I am new to Ocala. And have a vehicle that needed some serious work. After taking it to a shop and spending a lot of money and having to keep taking it back, I felt something wasn't right. So when I saw a billboard for Unique Auto and called. I am so blessed that I did. Because this shop is AWSOME! I was informed of the crappie job the other shop did. I was so upset. But Unique auto fixed my jeep at a great price And they make you feel like family.

My fiance went here to get his tire repaired. They said that it was his valve stem and replaced it. This auto repair shop was his only option to go to since his tire was basically flat and Unique Auto Repair was extremely close to where he was. After they fixed it, it went from a $30 bill to a $115 bill. My fiance tried explaining that everywhere else quoted $30 out the door including labor and the man who was ringing my fiance up started to argue and state that it was fair with the labor charges. The man was extremely rude to my fiance and overcharged him by $85.

Excellent! We haven't lived here long and our car was leaking power steering fluid. I called Unique Auto Repair late one afternoon and they were able to look at my car by the next morning and tell me what needed to be done. They were great, I received an explanation of the repairs and was kept informed about how long everything would take and cost. Friendly...and funny :) !! I will use them again for future auto repairs.Service: Engine repair

Noel and his staff are quick, courteous and efficient. I had quite a bit of work done on my car. Everything is fine so far. Their shop was clean, and they do not do anything we did not discuss ahead of time. I feel you can trust them, and I will be using only them for all my automotive needs.

Reliable, Honest and Reasonable Prices! I was traveling when my vehicle started acting up. I googled mechanics in the area and Unique Auto Repair came up,,,so I called and spoke with Noel. They were able to work me in to their schedule and get me out on the same day with multiple problems that appeared on the diagnostic machine. I am very Thankful and Appreciative!! Thank You Noel and Staff,,You're the Best!!

Unique Auto really helped me out. I brought in my dud of a van with a tow truck and although it took some time due to Unique being under-staffed, my van came out working with extra done to it, and warranty's with my new parts, probably cause the van was a piece of junk. No�l, the owner, is a decent guy and knows what he is doing. If you go to unique you'll be met with friendly faces and mechanics that know their stuff, hopefully just go when there is more working staff. Family owned, clean place, would go again.

This place is a complete rip off do not go! I had to wait 4 and a half hours just to have two valve stems replace with one vehicle ahead of me and on top of that they charged me $97 worth of labor for a 10 min job to replace two valve stems, RIDICULOUS!!Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

My son had an accident just south of the shop on 75. They helped get us a tow and comple the work in 2 hours.Clean shop, nice people. They will charge you 4% if you use a credit card and that does bother me, but I can forgive it.

Charged me $332 dollars for an ignition switch and he said that was the problem and it was fixed. A week later the car continues to have the same problem and now he says it's a fuel pump issue and to take it to a dealer, he can't fix it. Outstanding service! My clutch went out in traffic during a cross country roadtrip. Called these guys and limped to the shop, they figured out the problem and had me on the road in 15 minutes!! I'm not local but would 100% come back here for anything I need

Noel mechanic (unique auto repairs) was going to fix my car because I had a camper for sale and as soon as I told him the camper sold and he can no longer purchase it he told me he could not fix my car just because he did not get to buy something from me very unprofessional and would never send anyone to his shop he also was very rude and had a nasty attitude.

I took my car to change my radiator and they were charging me 650 I called carquest where he sayd that he gets his parts and the radiator cost 174.He charged me 298 for it and the rest was labor and 20 mins later he calls saying that it was 725 because he had to replace a hose. And if you don t pay cash they do charge you 4% of the total price extra. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO TO ANOTHER MECHANIC.

It took a month to repair my car, did not do a good job. I was told it was could cost another $1500 to fix correctly, and I honestly think that the engine in that car is not the original engine. I was told many lies while I waited to have theCar repaired

"$90 dollars off the bat if I have to hook a computer up to it". I'm not asking for free service but I know they are gonna plug it in and get that easy $90. :/ Sounded busy on the phone too.

This place is GREAT!!! My alternator belt popped on the highway and they fixed it in no time for an affordable price. Highly recommend this place. Thanks so much guys!

The Mechanics and family will not mislead you or take advantage of you .. honest workmanship, pricing from a outstanding family run business. Do not deprive yourself if you need mechanical work you can not go wrong

Don't go here for your own sakes please!!!went there for oil change and came out with broken everything.and the owner got real confrontational when I told him they broke my car.so avoid the problem that comes with these thieves
