Educated me on what needed to get done. Got the job done on time and under budget. Service personnel were very accommodating and friendly. I have already recommended them to others and I will use them again.

The only reason I gave 3 stars for overall experience is because of Christian the customer service agent. He is a very nice guy and helpful. Whoever did my oil change left the lid for the oil fill on the housing of the truck above the radiator. They did not fill my window washer fluid or the air in my tires. And worst of all my check engine light came on after I left their shop. I will not be returning

I visited Tires Plus on March 28th with a need to resolve an issue with my vehicle's air conditioner. I was fond of Tires Plus after they helped repair a tire issue last year. Mr. Christian Noel, the manager who assisted me throughout, was extremely professional, courteous, and provided answers and information as needed. The repair was quick and did NOT break my bank account and Tire Plus has once again made me a very happy customer. Whether you need help with tires or your AC system, I very highly recommend Tires Plus. I wish Mr. Noel and all of the employees my Deepest of Gratitude, a Blessed Easter, and the Best of Luck on All Future Endeavors!

Called needing car fixed quickly since I was on vacation. These guys were very personable and helped me in a pinch. Harve quoted me a price on the phone and it was right around that price. Christian I believe was his name was a good guy and courteous and the mechanic Andy was a straight shooter. Showed me the failed part and was very honest. If I lived closer I would go back to these guys for my repairs.

I went to this store for a check engine on. I needed to replace the water pump on my Camry 2019. The manager told me many times he will call which he never did. I had to call back every time. Long story short, they charged me for aService which they never did. They were supposed to flush the coolant and replace it which they never did. After I contacted their corporate they admitted that the fluid was never changed. I will not trust this shop whatsoever with any repairs. This is the second time it happened to me. Double check always what you pay for here.

My wife had a nail in her tire and y'all fixed it quick and had her on her way. Fortunately it was in the tread area where it could be patched. And you did that and didn't take advantage of her to just sell her a new tire when it wasn't necessary. Thank you

I have tried more than a few auto repair facilities on SR 200 and have been disappointed. The tires plus experience was wonderful. I have those pesky tire pressure sensors, One of my sensors quit working shortly after having a tire removed from the rim. The garage told me it was the fault of my cars computer and I needed to take it to a dealership. Thank you tires Plus - you fixed the problem without a new sensor or computer. I also am very happy with my new tires.

Wanted to share what a great experience I had last week. I was going out of town early Thursday morning and realized late Wednesday that I had a nail in my tire but I couldn't get there before 6:15 & they close at 7. When I called they told me "no problem, come on in". Everyone I experienced was pleasant and helpful and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. A special shout out to Dave and Christian who took great care of me and helped me to not have to delay my vacation the next day waiting on a repair. Great customer service. Thank you!

I was lied to about the time frame. I was told that the tire I needed was coming from their other store 2 miles down the road and would be there in about 15 minutes. After waiting about 1 1/2 hours they told me that they were still waiting for the tire so I called the other store to see what was taking so long. They said they didn't know what I was talking about and they would call the store I was at and see. A few minutes later the tire miraculously showed up without any delivery coming. After they got done putting it on the car was parked and the tech brought the paperwork in and put it in the window. I was told by 2 different people that it should be ready soon. I pointed out to them that it was already done so they then had to locate the paperwork that got misplaced. Seemed like total chaos and lack of organization. If I do need to use Tires Plus again I will go the extra 2 miles to the other shop.

My car was doing strange things while my battery was dying. The technician related it all to the battery problem, rather than telling me it was related to something else. I always feel comfortable taking my car here knowing they will be honest and keep my vehicle safe.

Recently i had my 2023 MDX tire repaired at this facility. Work was done on time and correctly. Good job. So today i found a nail in a tire on my 2022 ILX. So without hesitation i brought my car to Tires Plus Ocala (SR200) to get the tire repaired. The guys checking me in were great. My car was brought to the garage area for the repair process to begin. After getting my car home i noticed scratches on my aluminium wheel, valve cap was a different color then what was one it. Also the tires inside sidewall was now on the outside. I brought the car back and spoke to shop management. The tire was removed and put back on correctly. I polished out most of the scratches on the wheel and located a black valve cap. It seems like management cares but finding a qualified technician that has an attention to details is difficult. Doing the repairs correctly the first time is important for building a successful business. Dont know if i will use the business again. Will see.

After going to Walmarts tire shop at 4:45 for new tires for my vehicle and they refused to do the job because it was too late and they close at 7pm. I went to tire plus, and not only did they get the job done, They were also very friendly. I highly recommend them. I am a very happy, satisfied customer

Christian was friendly, professional, and efficient. He gave me a written quote and it came out to that amount. It was completed in the time frame promised. Got 2 new tires and a front end alignment.

Every time I go in for something simple like an oil change.I am also being told it needs more work, no proof of what's wrong ever time it over $1000.00. And when they say it's fixed, it end up back In at the tires plus for the same job now it is something else and another $1400.00 more to get the same original problem fixed.this has happened with all my four vehicles. Have they heard of honesty is the best policy

this is the ONLY PLACE i trust w my car and my money!! there was also a time i saw on facebook about a lady who had taken her car to tires plus on pine and they messed her car up bad!!! i recommended her to take it to the tires plus on sw hwy 200 and explain to them what the other location had done i promised her that the people at this location were not like that at all... she contacted me the next day telling me that she brought her car to this location and yall fixed the problem and didnt charge her anything!!! she told me she was so grateful for me telling her there was another location and speaking so highly of yall. i was so very glad yall were able to fix the problem for her at no cost to her seeing how she was already out of a lot of money due to the other location messing up her car!!! thank you tires plus you will have a forever customer in me!!

Highly recommend. I needed an alignment and an oil change. I spoke with Christian when I called and he gave me pricing and told me I could come in right away even though it was later in the day. Justin did an amazing job on the alignment, car drives like a dream. I thought I had an issue with my brakes and he checked them and explained this vehicle had air brakes which I have never had before and he explained how they worked. Very helpful. Always honest, they have never tried to do any work I don't need. Harvey checked me out and told me about tires Plus credit card and if I apply I would get $30 off my bill. Really helped lower the cost. Tires Plus at this location (7567 SW State Rd 200) will definitely be my go to.

Harv and the guys know what customer service is all about! I was in a situation where anyone else would have left me getting a ride home. But Harv took customer service to the next level and got me back on the road instead... thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm glad that I bought my tires here last year... I will not be going anywhere else!

Made an appointment for 8:00 am to replace 2 front tires. Was told it would take 3 hours? I said OK. I had an appointment at 12:00 pm and that would work for me. At 11:30am when I called , I was told it would take another 1hour and 45 minutes. At 2:00 pm when I showed up to get my car it was still on the rack, but done. This is just unsatisfactory service.Service: Tires

I came to the tire place because I had a flat tire. asked if they could help me. They didn t have a Machine for my tire size to fit my car. It was 5 o clock and they close at six.. The guy behind the desk offered for one of the guys off the clock to assist me for $15. I didn t have any cash but I told him I could cash app him and I have my credit cards . But I guess that wasn t good enough because 15 minutes went by and no one came out to help me. Instead of someone assisting me they watch me change my own tire to my spare. All 5 of them. Maybe if I would ve had on a dress instead of pants I would ve got some assistance.

Good honest, friendly staff. Very competitive pricing. They've been taking care of my vehicles for over ten years. I've never had an issue with their work. No returns, no complaints. I had such a vibration in my car and didn't know what it was. Christian was kind enough to dig a little deeper into the issue and found that I forgot to switch out my air from winter air to the required summer air in my tires and wow what a difference that made. 4 new tires and some fresh air in the tires fixed me right up! Great job guys For great service ask for David or Christian. I know I sure will.
