The guys here are great!!! I've been taking my cars here for the past three years and have only had positive experiences. There is a tall, buff guy who's name I can't recall. He hardly ever smiles but he knows his stuff and I fully trust my car to him. Oil changes, tires, breaks and air conditioning.

I had an unexpected flat tire in my driveway first thing in the morning. After calling Tire Choice they confirmed they could change my tire asap. I got my car there, they changed out the tire immediately, mounted, balanced and aligned all within 30 minutes! Service was amazing and we will be return customers for sure!

Needed my tire sensors changed and they were done within half an hour! As a woman, I don t like going to auto shops or dealerships or anything like that because places have tried to take advantage of the fact that I m a woman that doesn t know much about cars. But the guys here are very nice and I didn t get that impression whatsoever! I actually bought my tires from here as well a while back. 10/10 recommend!

Went there to get my tires replaced. After leaving there with 4 new tires the steering wheel vibrated badly and the truck pulled to the right. The staff was very helpful. They tried to fix the problem balancing the tires. After three visits the tires were replaced and everything is working fine. Thanks for your kindness and professionalism.

I was introduced to Tire Choice through purchasing tires at Amazon . Amazon prompted me after the sale with installation at Tire choice for $25 per tire. I agreed and they sent me times that supposedly worked for the tire choice at 4710 SW college rd. I went in at the agreed upon time and the manager said they have not been paid or received any correspondence from amazon other than receiving the tires. The manager said come in on Monday at 7:15 and drop it off we will get you in. I came in Monday at agreed upon time and manager was off that day and the person at the counter said I was on the schedule but Amazon did not pay them yet, that they may be able to fit me in but I got to pay out of pocket. I agreed because I needed the tires put on. I got a call later that I needed rear and front brakes and that the break fluid is running black. I told them I cant afford that today and to just get the tires put on. I went to a trusted garage today to see how bad the brakes were and they said the front brakes are at 6MM and the rear are at 4 MM and the brake fluid is clear. I will never recommend this garage to anyone, shady as hell.

Would be nice to just get a tire replaced without someone telling you you need all four of them replaced because they re wearing so weirdly I ve never seen anything like it. Just an annoying sales tactic and the reason women don t like bringing their cars to shops. Do better.

I drove my van in there for one tire. I accepted replacing both front tires and after being given a $1,700 quote that I refused, your 31 year experience mechanic left my vehicle disabled in the parking lot because they were angry that I didn't want to pay to replace two struts, 2 tie rods, 2 stabilizers as well as an alignment to go with the new tires. Total $1,900.I could not even back my van up into the parking stall and was told that I would have to have it towed because they claim that the axle came off but the mechanic intentionally left the axle off and detached from the wheel, essentially making my van unable to drive to force me to pay for the repairs that they initially offered. This is the most outrageous thing that has ever happened to me by any business of any type. I watched the mechanic turn the wheel and intentionally dislodge the axle from the wheel and my upper tire was hanging off when I paid for the two tires and went to leave. I will never go back there again and I will tell everyone I know what they did in order to profit.The worst part is, after reading other reviews that were similar, I called the number that they claim you should call to speak with someone and the person that records the complaints isn't a manager but claims a manager will call you back. No manager ever called me back.

Would help not waste people's time if you'd explain what you CAN NOT DO FIRST. Cause God forbid someone touched the tire or its not new. Yall are no use , I guess the choice in your name is CHOICE OF WHAT YOU DECIDE YOU want to tell people in advance. Do not recommend for any tire needs

Never coming here again.1st. I made an appointment for today to get my car serviced. I got here at 8am because I had several things needing to be done such as my motor mounts, break pad replacements and a thorough exam on my 2004Honda. There was no tech here.i received no call letting me know the tech was going to be a no show/late and the guy at the front desk told me that he would call another technician to come in if there was more cars scheduled to work on today. This company sucks and I not only can't get work done today ill gladly take my money elsewhere.

Went in for an inspection on my 2019 Ram 1500. Had the tech look at the front end. Decided to get new struts rear shocks and alignment. They installed the front struts. Notified me that the rear shocks couldn t be installed without taking the gas tank out so they couldn t do it. So I said fine just finish the alignment. Paid for the services left the shop and drove down the road to find out my alignment was worse then before I brought it In. Stopped at Lowe s and noticed they never tightened the top three nuts holding the strut on. Went back and got the nuts tightened and was told they couldn t do an alignment after they messed it up. Drove home and noticed a lot of rattling noises. Got under my truck to find the tech loosened one rear shock bolt and never tightened it and the sway bar was loosened in the front and never tightened. My truck only has 77013 miles and definitely didn t have these issues going into the shop. I feel as if my truck is way worse than before I went in. Worst mechanic shop I have ever been too.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience at Walmart Auto. Dave helped me pick out the best tires for my Nissan and also made sure I was able to get back to work to see my patients. My drug rep was also impressed. Dave and the other guys ( I'm sorry I didn't get their names) were so kind, compassionate and professional. Thank you !!! I will forever be a customer. I will also send people your way.

Unfortunately needed to update my review from last year. Used to love this location but it seems like they may be under new management recently. Always super long wait times, prices have doubled in the last few months, and I wouldn t mind paying more because I understand inflation is hitting everywhere but when I have to pay double what I used to and the complementary services like changing an air filter, tire rotation, updating the oil services in the computer system and adding a new window sticker don t even get done anymore it s just seems careless on their end.

I went today I had a oil change and check fluids. My gauge read hot pulled over to check under the hood but couldn't get it open,so I went back. Told the guy behind the desk and he it was like that. I said how did you change the oil and check the fluids, and he said we don't check your fluids. But the technician that changed the oil said he did . And he showed me he did and showed me why the hood wouldn't open. I will take care of it, easy to fix.

Thank you for mounting and balancing our pontoon boat trailer tires yesterday! We were so thankful Tire Choice was open on a Sunday and took care of us right on the spot. Your crew were quick and so kind!

Absolutely terrible. They take no accountability for damaging your expensive brand new wheels. Prepare for a confrontational conversation with Angel when you mention the terrible damage they made to your wheels.

I went for oil change as advertisement in the website it includes tire rotation, when i ask for the service was told they don't do free tire rotation if i wanted it it was 49.99.

Go here at your own risk. Looking at the reviews, it seems like there is a common problem with technicians leaving loose bolts and alignment being worse than prior to coming to this store. Do yourself a favor and read the bad reviews first and trust them because they are real. The good reviews do not seem to correspond with the reality!

Way above and beyond. Their prices are great and they went above and beyond. My trailer (from Minnesota-Winters and salt) were seized up. They spent 2 hours getting 20 lugs off and didn t charge me a penny more! Dave and his team were awesome, professional and extremely fair. Highly recommend them. I ll be back for sure

My wife's Nissan Rogue needed a new battery and an oil change so I scheduled an appointment online and was able to get one in less than 30 minutes. I dropped it off, went for a quick lunch, and by the time I got back it was done. Quick and easy with great service. Next time I need service or tires I will check with them first.

I've already had 2 incredible experiences here.The first time was a Sunday when I went to 3 different tire shops trying to get a tire patched and oil change but no one was able to take me. I finally came here and they patched my tire and did my oil change in just 30 minutes!Their service, particularly with Angel's help, was so incredible that I decided to use them for my other car which needed all 4 tires changed. He helped me get the best deal and protection plan for my 4 new tires, scheduled my appointment for my convenience, and I got all my tires replaced in less than an hour!This location has been the absolute best tire shop experience I've ever had and I'll only come here for my car needs. Thank you!

Used to be my place of choice for all things car maintenance including tires. The very rude gentleman on the phone and at the desk had to ruin it for me. Had a quote for tires and had to go elsewhere because of customer service. Came back for oil change and to give them another chance to earn my loyalty but ended up dealing with that same rude guy I spoke with on the phone. So once again went elsewhere Unfortunately.

This tire/car shop is THE BEST shop I've been to. I had a nail in the tire on my way home from work and called Tire Choice to see if I can get my tire patched with two hours prior to them closing. Jkyre and Dave both immediately took care of me when I came into the shop. They were very professional, courteous and took care of me like family. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for any services for their car to come to Tire Choice. Thank you once again!
