Awesome customer service. Ryan is very informative. Great job on my vehicle. Same day service. I was very pleased with the job Juan did. Fantastic job. Definitely will use them in the future. Also, I shopped around 1st for pricing. They had the best price for a brand new set of tires with installation. Hands down, these guys are great.

Amazing front staff was able to get the tires and rims I looked at over a month ago got me in asap Jordan was alsome and damin was very informative with my questions I had thank both. As the time that has passed I have had two damaged rims from them and my tire was not balanced correctly I am very disappointed in this I expected more out of this company. Jordan is doing her best to fix these problems. If this progress I will unfortunately be turning them back in and I will not use them for any future purchases.

A reminder to go to mom and pop before corporate business. After RNR wouldn t do the service we had scheduled, I went to a mom and pop shop that would. Best part is, they charged me 2/3rd s less than what RNR was going to. Don t waste your time here, support small business.

Damon was amazing and so so help full. Got the best set up on my beautiful 95 Toyota. I went in not knowing anything that I wanted and omg the best set he found for me I am loving it

On my way home from Disney World with my family and I was having a severe scrubbing issue from my custom wheels. RNR staff was able to inform me that all I needed to do was remove my spacers. They showed me the progress of the work and not only that, they didn t even charge me. I appreciate the staff and crew for getting me back on the road to safely make it home.

I will always come back to this shop for my tire needs. Very affordable and the people who work here are amazing. Jordan helped us get a great deal on putting some tires on and it only took about an hour. Wonderful place!

My appointment was at 5pm I got there early and they took my car to the back and put the new rim on. I was in and back on the road within 30 minutes.

Absolute fantastic customer service .. I ll send all friends and family to RNR. It s hard to find fair prices and excellent customer service all at one place but Ms Jordan is amazing and I m sure has a lot to do with it.

I absolutely love this place perfect pricing very professional was very nice. Super nice thank you to Damon and Jordan and the other mechanic that worked on my car. Jordan took care of me on 12/1/23. She was great. She was very informative after the work was done with my car. She made a couple of recommendations of work that would need to be done later on and did not rush me to do any work like other places would do.

I cannot say enough about how terrific Aron and Jordan were. They went above and beyond what any other store would do. They helped my son in Ocala and spoke to me on the phone here in Upstate New York to remedy the tire situation with a speedy and efficient outcome. Highly recommended!!! It s a breath of fresh air to witness exemplary customer service this superior! Thank you a million times!

I recently purchased four new tires along with the warranty at RNR tires. Thank goodness I purchased the warranty! Within several weeks I needed to use it and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. I was actually stranded without my paperwork. Called Jordan at RNR, she was super friendly and provided me with all the information I needed instantly. I highly recommend RNR Tires and strongly suggest purchasing the warranty!

Need tires bad and didn't have money right away so the gave us an option to make payments each month. Was so much help. Great people to work with. Would recommend them to everyone who needs help to get tiers that have some financial problems.

I had some inquiries about tires and rims for my new 2020 acura ilx. Tires, maintenance, warranties etc. Jordan was able to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns I may have had. The business itself also has quality, variety and professional customer service. Wonderful experience with Jordan. Will be using them for all my vehicles from now on

I have to say this place was a great experience. My rear driver tire was plugged after running over a nail. It s had to be filled every day I thought great I ll have to get another tire thought the worst been getting it filled every day because I have a 40-60 minute drive to work and to go anywhere without killing gas I need it equal. This place didn t lie to me or speak on extra things they noticed or try to upsell me. I just needed a patch on the plug. Didn t have to sit all day and wait. They took my van right back and I was able to pay and it was just $21.99 I was able to use my Apple Pay. I anticipated spending much more. I m very happy with RnR. I ll be back for new tires and an alignment around tax season. Omg like I never plan to go back to the dealership. Over this they would have required my $250 deductible they never specified the details about had to learn that the hard way just to do something this simple. This was a very good feeling to not be treated like an idiot because I m a female. I bought my vehicle at Honda of Ocala they treat women like idiots and they try to charge money for the craziest things at the craziest prices. I didn t have that experience here AT ALL. COMFORTABLE lobby, friendly staff, and quick honest polite service. Fantastic place. They even looked at my front end because I was worried about my tie rods after being stuck in sugar sand and had questions on alignment and my questions were answered properly. I m just beyond impressed with the professionalism and every aspect of this service.

Was contacted by someone Wednesday December 13, 2023 said that a team member would reach out. Jordan reached out and I gave tire measurements on December 18 and never heard back until today. Just a little disappointed but when I need tires again I hope communication is better.

This is my 3rd time making a tire purchase here at RNR Tires in Ocala! I purchased 2 tires at a Great price. They got me in and out without a problem! Hoping I won't need tires for a while but if I do... I know that RNR will hook me up!!!

Never been here before. Saw their add on YouTube. Called em up, made an appt, dealt with Damon as my service rep there at RandR. He took good care of me and my auto needs, 4 tires. I don t know the name of the tech actually doin the work however he did an awesome job of tires and alignment. I initially spoke with Jordan to make appt and choose tires. She did very good as her recommendation and knowledge of autos/tires and hooked me up with some good tires. This was done over the phone. Very pleased with everything. I ll be back for tires on my truck. Awesome group for sure!

Got my tires mounted on my wheels and everyone is really nice and such however on one of my wheels there is a black streak I can t get off on the lip. I ll be getting some trim for the lips anyway but a little bummed out about that. They do have nice wheel deals too tho.

We purchased a set of tires for each of our cars from this location. When my car died and we had to find a solution for the set we were still paying on, Oksana was super helpful in coming up with a solution to help us out and really went above and beyond. The technician who helped us was kind and efficient while clearly having an incredibly full schedule.As far as service, the tires are of course expensive but it s to be expected with this kind of service. I m grateful for a solution when needing tires now. Overall I m not paying a ton more than I would have regular retail so no complaints. I will be using their service next time I neee new tires or rims again.

Damon provided me with excellent service. And the technician Billy did the best he could to help me out. Everyone was doing an immaculate job with the amount of chaos that I could see running through the shop, Because it was such a busy day.
