My car was taken here for repairs after I was tboned. The team tried sourcing parts at a lower cost to try and keep the repairs low and save the car from being totaled. Unfortunately, there was just too much damage and it had to be a total loss. When I came to collect my remaining personal items, I forgot s screw driver and they removed my tag for me. I appreciate all of their efforts, and their kindness and professionalism in the office. Highly recommend these folks!

They did a really good job on my truck. The only thing I was not satisfied with was how they kept telling me a day it would be completed and then when that day came they would push it off until the next week. That happened to me 4 weeks in a row. Other than that issue I would definitely recommend this place for any vehicle damage repair!

My car was T Boned, at first we thought only doors needed replaced, turns out Frame at top and bottom was bent, insurance then totaled car.. had I went to whom insurance was directing me they probably would have cut the frame and fixed with out yelling me, car star was up front and because of their honesty Im driving a new car now. Highly recommend you check them out first.Service: Body & Trim

Car star is a joke they had had my vehicle for almost 90 days for repairs when I dropped it off they said 4-5 weeks we are now on week 11 and I m being told they need another week once again I have heard every excuse in the book. I have sick guy out of the office, he was stung by a bee and is gone your parts are on back order (they were not ordered on time ) I had to fire someone but once I have all the stuff it should take ten days to get it back they have had it for 90 days. My insurance only put me in a car for 30 days so I paid out of pocket for one for another 30 days and then been car less for another 30 this place is a joke I would take it to any other shop for repairs due to the poor management at this place. They are not clear and direct they do nothing to helpAnd they do not return phone calls

I ve been doing business with Carstar/Perfection Collision for over 25 years. Commercial mostly. I have seen their work product up close and person on many occasions. When I needed my truck fixed CarStar Perfection Collision Ocala Fla., my first choice. They still, after 25ish years, do not disappoint. Edit on 10/17/22- Ok so I have finally got my car back... and it looks amazing! Paint job is flawless can't even tell where the old stops and the new begins. They replaced my door and quarter panel, checked the rest of the car, new rim rebalanced my new tires, my brakes are even better than before. I'm very pleased with the way they kept me informed along the way, very nice group of people. God forbid I ever need them again but if so I'll definitely be using them. Thank you Very nice people, nice clean business. They walked me through things. I won't be able to drop my car off until Sept due to a pre-planned vacation and insurance told me I have the cheapest rental insurance available not comparable to my SUV!?! I had damage to the rear bumper of my car.The repair took longer than I anticipated, but was not the fault of Carstar. I had an accident a few years ago and apparently the bumper was not repaired properly at that time. It took a lot of time and additional work to repair the bumper correctly. I am extremely pleased with the repair. Also, my car is red and is 17 yrs old and they were able to match the paint perfectly. I would highly recommend Carstar to family and friends. Lonnie was the person that helped me, he was awesome. Their receptionist, Valerie, was always pleasant and professional. GREAT experience!!!Service: Body & Trim

I was recently in an accident that left the entire right side of my car needing replacement. The entire Team at Perfection Collision was fantastic. Moved as fast as they could throughout the process and kept me updated. Dennis was so great to work with. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking! The worst body shop ever. I was told the fender they found was in perfect condition it just needed paint. It s all dented up. Somehow my back window was completely scratched up in their shop. When they were working on the front of the car only. Didn t listen and order all the parts. My vehicle was supposed to be there 4 day and was there over 2 months. I didn t even care what it looked like, I just wanted it back at that point. I will never use this body shop again and you shouldn t either.Service: Body & Trim

My car's bumper was badly damaged in a fender bender, and I just have bare minimum insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. I went to Perfection Collision to get a quote an hour after the accident, and they could see I was still shaken from the experience and treated me very kindly. They gave me a good repair rate, and once I decided to commit to the repairs, they got the parts in within a day or so! Not only that, but when they realized that my only transportation to and from work would be my bicycle while my car was in the shop, they gave my repair priority. Initially they'd estimated that the repairs would take a couple of days; instead, they finished the work by that afternoon! The car bumper looks fantastic, just like new. They also glued down a loose door handle that's been problematic for years. To top it off, the morning I came to pick up, the area had torrential rainfall. I'd begun to walk the two miles or so to the shop when they called me out of the blue and offered to give me a ride. They really went the extra mile for me, going above and beyond what was required in order to get my car back to me as soon as possible. Thank you! I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of repairs, no matter how large or small.Service: Body & Trim

They helped me through the process with my insurance, made everything very smooth.The quality of the work was great. I have a Pearl color on my car and they matched it perfectly. The only negative I'd say is it was supposed to take a week, and it ended up being two and a halfService: Body & Trim

If I could give 10 stars I would. I own a 2020 Nissan maxima that had severe front end damage. My husband and i took our car to carstar and it came out the shop looking brand new. 10 out of 10 I recommend!! A+ customer service and the work was surperb!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Horrible experience. The owner, Mike, lied directly to my face about my car. Gave them too many opportunities to repair my car with very poor care for me and my car. They don't return calls and make promises they do NOT keep. Worst shop EVER and I've had experiences with other shops. I'd suggest no one use this shop. I had to pull my car from this shop. I have much more to say but, for now , I'll end this review. If anyone has questions, feel free to reach out to me.

My car ended up being a total loss but Dennis was so helpful when I first took my vehicle there after I was rear ended that morning. StateFarm told me I was not going to get a rental and he quickly got on the phone with them and set me up with Hertz. Once they called it a total loss I went back to the shop to gather my belongings from the vehicle and Dennis was very helpful and gave me advice on new car shopping. Would definitely return if I ever needed any body work done on my car and would recommend to anyone.

The only reason i am giving them 2 stars is because of the friendly staff.. however the work done to my car was not what i had hoped. I wish i had a similar experience to my fellow reviewers after a week of having my car in the shop for a mirror replacement and small paint job- the first attempt left my car looking like painted sandpaper with scratches and paint chips still shown everywhere no one had bothered to buff out the sanding marks before painting; after requesting a better outcome i now will be sending my car to get its claim fulfilled elsewhere. I am now left with a slightly better paint job, scuffed up USED mirror, AND an unconnected NON WORKING blind spot mirror feature.. please double check your employees are fulfilling your quality standards..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely love this place. They're very thorough, have an awesome staff. Quality of their work is unparalleled. There's other good choices. IMO, I feel they're the best I've dealt with. Also, you're insurance co. likely has them in their preferred list of collision shops!

Was not impressed at all with this place. Was asked to come in several days prior to sign paperwork so they could "prep" for my car repair in case they needed to order anything to save time. (car was side swiped and driver door needed repaired as well as passenger side) Needed to get it fixed as I was in the process of buying a new car and of course, needed the trade in. On Wednesday of that week I went in to ask if I could quickly take a photo of my VIN. When I got there, they could not find my car and more importantly, my car was not "checked in" so it had been sitting there for two days with nothing happening. I called on Friday to see if it was done and I was told it was "In Paint." I called again on Monday and was told it was "going into paint." I showed up Wednesday morning to speak to the manager letting her know I have bought a new car and need it for the trade in. Show up Thursday, it was done...no issue at all with the work. They added an extra $1,000 to my bill without notifying myself or my insurance company as to adjust the claim of which I paid way more than my deductible to get my car. Had my car for 10 days....Never did I get a call about where they were in the process, never was contact initiated by them regarding changes to the process. And to be fair, was very pleased with how they detailed the vehicle for pick up.

Took my vehicle there after a collision with a deer. Geico set it all up but my car was there for just over a month when they said it should be a week and I realized a little late that the paint job was a bit off.

OMG i loved the new management perfection has now. Wow I love my paint job they did pearlblack candy paint incandescent on my jeep compass. The owners of the company know how to do business. Will defiantly use them again on any vehicle that I ever paint from now on. They helped me with everything I needed to know and all the steps. I got my jeep back a day earlier than I was suppose to .
