Josh was pretty cool. Layed out the pros and cons of all I needed to know. Gave me proper quotes and an estimate in writing for tires. I left pleased. That don't happen much now days.

Pep boys do their best. Josh was a great front desk guy! They did not have my tire. So they had to shop for it. They kept me well informed by text. And the next day I was on my way. Thanks for speedy service and fixing my flat.

I got a nail in my one month old tire and I returned to Pep Boys where I had purchased the tires. I had also purchased certificates for my tires for this kind of eventuality. Thankfully, the local store was not busy and they were able to help me immediately. I was out of there within 25 minutes with a patched tire and the cost covered by the certificate. Cody was super helpful as usual.

I had the most amazing experience at this Pep Boys location. I am speech and hearing impaired but the team of technicians did a awesome job at staying professional and kind not making me feel out of place about my disabilities. They took great care of my rental SUV in a timely manner keeping my informed throughout the process! One of the employees name Josh saw me struggling during a call and took time to help me set up my phone cell phone as a TTY device so I can be able to understand conversation and others be able to understand me! I never knew I had this feature in my cell phone and thanks to this generous young man I will be able to communicate with people without being hung up on. This meant so much to me! I wish most people who are in customer service could take the time and show the compassion that I receive at this Pep Boys! Words are not even enough for the service that I received here! Thanks times a 100!

Josh was amazing. He understood my frustration and put me at ease when he ordered a tire for my car. My tire tore and was then undrivable. The tire arrived the following day, so I only missed one work day!

Customer service was very polite and respectful but, the issue I have is that I asked them to put my new tires on the front and I was told that company policy is that they put the new tires on the back because many years ago two guys debated about it and the decision was to put the tires on the back. Then, I had a 15% off coupon for service from Pep boys and they wouldn't honor the coupon. Lastly, I had a tire put on by Pep Boys in DeLand 3 days before my visit yesterday and they charged me $22 to put my already purchased tire on the rim. But, this store in Ocala charged me $70 to put two of my already purchased tires on the rims. So I didn't get what I asked for, didn't get the discount they sent for me to use, and they charged me a whole lot more. I will definitely be looking at other companies for all my tire needs.

Holy cow where to start.... the new manager is a breath of fresh air! Cody is very knowledgeable and transparent about all of their services. He addressed the issues I had when I came in as well as some poonted out some safety issues I didn't see and I'm glad he did. I want to make sure my family is safe on the road and Cody has helped me do that. Thank you Cody and PepBoys!!!

The time taken for this appointment was not delayed at all, and when checking me out the adviser used a coupon I didn't know was available - thanks much for that! Would recommend though that you not text a 'courtesy vehicle inspection' for review if nothing was checked - every area said "not applicable". Every other aspect was great!

We first stopped at a few other mechanics in the area and none had the time to help.Pep Boys got our car right in, located the problem and changed the starter.Staff was super friendly and kept us entertained while we waited.Larry and Jim particularly made our visit less painful and turned a bad situation into a pleasant one.Very happy with the service here.

DON'T GO TO PEP BOYS, They dont do the work they say they are going to do, even for a veteran! Took my money and charged me for a Lyft ride home after stating they were paying for it. Went to Pep Boys 2 weeks ago to have $2200 worth of work done including rotors and breaks....paid the bill and left knowing they did the job, well found out today while getting tires rotated that my rotors and breaks are in serious need of replacing.

Excellent customer service!! We pulled in with an emergency. Our car was overheating and it was a Sunday and they were open! Dana was super helpful and diagnosed our car and offered a ride home. They were very honest and helped us get back on the road.

Big shout out to Josh on Silver Springs Rd. Heading on a girls trip when our tire got a hole. Went to several tire shops and no one was able to help. We went to Pep Boys and met Josh with a friendly smile. He saved the day. Josh you Rock!! The girls trip is still on!

Worst experience ever!!First of all, they quoted me $1100 for two rear shocks replacement, they said the reason it's that expensive because they have to remove the rear quarter panels first, to reach the upper bolt for the shocks, what??? Seriously?The rear quarter panel welded to the car!!Then charged me $103 for three wiper blades, but "forgot" to install the two front ones!So I had to drive back when I realized still the old ones on.And now I just saw, they broke one of the wheel nuts when they removed the front wheel for balancing, and not even told me!!!Totally fake and unprofessional service, absolutely not recommended!!!

I dropped my truck off to have a fuel cleaning service performed at 8am. My camera in my truck shows service tech pulled my truck in service bay at 8:30am, started the "3 step process", service tech gets some kind of fluid all over my engine bay and up the driver side windshield. Tries to clean it up with a greasey shop rag and leaves it. The service tech finished up the 3 step fuel service in 20 minutes...my truck is then parked for the next 2 hours waiting for me to pick it up....but they never called me or anything to tell me it's done. When I called, service advisor says it just got done.....not from what my camera shows. It's the lying that really gets to me. It's that lack of performing a quality job! I feel like I have to ALWAYS check to see if someone has done THEIR job correctly! Now, with that being said, I did call them and let them know that I wasn't happy with how the truck was left. The service advisor did offer to have the engine bay area cleaned if I was to bring the truck back but at this point I can clearly see these service techs don't care how they leave your vehicle nor how much of your time they waste keeping you from your vehicle when you have other things to do!

Ordered 4 tires and had them installed while I waited. Asked them to check my brakes and the rear needed replaced . Let them do the rear brakes. Victor the mechanic explained what he was doing and why. Felt he cared and knew what he was talking about. Highly recommend this PepBoys.

Josh was great at his communication with explaining what was happening with the car. I definitely recommend. Also the amount of time it took from drop off to the time I picked the vehicle up was awesome.

Couldn't find my size tires in Ocala. Dale had them & promptly scheduled me in 1st thing in the morning to put them on. Great service! Keeps you informed of all their incentives (which are great). Friendly, smiling team. Definitely will be back.

Everything at the shop was great. Great associates, great management. Only issue I have is with Pep Boys corporate. When you advertise and e-mail a 25% off oil change coupon it should be a 25% off oil change. Very misleading. Coupon does not include the oil. My $90 oil change amounted to a $4 discount for the coupon. Misleading the consumer, and highly unethical of Pep Boys.

Had a few issues with my truck and needed immediate attention Dana and Josh and the rest of the silver springs crew were on it!! While working on the original issue they discovered further issues and took care of it free of charge!!! Customer service at its finest. I was in and out in no time. I went in expecting at least a few days to have the issues fixed but, Dana and his crew had it done in a few short hours!! Hard to find friendly, knowledgeable people these days that generally care about the quality of work they are doing and have their customers back. Please take you're business to Dana you won't be disappointed

I came in for a regular tire alignment a few days ago and it went super smooth.I had an appointment set up and Dana was very kind and friendly that early morning.Dana made check-in simple and pleasant.He also saw a few walk-ins that morning. His character remained the same and spoke with ease and honesty to everyone that walked in. Dana was also caring enough to help me out with the pricing for my services and offer a coupon that I didn t know existed.After a little small talk, I can see Dana is good people and he cares about the community. A wonderful person who will always take care of you!
