First, our confidence in old fashioned customer experience is restored. We decided that our Prius was too large and no longer met our driving needs. We investigated smaller and safe cars. We decided on a Subaru. From the moment we walked into Jenkins Subaru in Ocala we know we made the correct decision . Our sales person, Alex, worked with us describing and helping with the process with patience and knowledge. Next, after owning our new Subaru for a few weeks we were introduced to Theo. Theo, a Subaru Delivery Specialist, called and made an appointment to visit to help us to learn all the appointments and gadgets in our new car. We have bought many cars over the years, but we have never had a Theo experience. This bright and engaging young woman arrived with patience and knowledge and sat in our care and explained and answered all our questions. I ask you what car company cares like Jenkins? What a wonderful car and customer experience. We have decided a Subaru is our last car! We had such a great experience at Jenkins Subaru today! We were greeted by Richie who was very kind and patient with us. After just a few minutes, we were test driving the car we were interested in. The whole team that helped us was very helpful and patient with all the questions we had. I would like to commend Jenkins on Customer Service. There are several ways that a new customer feels valued: personal contacts from a customer service rep, a dedicated representative who will come to your home and walk you through any problems or those many wonderful upgrades that can overwhelm you. This same representative becomes your contact point with the dealership and is only a phone call or text message away. This feeling a "we are there for you" is unlike any customer service I can think of for any business, including other Subaru dealerships.(Thank you to Sal, Theo, and Alex for such a great experience.)I am enjoying my new car very much. It is an incredible machine that is build to driver comfort as well as engineered for safety. An intelligent choice.

My experience with Jenkins Subaru Ocala was unbelievably good! We really shopped to find the right vehicle and the Outback was a standout! Now .it all started with Chris Bealer. What a gentleman! Add Sal, Shevon and Theo all together were why we choose Subaru!Theo was exceptional with our home tutorial! What a difference this service added. We are from St Augustine and got a nail in our tire just outside of the Canyons Zip Line. Our day could have been ruined but they were so kind and helpful to get us in after kayaking and shuttled us back so we could do the zip line course. Rick the driver and everyone behind the desks were just so nice. It was like we traveled back in time to when customer service was a priority. Such a refreshing experience.

Since their takeover of this dealership, Jenkins has made it a shining star in Ocala. I liked their focus on customers so much that I bought a new Crosstrek from them. I returned there this week as they gifted me a bumper guard for the back to keep the bumper from getting scratched. I will continue to take my Subaru to Jenkins whenever service is required. I highly recommend them whether you need service or are looking for a fantastic new vehicle.

Annessa, who answers the phone and deals with everything is so kind of professional and knowledgeable and trustworthy. She knows everything about everything is so wonderful and I am patient and everybody at Subaru was so nice including giving my husband a ride home as well as picking them up in our car was unexpectedly delayed for a repair and they did a wonderful job with the repairs. My car is always clean washed. I highly recommend Jenkins Subaru or Not. Very thankful for everyone who works there, I trust them with my car

Brought our Subaru in for service and were very pleased. We were in FL. from NH. when it came due. They kept in contact with us every step of the way by messages and video. It needed extra part and was able to authorize it with no trouble. The people were very pleasant.

Justin is the man. Answered every question we asked and we asked a lot. He wasn t afraid of telling us when he didn t know the answer. He went and got answers for any question he could not answer. He is patient and approachable. We never felt rushed or pressured and he even let us drive a car we weren t gonna buy. His manager was great as well.

Our 1st time with this dealership. Car was taken back at appointment time. Service was excellent, employees all friendly, helpful and efficient. Waiting room was clean, comfortable and had hot and cold drinks and snacks. Parts were needed for a problem we asked about and they called the next day to say they were in and we scheduled another appt for the same week. Highly recommend this dealership!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Matt our Sales Person, and all the Support Personal were excellent and did everything to make sure I was satisfied.Theo The Delivery Specialist coming to my home 2 weeks after taking delivery and spending an hour to go over any questions I had on set up and operation of my Crosstrek was outstanding. This was not requested by me. Just part of Jenkins Subaru s customer satisfaction concern. This is my first Subaru and I am thrilled with it and my first experience with Jenkins Subaru and I can t say enough about how well I was taken care of.I always dreaded the thought of shopping for a new car because of the hassle and having to guard against being taken advantage of. But I won t have to worry about that anymore, I m just going to Jenkins Subaru.

This is an outstanding dealership. Randell and Matthew took excellent care of me. I had a battery issue last year, I got nowhere with a different dealership. Went to Jenkins and their service manger Tony took care of it. If you are looking for a fair deal and nice car buying experience, this is the place to go. Theo performed my post deliver session. She was outstanding. So much to learn about my new car. Great information. If you buy a new Subaru do not skip this service.

Theo the Subaru guru was an invaluable assistance in learning all the bells and whistles of our brand new Forrester touring. She was able to answer all our questions and troubleshoot. The most challenging was the middle seat belt in the backseat. My super handyman husband could not figure out how to release it for storage. Now the backseat is more comfortable for two passengers.Theo also invited us to call her with any future questions.Her professionalism and winning personality made the entire 90 minutes most enjoyable.Theo s services were much welcomed although a surprising perk offered by Jenkins.This LEARN HOW TO OPERATE YOUR Subaru seminar is much appreciated by these happy customersBill and Carole Ann

Brought my wife's vehicle in for service. When called back about what needed to be done, they tried to sell us a new car before even telling us about our current vehicle repairs. They then proceeded to say it would be $5500 "just to get it running", then they could address the other issues. We towed the vehicle to Rising Sun Automotive. Our bill came out to $450 and we're back on the road. Places like this should be ashamed of their dishonesty.

I had a great experience. Masae, the car salesman, James, the sales manager, and Chris, the finance manager, did a great job from the beginning to the end. Most of the process was completed online and over the phone. They were very transparent in regards to the price, their offer and the financing. It was a very straight forward process. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interesting in purchasing a vehicle.

Bought a new (to me) car. Walked in, and Chris immediately greeted me, offered me food (they were doing a cookout. Smelled fantastic), and made me feel welcome. He patiently dealt with my indecisiveness, letting me test multiple vehicles when I couldn't make up my mind. Made the whole process smooth and painless. Will definitely be recommending him and Jenkins to everyone I talk to.

We arrived as a walk-in and they took us right in. They made us comfortable in the waiting area with comfortable seats, a tv, and free snacks. They got our vehicle fixed in a timely manner and then educated us on how to do updates. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was traveling from NC to Ocala when tire pressure low info light came on for all 4 tires. As a woman traveling alone it is always unnerving to have anything happen.Yikes I have never seen this in decades of driving- Jenkins was recommended to me by my Volvo dealer in NC so I stopped by and their service department was amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Everyone I interacted with at this dealership was very helpful and friendly. They worked with me to get me the car I wanted at a price I was happy with. The after purchase appt with specialist Theo was extremely helpful; I learned things I could have used with my prior Subaru! Too late lol. Sales associate Kaitlyn and manager Sal were also great to work with.

Mashed Brown was excellent to work with in the purchase of my Subaru ForresterHe listened to my needs and was not pushy or trying to get me to purchase before I was ready. I told him end of the month for personal reasons and he gave me the time I needed. I highly recommend Masae for all your auto needs.

Sadly, this is my second review. My first review of Subaru of Ocala occurred after we bought our 2021 Forester Tourer new. The sale was friendly and productive. However, returning three years later for our 60,000 mile service, and under new ownership, our experience was terrible with respect to cost! They wanted to charge 1,997.56 for a 60,000 mile service. I did my homework, called other dealers and researched the "required" repairs and found that Subaru of Ocala was at the least two times more expensive than other dealers. In fact, they included at least four items not listed by Kelly Blue Book or other dealers as part of the inspection. However, for fair disclosure, items do vary between dealers. When I compared basic requirements and those that become "profit" add-on the difference is stark! The mean charge is around $866.00 (N-4). Further, I did have my oil changed at Subaru of Ocala last year and the wait time was horrible since they had a staffing issue. Do your homework before patronizing this dealership. Check prices and other reviews. I will not return.

This was my first vehicle purchase from a dealership and I could not be more satisfied with the treatment, patience and understanding that I was met with for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle used vehicle or otherwise I can t recommend this location and this sales team enough Sean with finance made sure I had a complete comprehensive understanding of everything that was going on And I never felt like I was not on the same page as anyone else

We were recognized by Customer service by name upon rea h desk, they went Ober what would.be performed. They gave us an estimated finish time and beat that by 20 minutes. They send you updates and viedo of you car and point out what was done. It is followed by a 64 not sure May be higher of the total inspectionWe are so glad we bought a 2023 Forrester. They do everything promised and you can put your trust in Jenkins Subaru.5 star most definitely

Had some issues with my turning and what I thought was the belt slipping. Turns out that it was transmission. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick in the service department and he was amazing with keeping me updated about my car. Will forever use Subaru as long as I have my ascent. Thank you again!!!
