Kevin and his team took care of an issue I've being trying to get fixed for 3 years. They not only corrected the problem they did so in a short time as I waited. Kevin also personally took care of another issue I happened to point out. Very happy with the service. Wish I had used them sooner.

On a beautiful, sunny, Florida winter day. My partner and I decided to spend our valentines day getting an alignment for the car. We come in its all direct they were quick and attentive ready for our appt as soon as we walked in they checked us in and got started right away. So we had a little date in the waiting room with the nicest little complimentary drink station. They were sure to run an inspection for me and listened carefully to our concerns and kept me updated with every step of the way and then some. Was pleased with the service and will be going back for any future needs and highly recommend

While road trippin over spring break from Florida back to NJ, family of 4, we noticed a nail in our tire in Ocala. Tire pressure dropped quick. A Google search found Parker s a few miles away. It was a Friday afternoon around 4 pm, and they closed at 5pm. The service writer Chuck was super friendly, offering snacks and waters for our kids, and calmly assured me they d have it repaired and we d be back on the road shortly. Within 45 minutes we paid $45 for the tire repair and we re back headed north. In our situation, hundreds or miles from home, Parker s and Chuck could not have made it easier and any more professional and friendly! Also got to chat with some New Jersey guys that worked there. Thank you!

2 cars. 350$ and 1 week to not diagnose or fix a 100$ part. Would not listen to my observations up front. Broke a window and would not commit to fixing it after more than a week of back and forth. 450$. 1 day jobs taking 1 week. Replaced valves but did not replace the gasket so now the work has to be redone. 2250$ Failed to call back on the price of tires. 100$. Thank goodness I took a car back after they took a week to not even start the work as that misdiagnosis would have cost me almost 1500$ to no avail. Got it fixed in 1 day elsewhere.Mistakes happen and the guys are nice enough but own you failures. I figure, wasted time aside there are well over 3500$ of expenses that could have been avoided. If they had started the last piece of work they would have topped 5000$.

I was driving through Ocala and lost tire pressure. I found Parker s Tire on line and drove there. I didn t know if they would be able to patch my tire or if I would need a new one. Within 30 minutes my tire was patched and I was on my way. I received the absolute best service ever and highly recommend this establishment to anyone who needs tires/work done on their car!

I have brought three or four personal vehicles into Parker s over many years. I find them to be honest and fair about what needs to be done and pricing. They are my go-to for front end work like steering and suspension linkage. Once we took our Jeep Grand Cherokee somewhere for a second quote, and had been told by that shop that we were going to need a substantial bit more work done. Parker s was confident that the Jeep needed some simple part that needed replaced that kept everything tight in the front steering. I was out the door for around 100 bucks. Recently, I had a good value tires put on an older vehicle that I had Parkers s do for bad oversteer about three years ago. Parker honored the Warranty and replaced a part that I was not aware of that needed fixed while they were replacing my tires and doing an alignment. While they were under there, I also had them replace my outer tie rods. I was pleased with the price and happy to have a new set of tires. The guys are at the counter are prompt about calling with updates or getting information about expected delivery time for repairs.

2nd trip for service on 2000 Chinook in Nov 2023.Went in to get new shocks and spark plugs. Dominick and Kevin and the other mechanics were great. Found some other things needing attention. My front brakes we getting low and found the problem with my A/C blowing intermittently. Will definately be going to Parker's whenever I'm in Florida with Chinook.July 2023It can be hard to find mechanics willing to work on my 2000 Chinook Premiere on a Ford E350 Super Duty V10 where I live in Maryland. On a recent visit to Florida I visited a fellow Chinook owner in Ocala. He recommended Parker's after using them for years himself. They gave mine a comprehensive inspection and found some issues. They also recommended numerous fluid changes. The diagnosis and planned work was clearly explained in my printed estimate. I had them do all but one thing on the list. They were efficient in getting it all done. I noticed it rode better as soon as I hit the road. I highly recommend Dominick and the folks at Parker's. Thanks for verifying and adjusting the alignment on my vehicle. Got me in with one day notice. Can feel the difference eliminating a pull to the right. Waiting longer than promised, get me in on the time I was scheduled and completed in a timely manner and I ll give you 5 stars

I took my 2003 Chinook Concourse to Parker s for an oil change, after the local Ford dealer/service center said two things: because it s an RV, I had to wait until the RV specialist came back from vacation, even thought it was just an oil change, and, service appointments were being made 3 months out!Parker s gave me an appointment for 5 days after I called!While they had the vehicle, they did a comprehensive assessment of all the engine fluids, and informed me that most needed replacement. I agreed, it has been many years since I ve been diligent about maintenance. To reiterate what Rich Murphy wrote, they gave me a detailed printout and estimate of all needed work. And, while I waited, they allowed my little dog to roam around the waiting room.I highly recommend Parker s for all vehicle needs.

Very pleased had nail in my rv tire .I made appointment they got it in right on schedule had it back in 1and half hr. just like he said.Hope if I have any more tire problems they are available. Great people.

Amazing people at Parker's Tire and Auto!Brought my horse trailer over and they immediately came out and inspected my tires and said they were good. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They also worked on my old trailer...did the bearings and maintenance and were very reasonable. I'm bringing my trailer to these guys from now on! Thanks a million!!

This is my third time to Parkers Tire. Two times for tires and once for rotation of said tires. I ask for the price etc and agree and they order them promptly. It is a good shop that has been in Florida for a long time

We were returning home, from a camping trip, when we stopped to eat and realized one of our week old 5th wheel tires had a screw in it, and sitting at 40 psi.We found another place to air the tire while we looked for help.We called Parker's and they said they did 5th wheel tires. We drove the 6 or so miles from I-75 to Parker's.We went over our options and decided to replace the tire with an inexpensive option to get me the remaining 200 miles.After deciding, they guided me where they wanted me to back in and within 20 minutes, I was on the way home.The prices are fair and their service was great. The technician, who I wish I got his name, was very friendly and addressed any concerns I had, such as air pressure from 65 to 80 and preferred jacking point, without fuss.Great job on Customer Service and I'm extremely happy I wasn't there for hours, even though they had a full shop.If you find yourself in the Ocala/Zuber area with an RV tire issue, and you can limp here, get away from the interstate and go to Parker's. I promise you'll appreciate it, over sitting at Love's or some other truck stop for hours.

Friendly. Professional. Great communication. Went in for an alignment. I don't know what an average one would cost but price seemed reasonable. Given estimates on the other issues. Highly recommend based on their customer service. Car was ready in a few hours.

As a new resident of Florida I was looking for a trustworthy (with reasonable pricing) shop for my car. Parker's has been great. Customer service is top notch & they text me detailed reports on my vehicle. Very nice, professional service advisor's. Watched them as I waited greet everyone with a smile and even joked with some. Phone was the same. They tolerated, worked through my wild toddler as my vehicle was been serviced. I recommend them and plan on returning. Their office lady was very nice as well. I have lived nearby to this business for awhile but only just realized it had been a minute since I had a tire rotation. I called and made an appointment and the service person I spoke with was very helpful and polite. I arrived for my appointment and they checked me in and got my car in right away. I had explained that my tires needed rotation and possibly replaced so they knew what to look for. The service person was honest and helpful and explained everything to me very thoroughly. A couple customers even told me they were repeat customers over the course of several years because Parker s is so honest in their work. I would highly recommend this business for full service for your vehicle.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I have a 1972 ford and was refered to them, the repairs done is very professional, however speed of said repairs and communication with customers is something that needs to be worked on, made an appointment for a repair that is a roughly 5hour job took almost 2 weeks to get my truck back was kind of disappointed after having spent almost 4k and 4.5 months with my truck sitting there prior to this minor issue, over all 3 stars for friendly people but lack of communication on whats going on and the status of parts ect is LACKING and don't expect to get your vehicle back in a timely manner they will have an excuse for why its not done yet if you call and ask. Overall there might be less busy and more capable shops if you are in need of a timely and quality repair.

We took our camper in as we were having problems with the brakes. Found everything need to be replaced. People at Parker tire did an excellent job & were exceptional. They also found that our brake control system also needed to be replaced. Service was great & service people were very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Parker Tires.

The folks a Parker s Tires are awesome. They are honest and give good details about your vehicle s needs. Nobody beats their warranty program. Sometimes they have donuts. I highly recommend them. This was my first visit to Parker's, I live in Citrus County but find I have to travel to Marion County to find great service. Tom got me an alignment appointment at short notice, I ended up being delayed but that did not phase him at all. Great service, great staff and great prices. Parker s Tire is a unique business. They are competent, experienced, auto repair professionals but they also treat their customers like family. Yesterday, my pickup truck flashed a warning that my brakes had failed and that I should not drive above 62mph. I immediately called Parker s and slowly drove the truck in to them. The service advisor reassured me and took the truck into the shop. While I sat in the waiting area, I overheard the service advisors dealing with other customers. They consistently and kindly addressed every customer s questions and concerns. Parker s does excellent work, and I highly recommend them.Services: Tires, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Absolute recommendation. We broke down with our car and needed quick help. The diagnosis and the offer were there within a few hours.
