really good cars! Thank you stone!!!

Just got a car today! We ve had 2 months of no luck and we called US Auto Sales and talked with Stone Higginbotham and he helped us so much and we had such a great experience! I highly recommend anyone to come here to get a very good used car and ask for Stone!

I loved the polite, caring and friendly help from everyone there. I dreaded the thought of being followed around and hounded by someone trying to make a sale. Addiel Perez walked up, introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and asked to just allow myself to walk the lot. He gave a few suggestions with my wants and left me too it. I could not believe he actually walked away and didn't follow close behind like some predator stalking its next victim. I found something I liked but still wanted a few things...so I spoke with Mr. Perez and he showed me two others of the same year, make and model. Only to find out both of them had what I wanted.Keyless entry and ignition, a large 8.4" touch screen display, back up camera, navigation, hand free phone and more... Love my new/used vehicle. US Auto Sales made this the most pleasant experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Will be bringing my son there come tax return time. Do very happy...

Stone was an amazing help with financing my car. He worked with me all week to discuss what options I had for payments and for my down payment. Everyone there was super helpful and gave me everything I needed. If you choose to come here ask for stone. Awesome salesperson and better person.

My husband and I went to Us Auto Sales yesterday because we were in need of a new car and quick. We started the process the prior night and Stone went and even though it was later in the evening took time out to call us and give us all the information we needed and helped us with getting the process started to prequalify to know what our options were looking like and then Stone even was available in the early morning hours to help us finish our application so we would know what we could afford and to help us get the lowest down payment and monthly payments possible. I will let you know that I am not the easiest person to please or deal with when it comes to car shopping, but Stone was excellent in dealing with probably one of his most difficult customers. They were exceptionally busy and short staffed, but Stone as well as the manager on staff made sure to take all the time we needed to explain things from beginning to end and to never make us feel rushed during any part of the process. In the end we left the same day with a new car that my husband and I were completely happy with and the more we drove it fell in love with. Stone and the manager on duty also went above and beyond to help and make sure that we were able to get into a car that day knowing that we were in need of a new vehicle and they also gave us more than we ever anticipated for our trade which helped our family out financially more than I could say. Overall I did not except this level of customer service, help and treatment from a place like this and my husband and I were beyond pleasantly surprised and satisficed with the level of customer service, professionalism, and care. We are definitely planning on dealing with them in the future and recommending them to our friends and family in need of purchasing a new vehicle. Also if you are looking for a good buy, decent financing, looking for someone that is willing to work with you on said financing as well as great customer service then do yourself a favor and go see Stone down at Us Auto Sales

Stone worked with me since day 1 and got me in the car I wanted.My first car the transmission went out and I was very upset .I get it used car Noone fault .BUT they made due to stand by me and fix the issue I'm now in a car I love more then the first . They moved my payments up and just made sure I was happy when I left thank you to them all . I appreciate you.Update car broke down again if I could rewind I would never buy from them again.They don't check there cars before they put on lot. This is rediculous.

Stone was a huge help! I had been in contact with him for quite a few weeks, while trying to make my decision. He managed to take care of my approval almost completely over the phone, so I knew coming down I was going to leave with a car! Best decision ever. Great car, low miles. Easy financing with a low down payment!

It's something going into a car dealership thinking that people only want to sell you a car, but when people go out of their way to make you happy by putting you into a car that makes you feel great is something entirely different. That's how this was. I came in looking for a different vehicle that was more my height. Stone did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and because I had heard a sound coming from the back tires, they paid for them to be replaced. I cannot say enough good things about the people that work here. Thank you US Auto Sales!

Stan is definitely the man when you need a car visit Stan. He will make it happen and do everything in his power to get what your looking for. He is personable kind patient understanding and definitely stays in touch with you. One of the better places I worked with in buying a car in Ocala Florida yet I won't go anywhere else truth be told. Friendly service from everyone there! Easy and quick approval with plenty of vehicle options. Stone was fast and knowledgeable with getting through the entire process!Now that I ve had the vehicle for 3 weeks I just wanted to update that I would probably not use this company again unfortunately. I ve heard a few people have issues with their vehicles and now I am another. Within the week major issues with the vehicle has occurred. Luckily I did get the insurance with my purchase or I would ve been out ALOT of more cash! Good luck with your vehicle purchases and be sure to read the fine lines! I will return to deluca Toyota for my next purchase.
