No one answers the phone. It rings until it hangs up. Drive up and there s three out of four bays empty. Ask about getting my tires balanced, was laughed at and told I need an appointment. I asked to make an appointment. Tech said I have to wait for his co worker to come back from lunch to make an appointment because he s busy. Again there is one truck here with three empty bays. Terrible customer service and complete waste of time here.

We are plus members and needed to get flat tire fixed , and as usual Service was second to none!!

If you come early. There Great. Last week I was told 3 or more hours to fix a flat. That was 2pm. This morning I got right in at 8am. Fixed my flat and balanced and rotated my tires. I was done by 9:30am.

Never been in a Sam's club the pizza was great wish we had one of these where I'm from would rather be in here than at Walmart

Sam's club has horrible management policies and the employees are being subject to a mismanaged environment. Most of the stafd working on my vehicle were great! Sam's should be happy they still have loyal employee s despite the atmosphere. Also rumer has it sams Ocala closing tire and battery dept .

Very good place. I had a nail in tire and they fixed it for free. Very nice people too.

Have to call ahead and make an appt to have tires rotated. They were prompt, efficient & very professional.

Usually have the best deal on name brand tires and batteries for your automotive and golf cart needs.
