Porsche of Ocala meets all of the standards you would expect in purchasing a high end vehicle like a Porsche. They have gone out of their way to deliver exceptional customer service even picking up my car in Tampa, approximately 100 miles away, for service and delivering it back to me. They have been excellent to work with in all ways. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Aaron Pederson at Porsche of Ocala took great care of me assisting in the replacement of a tire. Porsche Emergency Services picked up the car with a flatbed and took it to the dealership. The service was done when the tire came in and the car was returned without incident. I ve used this dealership exclusively for years and am very satisfied!

Aaron, my service advisor, was very accommodating throughout the process from vehicle drop off to pickup.While I found every aspect of my recent service to be exceptional, I especially appreciate the effort taken to video my service.I find the video to be a concise and effective way of communicating what occurred during the service and enjoyed the virtual opportunity to walk around under my car.Porsche clearly offers an outstanding product and the amazing team at Porsche Ocala provide an extraordinary customer experience.Thank you Aaron and the service team!

Cannot say enough nice things about Ocala Porsche staff beginning with Scott, my salesman, Scotty, their IT guy who couldn't be more accommodating and patient, and most recently Luke in service. Even though Ocala is on the other side of Florida from St Augustine where I live, Ocala Porsche is the only Porsche dealer I will allow to touch my 911.

Service tech very professionally assessed cause of air conditioning deficiency in car. However, once cause was identified estimate for repair was greater than FMV of car! RIDICULOUS!! Took car to another local Porsche expert who remedied the problem at a cost of one third of dealer s estimate.

I showed interest in my SUV via emails and phone calls. Once I was able to make it over to Ocala to test drive, even a small detail of the SUV parked in front of the dealership made me feel like I was important. I felt comfortable and relaxed in my test driving experience. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming! I did make a vehicle purchase! The team at Posche was helpful and kind! I appreciate the patience they gave me along with the water, coffee, and snacks! I will keep this dealership in mind for future purchases!

The appointment was made on my desired date with a loaner included. Prices were discussed ahead of time including two new tires along with annual maintenance. Receiving the video of the cars overall condition is comforting to see.Aaron Pederson and Skip Schinsing took good care of me.Bill Hodge

i have used this service center for several years but my last 2 times i have been very disappointed and will no longer use the porsche of ocala service center. i just feel like they just want to get me out and not deal with me and one of my vehicles was in the shop for at least 9 of the last 14 months

I received a tire warning one day as I was driving on a two hour trip for work. The tire warning air level continued to get worse and worse so I found the closest dealer and pulled it. I did not have an appointment. They could not have been any nicer. They took me in, replaced the tire and I was on my way in an hour. It was outstanding service. Thank you!

Porsche of Ocala truly goes above and beyond! I discussed a small issue regarding brakes on my car and they graciously listened and handled the problem! They delivered the car to me almost 2 hours one way and left an amazing bag of goodies with the nicest note in my front seat!! Who does this .. they do!!! I ll never go to another dealership ever!!!!

Everyone was just so courteous, it was amazing. The service manager, Ryan, was really on top of things. The loaner car was very cool. He made suggestions of they things that my vehicle might need in the future.

They were amazing from the driving 122 mile to give me a loaner to dropping my car back off. The video they send went over everything plus they checked my tires and break. I have never had such excellent service. They also call a few days later to make sure everything is ok.

Very professional great service, the only downtime is the hourly rate $320/hr is a little ridiculous, the previous Porsche dealership hourly rate was $250/hr still steep but more reasonable

Porshe so far has the bar set High on customer service!! They win that race!! Our Cayenne needed service, and we got an All Electric Taycan until our Cayenne was completed. Everyone speaks, opens doors, and most remember your name!Aaron, our Service Rep, is the MVP!.
